So...........I found this place on the internet, and read the single Yelp review, so thought I would check it out to have the boot liner in my convertible replaced. Not the top, just the liner. I called and spoke to the owner and then followed up with an email, telling them exactly what day and time I would come, that I would be prepared to pay to have the work done, and even provided the make, model, and year of my car so that they could be totally prepared to do the work on that day (in case they needed to order any specialized parts). The owner told me on the phone and in email to come by on Saturday at 8am, when they opened. Well, I went to the place at the appointed time. First, let me say that it is probably in the worst area of all of Woodbridge. A total sh**hole area. I almost thought I was pulling up to an abandoned warehouse. No signage on the building, just a tiny little placard on the door. I go in and talk to Charles, the same guy I emailed and talked to on the phone. It was just him there and he has no idea who I am. He comes out to look at my car, inspects it for two minutes and declares "you'll have to bring it when we have time to do it." Obviously, I am a little upset at this point. I explain to him that we talked on the phone, that I emailed, that I sent specifics, and that he told me to come early to get the work done. He claims he didn't recall any of that, and furthermore, that the "shop is closed on Saturday, just the office is open", the same day he told me to come! We conclude by him taking my number and telling me he will call when I can bring it in. I have waited for a week before writing this review, but it has now become apparent that he isn't going to call. Don't bother with this place. Unprofessional, seedy area, and not worth the drive. read more
