They suggested that my alternator may have been the problem. I then took the vehicle to a local repair shop, where both the battery and alternator were tested. The alternator tested fine, but the battery was determined to be bad and had to be replaced. I have contacted this company multiple times trying to resolve the issue, but they are refusing to refund me for the defective battery they sold me. My biggest concern is that I returned while the battery was still under warranty, reported the exact problem, and was told the battery was good. I relied on that diagnosis, only to later find out from another shop that the battery was in fact bad.

When she tried to question it and advocate for herself, he put her on blast and argued with her, causing a scene in front of multiple other customers. Now, I don't typically give negative reviews, I love supporting local businesses, but when I hear that an innocent person was taken advantage of by a supposedly "specialized professional", I find it severely disconcerting. We are supposed to be able to trust these individuals to take care of our loved ones by providing the best care possible for their automobiles and make them safe and reliable to drive. There is a lane dedicated to emissions and inspections which I thought was pretty convenient, and on both days the lane was open with a sign off to the side stating their hours (closes at 3pm supposedly). Both times I arrived during active business hours with an open waiting lane, I waited approximately 15 minutes to only be told they are closed and would not accept my business. I tried to plea with the gentlemen asking why I had been turned away twice, and that I do not have a sticker because of transitioning states and this isn't the case of an urgently expiring sticker and I got hit with the "well, that's not my problem"!
