I called this company to have a Entryway Lock installed. He shows up on time but not very friendly. Long story short the Entryway handle didnt fit the opening of my door. He realized this after 15 mins. The quote for the install was 90.00. I asked him since he couldnt install what did I owe him for the trip and he said 90.00! I said what? I should have just paid for the trip which I figured it would be half the cost since he didnt install anything. He proceeded to say he went to school for that. I felt robbed. He just lost my business. I needed my entire home done but I will be calling a honest and reasonable company to do the job. By the way make sure you have exact cash. He doesnt accept zelle or have change. Also make sure your lock fits before calling them or you will be charged the install fee for a consultation. read more

There were a few bumpy patches in getting my mailbox lock replaced. Specifically their primary warehouse/vendor was not open on a Saturday. So the gentleman that I contacted and his partner assured me that I would get my lock replaced, on my same day Saturday call. Little did I know that even though they were unable to make the initial time that I requested, they went out of their way to cross counties to find a place that had a lock specifically for my mailbox. I am very thankful that they took a significant amount of time out of their day to ensure that the customer was taken care of. I do recommend that if you are looking for service, request a digital quote through yelp, as their Business Yelp Administrator is very active and responsive unlike some of the other companies that are in the San Bernardino Area. I was also happy to hear that the individual who came to do my lock was willing to put in the extra effort to ensure that the lock was not only positioned appropriately but also to ensure that the lock did not allow the mailbox lid to be pulled out further than what it should be when it is locked. Communication was great, he was friendly, and he had come out quickly. He explained that my doorknob had anti-pick technology and would need to be drilled into. He was able to remove the doorknob and even replaced it with a dead bolt to keep it from being bare. I've never used a locksmith before, and I don't know anything about locks in general. Gary was incredibly nice, and informative! He got the job done super fast, and for an affordable price. I didn't get the chance to take a photo of the lock, but it was for a storage unit at U-haul. And I had called maybe 4 other people before him to get a quote, and they made that tiny lock seem like a hug deal. Other places were ready to charge me hundreds of dollars for one lock, and their reviews weren't even that good.
