I put in a request for a locksmith to fix the deadbolt on my brand new door. Gary responded immediately. Spoke to him on the phone and not only was he very professional, he was accommodating, punctual and reasonably priced! Did I mention that my dogs even really liked him? Lol I would definitely recommend him for your locksmith needs.

5/5 - The Only One Who Answered! Locked out late at night and after calling four other "24/7" locksmiths with zero luck, Locksmith Doctor was the only one who actually picked up. I called at 12:30 AM, and Gary arrived within the hour. He quickly inspected the issue -- turned out our 3-point lock was jammed because of a tiny pine cone stuck in the bottom latch. He fished it out, tested everything, and just like that, the door worked perfectly again. Service was $175 -- honestly, a small price to pay for peace of mind and a valuable lesson. Gary was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. Would absolutely call again (though hopefully I won't need to!).

Garry fixed the back door at my business that was previously damaged by people who tried to break in. I decided to go with Garry because he is available 24/7 according to Yelp. Communication with Garry was clear and responsive. Gary spent about 5 hrs on the lock itself on day 1 and came back the following day to finish it. We had an old (1982) Steelcase file cabinet that the lock broke and we could not get open. It contained all of our important paperwork and we needed to get into it asap. I have a Baldwin lock and they are expensive, so I was scared to see how much it would cost to fix. It's been broken for a while. We would just use the garage. But I just yelped today and called to get a quote. Gary was able to come out right away. He knew the lock very well and was able to fix it! Very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. Had some issues at mt house when i got home. My bedroom window was smashed in. I felt i needed to have my locks changed out right away. I called at 2:06 am and someone came out immediately. I highly recommend Gary. He's rescued me twice, once my key wasn't working to unlock the door, the other I accidentally left my keys inside my house. Both times he's been very responsive and I've had to wait for him less than 30 minutes. I hope I don't have to use him again, but if I ever need a locksmith, he's the one to call. read more

I've never used a locksmith before, and I don't know anything about locks in general. Gary was incredibly nice, and informative! He got the job done super fast, and for an affordable price. I didn't get the chance to take a photo of the lock, but it was for a storage unit at U-haul. And I had called maybe 4 other people before him to get a quote, and they made that tiny lock seem like a hug deal. Other places were ready to charge me hundreds of dollars for one lock, and their reviews weren't even that good. Anyways, I'm really happy I found this place, and I'll definitely be using him again if need be read more

I first spoke to Gary on a Wednesday after he had finished working at a neighbour's house and he very kindly took the time there and then to look at my back door which hadn't worked in well over a year. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and offered to come out to do the full repair on the Saturday. However he managed to find time to do the job on the Friday, a day earlier, which was fantastic. From the moment I first met him until he finished the job, he put me totally at ease and I knew I was dealing with a true professional. The whole way through the job he explained every aspect of what he was doing and was thoroughly professional throughout. A very friendly guy too and the icing on the cake was that it didn't cost an arm and a leg, much less expensive than the big chains which also charge an exorbitant call-out fee. So overall, I would thoroughly and heartily recommend Gary, the Locksmith Doctor, and I say go ahead and book this guy - you won't regret it ! read more

I have old house and needed to change the dead bolt and other locks on back door. A prior lock smith could not do it because it was slightly off size hole. Gary is really the Best Locksmith I ever had in my home. Gary figured out how to make it all fit and work perfectly and he matched up all the keys in the house so the locks are all one key now.
