This company will find and or repair the problem without trying to sell you something you do not need. We used a big company and every time they came out (even for an a simple inspection) they would try to convince us there was something we needed to add to our, basically new ACHeat unit. The last tIme they tried to convince us we needed tablets to kill mold. If your company is trying to sell you additional parts every time they come out, it's a scam most big companies use to rip you off. The owner Curtis, really knows his business.. He never came... I called... I waited... he said he would do the job and gave a quote... still I waited. A week went by... I called and he said next week... the day came and still I waited... See a pattern yet? I text he responded and gave me a number he would respond to... and still I waited. Then I stopped waiting about a month of this had gone on. I am a patient veteran, when you deal with the government long enough you learn to hurry up and wait. The worst part is I waited and never had the follow through. I used Next Level to install a new Air conditioner and replace my Furnace. The owner, Charlie is an excellent communicator. From the moment he arrived to bid the job through the installation, Charlie was prompt to respond to any and all my inquiries. I had gone through many local HVAC companies for estimates, and Charlie's was one of the most competitive. In addition, he was honest about what needed to happen. One of the estimates had told me I needed to replace the duct work in my entire house, ($4,000) but Charlie said this was not needed, and when we had the duct tests done, the man that came to do it told me our ducts were in excellent shape and he provided a lifetime certification on them! Thank goodness Charlie was honest from the get go. I would like to say that things went perfectly during the install, but Charlie did run into a couple of glitches, but the way you can judge a company's service is how they respond when things go wrong not when things are always right. We hired Next Level to install our heater in November 2019. We had an issue in March and called them. They never responded but luckily we were able to solve the problem. We had another issue this week (today is August 26) and called them. We left messages with the company and on the owner's voice mail. That was over the weekend. Same as last time NO ONE CALLED US BACK!!!! They will probably claim they never got the message (see other reviews here and on Yelp). After no response we called Valley Comfort on Tuesday. They had someone at our house today and the repair was promptly made. Feels like Next Level only wants the BIG deals but not interested in servicing their customers afterwards. Very sad. read more

Avoid. We wanted a new furnace as a part of a full update of our home heating equipment. And, because of the hot days in late summer - we decided to add AC. After a huge investment - the equipment was not installed per manufacturer's recommendations. And the system was never balanced. Any home owner should expect good equipment and good advice and an installation that works incredibly well. After over $12K plus - we have a system that doesn't work well. We waited over 5 months to try to remedy an installation that didn't follow manufacturer's recommendations. To sum up our experience - avoid Next Level. read more

We had AC installed last month in a 60 year old house. Charlie is very helpful and handled any bumps in the process very quickly and smoothly. Our new Trane AC keeps the house extremely cool and is well balanced. There was one problem with a part not being available so they did have to re-schedule but this is the kind of issue that you encounter from time to time. Charlie gave me a very competitive bid for the TRANE heater I needed to install to replace the old one. Charlie advised that the old one was too powerful at 100K BTU for the size and layout of the house and explained the reasons and advantages of "downsizing" to a 60K furnace - he was right. The heating and functionality now is much more even and constant, without the frenetic on/off & wide fluctuations in temperature of a too-powerful heater. Plus when there appeared a glitch in the set-up of the new furnace on the second day, he was immediately out to trouble-shoot and adjust, even though he had other jobs going. He's like the good auto mechanic who steers you away from a costly repair when simple is better. Knows his stuff. Great customer service, stellar skill set and a good man to have the acquaintance of.
