Recently noticed a water leak inside my vehicle underneath the driver's floor mat....Went to my go…read moreto shop, Rollison's Auto who looked at it and stated the drainage system was either clogged or line broken, that runs rain water along your vehicle and to the ground....dampness was also discovered in other areas also...Rollison stated they don't do that kind of repair and recommended either a dealership for my 2007 Lincoln Towncar....or CHONG'S UPHOLSTERY....I chose Chong... Went directly there and he advised me to return the next day when he opened at 9am....I did and he started looking at my vehicle immediately.... He found the leaks and source after about an hour....All told it took him about 3 hours to complete the work and explained to me fully the problem...My vehicle has a sunroof and if anyone has a leakage problem at all, Mr Chong is the person to visit.... His price was reasonable and I hate to think what a dealership would have charged me as I had made an appt. with one for 5 days later... Mr. Chong and I had a lively conversations as I waited for my vehicle...Me being 78yrs old and not an expert on reading people but prefer them to show me their character and integrity, I can say with assurance, you will not meet a more honest and professional person not interested in gouging a consumer than Mr. Chong....and that is why I rated him five stars without hesitation....This guy knows his stuff!!!!!! I was even more surprised to find that (after never getting back to me in 2020, or since) he finally got around to looking at that all-important video footage from 2020 and it "showed a slightly different story" to what I'd originally said happened. Well, fair is fair. With them having just now posted on June 23rd 2025 to refute the incident, they obviously had the 2020 video footage fresh in their minds....right? So I called them right up and asked what exactly their footage showed. He had no idea. They obviously responded after 5 years to try to polish a well-earned 1 star review and make it seem like I was just a bad customer who just wanted to make trouble. Stay Away, they are literally thieves. Long story short, they told me the ecu was defective and I…read moredecided to order a used replacement part (which cost $500). I brought the part to them to start to repair to only find out that they didnt even use the part that i brought them. I confronted the older gentlemen (owner?) and he gave me the most ridiculous story and tried to cover up their lie. I told them that I knew they were lying and to just give me my part back which they claimed they threw away. I left that day and told them I would report them to the authorities for stealing a $500 part and magically they made up a completely different story and they found the part that they were supposed to replace. I went and picked up my part the next day. Total scammers. Be aware and check their work. I will continue to report them on all fronts.
