Because of the low cost, I was not sure what condition the copier would be in, but it turned out to be in excellent condition. Printing on demand 36 x 24 for building department was quick, easy, and inexpensive. They accept PDFs via email and are quick to get back with a delivery schedule. Office staff was helpful, including both assembly of the pages and giving me a hand assembling loose sheets that I had to include. Great customer service!!! Bought a machine and both of us forgot to ask about interfacing with a Mac computer. The model that I purchased did not interface with Mac. They where great to take back the one I bought and get me into a model that worked well for me.
