I don't usually write reviews, but twice burned, and i feel the need to warn my neighbors about this place. (June 2023) local resident DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PARKING HERE! *First item we took to them they charged us 300, and we sold it ourselves using our own craigslist ad. The second item (a 2021 like new fifth wheel) they told us on the phone 150, and 395 once it sells, but instead charged us 200 a month (said we had more slides than the lower price covered). **They don't advertise the way they claim, and lied straight to my face when asked about it. ***They let the ads they DO run expire (facebook and craigslist were the only places I could confirm my vehicles were advertised)... and don't renew them unless you update your pricing. ****They refuse to tell you where they advertise because (and i quote) "if we told you that then you could just run the ads yourself and we wouldn't have a business"... FINALLY*****They left our unit turned on and almost destroyed our batteries, and we received ONE PHONE CALL for the entire 2 months it was parked there. This is prime RV selling season. Took our unit to LEMKE RV, THEY SOLD IT IN ONE DAY! TAKE IT TO LEMKE! ....LIST IT YOURSELF! ..... THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF! I sold 2 vehicles recently at Lodi Park and Sell. This place is a perfect fit for busy people who choose not to hassle trying to sell their vehicles, boats, or? themselves. I had immediate interest in both vehicles within 3 days of putting them on the lot located on Kettleman Ave in Lodi. The fees charged seemed fair and there were never any problems. Maureen, Bob, and Todd were always immediate with their suggestions and advice to help with me selling the vehicles. I dislike selling anything and they made it effortless for me. I especially liked putting the money into my bank account, bottom line. I strongly suggest that if you have a vehicle to sell, give them the first chance to help you out. I was able to take care of important business instead of figuring out how to sell the vehicles and trying to deal with cold callers who weren't really interested in buying them. Bought a golf cart from here, went from bad to worse. Promised many things, never happened. Was told it was well maintained and mechanically sound. Knew we were getting an older cart, so some money was expected to be put into it. Makes the loudest shaking/vibration sound when descending from hills. Charger smells like it's burning when plugged in. Two battery terminals are melted. Told it was a "piece of junk" and to bring it back, so we did. Granted we were given our money we paid for it back, which we appreciate, but now it's up for sell for more money than we bought it for. So enjoy the brand new brakes we paid for whoever ends up with it. We won't be doing business here again. read more

It would be 0 stars if I could. Do not do business here. Unless you want your tire and batteries destroyed. I had around 100 miles on these tires, no problems. My Die Hard Platinum Marine batteries were drained, for several months. That's over $1k in batteries. Despite a promise from the owner to plug the boat in once a week to keep it charged. They gouged one tire of the six on my the trailer and blamed it on sun damaged. Never mind they snagged it on something and ripped the tread up. My wife went there today to check on the boat and trailer and that's when she noticed the above mentioned tire. The owner then berated my wife saying he only agreed to charge the batteries once. He never once returned a call to me about all the messages I left when I went there and he wasn't. And the tire was sun damaged with missing tread. Then yelled at her about the listed price saying it was too high. Yet it is 2k under blue book. Then demands us to remove my boat because he doesn't like dealing with women. These guys are about as honest as Hillary Clinton. See you in court you asshat. read more

