Recently noticed a water leak inside my vehicle underneath the driver's floor mat....Went to my go…read moreto shop, Rollison's Auto who looked at it and stated the drainage system was either clogged or line broken, that runs rain water along your vehicle and to the ground....dampness was also discovered in other areas also...Rollison stated they don't do that kind of repair and recommended either a dealership for my 2007 Lincoln Towncar....or CHONG'S UPHOLSTERY....I chose Chong... Went directly there and he advised me to return the next day when he opened at 9am....I did and he started looking at my vehicle immediately.... He found the leaks and source after about an hour....All told it took him about 3 hours to complete the work and explained to me fully the problem...My vehicle has a sunroof and if anyone has a leakage problem at all, Mr Chong is the person to visit.... His price was reasonable and I hate to think what a dealership would have charged me as I had made an appt. with one for 5 days later... Mr. Chong and I had a lively conversations as I waited for my vehicle...Me being 78yrs old and not an expert on reading people but prefer them to show me their character and integrity, I can say with assurance, you will not meet a more honest and professional person not interested in gouging a consumer than Mr. Chong....and that is why I rated him five stars without hesitation....This guy knows his stuff!!!!!! After seeing great reviews on yelp, I stopped by. They did a repair for me on the spot that took about 20 minutes. I watched the procedure which was meticulous and done with care. I had assumed the flap could be glued back down and was correct. But, having watched the guy do it, I would have mucked it up for sure. Knowledge and Experience goes a long way. Worth the $50 charge. You can only tell there was a repair if you know where to look. I will use these guys for any future needs.

This is a very common issue with the Outbacks because Subaru uses cheap, thin vinyl on the bolsters of their "leather" seats. Babar was very familiar with the issue on the Outbacks and offered me a very reasonable estimate for repair. In fact, the price was significantly lower than other auto upholstery shops in the area. I dropped the car off on Saturday morning and they had it completed and ready for pickup by 1:30 that afternoon. Very pleased with the repair and can hardly tell it's not original OEM install. Highly recommend this business for your auto upholstery needs.

Today is August 1, 2023. Documented below, are several written exchanges with Leon Upholstery. I…read moredropped off seat covers along with the seats to Leon Upholstery late May 2023. Leon Upholstery committed to completing the work in one (1) day. I agreed to give him a week. After two (2) weeks, the seats were not done. I reached out to Leon Upholstery and he asked for more time. I agreed. On July 5, 2023, he called and explained the seat covers had miraculously ripped and he wanted additional money for making modifications to the seats despite inspecting the seats covers before I took him the seats to install the new seat covers. He explained the resulting rips from the seats were due to the manufacturers miscalculations on putting the seats together. The following day, I visited his shop and agreed to purchase additional fabric. Unfortunately, the seat covers manufacture took 17 days to provide me with the additional fabric needed to repair Mr. Leon's destruction of the original fabric he was provided. Once I provided the fabric, around July 20th, 2023, he stated that he would be done with the seats by July 27th, 2023. I called July 28th, 2023 to pick up the completed seats and he indicated that he was not done and would be finished on July 31, 2023. I called on July 31, 2023 around 3 o'clock PM without any response. On July 31, 2023, around 7 PM, I received a return call requesting additional time and excuses to complete the job. I was in the middle of a dinner engagement and wanted to end my conversation with Mr. Leon and told him Sunday, August 5th or 6th, 2023, I needed my seats back. After sleeping on the additional time requested I decided to call Mr. Leon around 11:00 am on August 1, 2023, to ask for partial refund of $200 of the $300 deposit that I had made. Mr. Leon said i was only entitled to $100. He said he put forth a lot of time and effort on the seats and he could only refund me $100. Please read the transcripts of my conversation with him on August 1, 2023. I recommend before entrusting any upholster with precious work and fabric that we all do our research on their background and business practices. I definitely would not recommend Leon's Upholstery to anyone for the following reasons: 1. Breached of agreed prices. 2. Timely delivery of completed work. 3. Mishandling of fabric. 4. Mishandling of customer's trust, time, and money. 5. Disregard for customers patience and understanding.
