I called around our local postal stores and home office supply stores. Office Depot seemed to be the most reasonably priced. I had 3 pages to fax and an employee helped me through the process. He was very nice and patient. Rate was reasonable. First page was free and $2 thereafter. Other employees in the store I came in contact with were also nice and greeted me. The Fax machines were in the same area as the TSA Precheck enrollment/renewal service. Overall satisfied with the experience. It's very rare I visit an office supply store. I wouldn't be surprised if they sell counterfeit and/or stolen inks and cartridges. They run a fishy operation in an office building. They store their printers outside exposed to exterior elements. Yes outside with a fence around it and the parking overhang over it. During my visit and interaction with the owner, he displayed a terrible attitude, becoming mad and upset for me pointing things out. He even was trying to sell a boat at a copier store. Really?? This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for a company with a rude, disrespectful owner who doesn't even take care of the copiers/printers he sells leaving and storing them outside, then this is the perfect choice. Seing there building was enough to wonder where and how they repair and store materials. I would not spend a penny and deal with this company. It seems like majority of their customers buy online and at the same time don't really know who and where their items come from.

I have been to this store on a few occasions and been disappointed with the service and the…read morecharges. This last week I went in to purchase one single stamp to mail a letter. The price for one single stamp is $.078. I was charged $1.25 which is a $.047 or 60% markup. When I said something about the price the two males behind the counter started laughing and speaking in a language that was not English and so I did not understand what was being said. That is offensive! No thank you. I have a printer it's cheaper to use pirate ship to purchase postage and ship packages. I'll drop them off to the UPS store though, they can manage that part, hopefully laughing the whole way. :)