Follow your instincts. Take a very careful look at what you are really buying. We bought a Van from Todd early in the year. He said it had passed a smog test, but that test was outdated--which we found out after we made the trip to his place. The van looked really good and Todd assured us it would pass again, he seemed trust-worthy--so we went to his mechanic and it failed...twice. That was a clue. He said the battery had died and the timing was off and said if we drove it for a while, it would self-correct. We trusted him, paid for the van with a promise that we could return it if it failed a smog test again, which it did, two more times. We drove it back for a refund, and Todd was just pissed at us and treated us like we did something wrong--like it was our fault. He agreed to fix whatever problem we had and he drove it back to his mechanic. It finally passed. But it was a painful and embarrassing process. My brother noticed that the gas gauge was not moving, and Todd said..."shhhh, don't tell your sister. Let's think of a story to tell her." As I mentioned, the van did look nice, but it had no records, which I thought was odd. Well, since that fateful day, 8 months ago, my brother has been in 4 near death accidents in that van: 1. The compression failed: $1200 2. A tire exploded, didn't just go flat, exploded, that could happen to anyone, right? $500 3. The fuel tank failed, gasoline everywhere (remember the gas gauge?), $1,500 4. The left front tire seized while making a 45 mile an hour exit, nearly rolled the vehicle. We have yet to fix it because it is a holiday weekend, so we will see what that costs. The other countless problems don't need to be mentioned, looks like Todd removed the battery that belonged to the car and replaced with a smaller used battery, that's why the battery went dead. So we have bought new batteries. Constant flat tires. Nothing seems to work very well. It was our fault, we let our eyes fool us and we did not follow our initial gut feeling. Every time, we spend another $1,000 on repairs, we think, what else is wrong with this van? We don't know. We just pray it doesn't cost a life along the way. So, as I said...check, double-check and then follow your instincts. Todd may seem sweet as can be, even trust-worthy...and his staff are all-smiles, if you can find them. But, you can be sure, you will not be getting a straight or honest story...so, sure...sell your vehicle here, and toss your records too--you can get easily get rid of your lemon vehicle to a sucker like me. But don't buy one unless you know how to fix everything yourself, or have a secret stash of money you will need to pay for endless repairs. And try to get more than one AAA towing service, you will surely need more than three tows in a year. We are on our sixth. read more

Lodi Park & Sell is amazing!! I can't say enough good things about this place and these people. First, the whole concept is brillant. And Linsey and Todd are incredible. I put my travel trailer here to sell it. I live miles from town up in the foothills, so far that not many people are going to come to my house. And, honestly, some people I probably don't want at my house. So, I just park it at Lodi Park & Sell and leave it. It sells almost immediately. It can't get better than this. My trailer is parked right out there in the very visable lot on East Kettleman , a main street with thousands of cars going by each day. They're open all day, 9am-5pm. Every- Single- Day. Interested buyers call me, we make a deal on the phone, then I drive in to Lodi to complete the transaction. Simple. My trailer sold in one week. Todd and Linsey let us do the paperwork in the office, making it comfortable and safe. I could not be happier. I've never had such a wonderful experience. Very unimpressed with this place. I brought my car here to sell and was presented with the option (with a high price tag) for placing the car's info on all of their media outlets, and agreed. However, 2 days before it had already been on the lot a month, they finally decided to post it on Craigslist, Instagram and other social media sites. And honestly, I think they only did that much because my husband questioned them about why it wasn't online (besides their own website). When I asked to take it off the lot to take it to another lot to sell just for the weekend, they would not let me. I let them know I would be picking it up as soon as that one month contract was up. Two days before I picked it up, they decided then would be a good idea to suggest that I lower my price. What?! Thanks, but no thanks. I will never bring another car here to sell and will tell my friends/family to do the same. I sold my car today at Rocklin Sierra College Auto Fair (much better-look them up)! read more

A update on this business, I wrote a review in 2015. I put my 2013 Kia Optima on Todd's lot because I was having problems on Craigslist. It was one of the most expensive cars he had in his lot. It sold in the 2nd week for more than blue book. I like to kick tires so I stop by every now and then. I can tell you that I saw his one star reviewed items. These people must on crack. The boat was completely sun damaged with cracked tires. Priced way to high. His storage prices are still under most ( I keep my trailer there) because it is so dirty where I live near farms. Read the post that did not get posted on the main site. People read your contact. You owe if you are one day into the next month. You sign it, don't cry about it if you don't follow it. read more

