I put in a request for a locksmith to fix the deadbolt on my brand new door. Gary responded immediately. Spoke to him on the phone and not only was he very professional, he was accommodating, punctual and reasonably priced! Did I mention that my dogs even really liked him? 5/5 - The Only One Who Answered! Locked out late at night and after calling four other "24/7" locksmiths with zero luck, Locksmith Doctor was the only one who actually picked up. I called at 12:30 AM, and Gary arrived within the hour. He quickly inspected the issue -- turned out our 3-point lock was jammed because of a tiny pine cone stuck in the bottom latch. He fished it out, tested everything, and just like that, the door worked perfectly again. Service was $175 -- honestly, a small price to pay for peace of mind and a valuable lesson. Gary was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. Would absolutely call again (though hopefully I won't need to!).

We called the locksmith doctor at 8 o'clock in the morning and he was out at our home at exactly noon. After assessing what we needed he went to the store found all the right parts and was back by one. Changed out seven locksets throughout the entire house and rekeyed them all alike. Needed to have a touchpad/fingerprint smart lock installed. Gary gave a reasonable estimate in advanced and made himself available. He arrived on time, was friendly, wore a mask and installed the lock in no time. Other locksmiths gave estimates for the same amount or more, but I decided to go with Gary since he was the quickest to respond. Excellent services. Was locked out of the house. Called and responded right away and would arrive shortly. However, I was able to get in shortly before they arrived and had to cancel the service call. They cancelled the service call and was kind enough to waive any cancellation charges and was not billed. Rear sliding door was stuck in the lock position. After extensive research and trying everything i found on the internet no luck. Decide to give Gary a call. Definitely call Gary in your time of need. He was on time and professional. Probably the best locksmith I've ever met. I know you see a lot of 5 star reviews and think it's probably friends or family writing it but it's not. I have a storage unit in the garage that is never locked but someone ended up locking it. I don't have the keys to this door so I called Gary. He asked what the lock looked like and went to go buy a replacement lock. Showed up to my spot on the dot and went to work. 15 mins later and he had the lock off and replaced. Thanks Gary! read more

I first spoke to Gary on a Wednesday after he had finished working at a neighbour's house and he very kindly took the time there and then to look at my back door which hadn't worked in well over a year. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and offered to come out to do the full repair on the Saturday. However he managed to find time to do the job on the Friday, a day earlier, which was fantastic. From the moment I first met him until he finished the job, he put me totally at ease and I knew I was dealing with a true professional. The whole way through the job he explained every aspect of what he was doing and was thoroughly professional throughout. A very friendly guy too and the icing on the cake was that it didn't cost an arm and a leg, much less expensive than the big chains which also charge an exorbitant call-out fee. So overall, I would thoroughly and heartily recommend Gary, the Locksmith Doctor, and I say go ahead and book this guy - you won't regret it ! read more

I have old house and needed to change the dead bolt and other locks on back door. A prior lock smith could not do it because it was slightly off size hole. Gary is really the Best Locksmith I ever had in my home. Gary figured out how to make it all fit and work perfectly and he matched up all the keys in the house so the locks are all one key now.
