Complaint about poor customer service Experience…read more Dear Staples Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the extremely poor customer service experience I had at your store tonight. I arrived at the store around 8:50 PM to make photocopies. I uploaded my documents, inserted my payment card, prepaid for the service, and received the confirmation code before closing time. Since I needed assistance with the machine, I politely asked an employee named Gregory for help. Instead of assisting me, he took his time and then told me, "We are already closed," even though I was already inside the store and had completed the payment process before 9:00 PM. I found this behavior very disrespectful and unprofessional. As a paying customer already inside the store before closing, I should have received proper service and assistance. Gregory made no effort to cooperate or help resolve the issue. Thankfully, another employee named Bradley stepped in with kindness and professionalism. He helped me by using the card, printing my documents, and making sure I received the service I had already paid for. I truly appreciate Bradley excellent customer service, patience, and respectful attitude. Employees like him represent your company well and deserve recognition. However, my experience with Gregory was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in an establishment. I hope management seriously reviews this situation and addresses how customers are treated, especially when they have already prepaid before closing time. I am also a regular customer at this store. I frequently come in for printing and other purchases, and I drive all the way from Lincoln. Linda is always helping me, and she is excellent. She consistently provides outstanding customer service, and I would appreciate it if her professionalism and kindness could also be recognized in this review. The Toner Quest - We have a maintenance agreement for our Toshiba Copier through Power Business…read moreTechnology. You expect to get maintenance and supplies and not think too much about it. But this past week they went out of their way to save me. Our copier ran out of black toner on Thursday afternoon. I thought I had an extra but could not find one anywhere. In any office the rules are that you ALWAYS keep back up toner. Somehow I didn't notice we were down to the last. Ugh!I I called Power and it was just before 5 pm hoping to get a new one Friday. It was now after 5 and too late to put in an order to ship overnight so I could not get one until Moday. Problem was we had a MAJOR printing job that had to be run Saturday morning It is not one you can farm out. The team at Power heard my pain and made calls to see if there were any at other sites that could be overnighted. The next day we touched base and no luck. They then said they had another idea. They called some of their other customers to see if anyone might be able to help, I got a call late morning that they found a client nearby that had one. They asked if someone could meet me at their office to get it. They did and I went back to the office carrying my precious black toner. Most office equipment maintenance companies would have just said "Sorry but we are not able to help you". They probably would not have stayed on the phone with me after 5 in the first place. A big Thank You to the Power team.

The price for one single stamp is $.078. I was charged $1.25 which is a $.047 or 60% markup. When I said something about the price the two males behind the counter started laughing and speaking in a language that was not English and so I did not understand what was being said. That is offensive! No thank you. I have a printer it's cheaper to use pirate ship to purchase postage and ship packages. I'll drop them off to the UPS store though, they can manage that part, hopefully laughing the whole way. :)

Keep in mind I had taped the box down. The kid wanted to charge me $2 for tape!! I said Amazon said to drop off at ups store as is. He then said look at the fine print on drop off. The flaps aren't flapping I taped it 3 times. How is that not enough? He was even lucky I had a dollar also he didn't even enter in the system so tha confirm they are taking off the top! They didn't offer me a receipt too. Management please check your staff! The customer service is horrible! If you don't like your job do something else!