DON'T ever put a BOAT for sale at this place. The boat will be open to anyone who wants to board. They do nothing to keep boats clean. If they get water on it while cleaning other vehicles. they do nothing to wipe it down. I had my boat there for 1 month and when I went to get it, it was just filthy, with marks on upholstery and a ripped broken seat. There had been animals in the boat as there were paw marks on the upholstery and fur on the carpet. This boat had new carpet and had been professionally detailed when I brought it in to Lodi Park and Sell. The seats were original but in good condition no rips. When I called it to owner Todd's attention, his comment was "your seats were weather beaten by the sun". No they were original, not weather beaten. Someone had stood on the seat and broken it away from the frame as well. And because I was a few days into a new month, he charged me a full second month. Told me the boat was my full responsibility, I had signed a agreement stating that. And if I tried to leave with the boat and not pay the $80 for the extra 5 days into new month, they would call the police. THEY SHOW NO REGARD OR TAKE ON ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE BOATS LEFT IN THEIR CARE. They all look like they have been neglected. I wondered why when I sent people to see my boat, I would never hear back. I had it listed on Craigslist as well. I ended up having not just 1 but 2 new double seats groups put in so they matched at a $400. cost to me. Buyer beware, I bought a truck from Todd a few weeks ago that ended up breaking down on the freeway less than a week after I bought it. Bad fuel pump and a completely worn out wheel bearing that Todd tried to tell me was only tire noise and said that he already had his mechanic look at it which was a total lie. Cost me $1607 to fix the fuel pump/filter and bad wheel bearing which was so bad that the whole wheel hub needed to replaced.. thanks for nothing Todd... read more

BEWARE. Paid to have boat on lot and extra to have an ad posted to Craigslist. Received a deposit from an interested buyer to the hold boat for 10 days. Lot owner would no allow this and starting acting very unprofessional demanding money for the boat being sold when I had only received a deposit. I was forced to remove the boat from the lot with 15+ days left on the contract. Owner then changed the price on the craigslist ad by 70% and left my contact info and number on post so I would get harassed with phone calls. read more

My brother told us about this place and although we were skeptical to bring our 2009 35' Fifth Wheel from Folsom to Lodi to sell, We took a gamble and towed it down. We did not get any phone calls for about two weeks and then all the sudden, BAM! Sold it for just under asking price then BAM, got another offer the next day for a higher price than the first. Yes we sold it to the first buyer... I would definitely sell with them again. I did pay the extra for the upgraded advertising and still think that it was for the better. I see all of the reviews are for the SELL part of Park and Sell., so let me give you my experience from PARKing our RV there. First, we have been a customer for a couple of years. We had our old RV here and rented a storage spot month to month. We bought a new camper, and while we had our home listed, we brought it here to get it out of our driveway. This time, the month to month price was $15 more a month, and I had to sign a contract. Ok, we needed the spot. We made sure to ask that we could end the contract at any time because we knew this was temporary, and they assured us (and the contract states) that all I had to do was to let them know that we were done. We had our camper there From July-December 5th, 2016. On December 5th, we paid for the FULL month of December and told them we were taking our camper. You don't have to tell them you are taking your camper, you just drive in and hook it up and drive out. But since we were not bringing it back, we made sure to let them know we were taking it. We did not ask for a prorated amount (they don't do that anyway), we paid for the FULL month of December, and it was only there 5 days. Fast forward to January 17th, 2017 and we get a call saying that we were past due on our spot. We called back and said, we told you we were taking it on December 5th. LONG story short, Chuck was extremely rude and argued with us that, "we want what is ours" and Todd, the owner was not much nicer. He said we never gave notice that we were taking the camper (contract does not state that the notice had to be in writing), refused to even compromise on a pro-rated amount since we already paid for 26 days in December that the camper was not there (just decent business practice) and forced us to pay for January. The date of this review is January, 23rd, it is STILL not even a full month, but now I have paid for 57 days for an empty piece of asphalt. Aside from this issue, which is MAJOR, here are other reasons why I would NOT RECOMMEND Lodi Park and Sell: the facility is DIRTY! Our camper was filthy inside and out when we picked it up. It sat in our driveway for a year and did not get half as dirty. There is NO security to protect your vehicle - contract does state this, however, there are always people there because of the SELL part, and nosing around the boats and RVs stored there. Our spot was right against the line (there is no fence) separating the PARK and SELL spots. The employees clearly don't know who their customers are or what camper they belong to because they asked us on two separate occasions if we were there to pick up "the 5th wheel toy hauler" and once thought we were a different customer and brought out their paperwork. I feel that we are beyond fair with what we have dealt with and am shocked that they were not even willing to negotiate a pro-rated amount at all. Furthermore, Todd had the audacity to ask if we would bring our camper back when we needed to store it again. No way! If you need a place to store your boat or RV, this is not it. We have referred many people here in the past and this is where we found our first RV in 2012. Let our huge mistake in trusting this business be a lesson to you. Lodi Park and Sell has zero loyalty to long-time, repeat customers. read more
