The final total was within the range he quoted over the phone and very reasonable. Brian was very patient while I checked to make sure the keys worked in the door lock, the buttons worked properly and the fobs started the car. My only oversight on my part was noticing that these fobs do not include buttons for the side doors, but that's not a big deal. I've had instances with Bob in the past where I was taken aback by how rude, confrontational and irrational he was but I certainly didn't think that he would be that way to my poor wife.
