The fee that I was quoted was $130 (locked out of the house). Unfortunately other places charged $80-95 but were not available, so I went with LD. I received a call from Gary asking me to open the gate (condo complex) but the opener was locked in the house. He immediately gave me an attitude about having to park on the street and that it hassled him to bring ALL his equipment (a small pouch and drill). As he worked, his demeanor changed. After the work was done (drilled out the keyhole), he said he was going to charge me $150, $20 extra for a "service fee" since he had to drive far (30 min) and his trouble for parking across the street, to bring his equipment.
