Locksmith Andy is great! He's not only very honest, but very quick and responsive. I would highly recommend him! Great job and thank you!

Fast response and service. Changed 7 locks for us and did it for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Andy was at my house within minutes and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend hiring him!

Prompt service and excellent attention to my specifications. Locksmith did not leave until he was sure I was able to lock and unlock the two doors myself. Highly recommend Locksmith Andy! read more

I called Andy today because my key kept getting stuck in the lock. I was impressed with all the reviews on Yelp and I was not disappointed when Andy came to my apartment. He figured out what the problem was right away and was very honest and forthright. What blew me away was that he only charged me the service fee since the problem was really quite minor and he was able to fix it within five minutes. He also gave me options if I wanted to change the lock completely and again was very up front about what he thought was needed at this moment. I was so relieved at finding someone who was honest, friendly and didn't charge me a huge fee for the work he did. I will definitely use him again. read more

I called and he came in 20 min. So kind. So helpful. So affordable. Opened my door in 1 second. Andy will always be my first call!

After locking myself out of the apartment I called around to get some quotes so I would know what I was in for before committing to any random locksmith. After a few shady calls with other companies who said they "couldn't tell me anything until we get there" I was so glad to get an honest answer from Andy. ($29 for the service call and a reasonable range of prices depending on the type of lock we have and how it can be opened.) He was in the neighborhood so service was lightning fast and when he arrived he was professional and friendly. Hopefully will not need locksmith services in the future but would be glad to recommend Andy to anyone in need. read more

Really prompt service, they came very quickly to replace an old lock for us, and worked hard with us to get a good price for major work. Pleasant to work with and very communicative. read more

Reputable small business, professional, prompt, and efficient. Reasonably priced cylinder change, technician arrived within 25 minutes of my inquiry, highly recommend. read more

We hired locksmith Andy to help us change our locks on the day we moved into our new apartment. He was very accommodating with the timing and stayed late to get the job done. He went above and beyond to source hardware to match our aesthetic preferences. Very easy to work with. read more

Andy has saved the day for our small condo building not once, but twice. His level of professionalism and dedication is off the charts good. He gave us ridiculously fair pricing and he was amazing at communicating when he could come out and what needed to happen every step of the way. I joked (but wasn't joking) that we all will have him and his team on speed dial from now on just in case! I'd recommend him to anyone. read more

Very fast and great service. My lock malfunctioned so my keys didn't work. Called Andy and he arrived in 10 - 15 minutes, assessed the situation and quoted me a price before starting any work. He even gave me a $20 discount for calling through Yelp. I had to replace my lock and decided to do this by myself instead of having him replace it. He was considerate enough to tell me how to do it. Andy was very personable, professional and not pushy at all. I would definitely call him again if I need a locksmith. read more

Called up Locksmith Andy late on a Sunday night because our front door stopped locking. He was here first thing in the morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, got a replacement part, and fixed it. The price was very reasonable and we were very happy. A few days later the buzzer stopped working, we gave him a quick call and he fixed it. Andy is fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and stands by his work. Highly recommended! read more

Very happy with my experience, the team changed 3 locks and even came back to help problem solve one when I had an issue months later. They are very responsive and good to work with! read more

Andy was great. We had a very annoying handle problem on our building front door, and Andy came right away. He wasn't sure he would be able to get the part to fix it, because our door is custom made (and did I mention, annoying?). But he did a temporary fix and then texted a few hours later saying that he had the part and came back that night to fix it. He only charged us for one visit. He was very nice, even when I forgot to check my phone for his text saying he was finished. read more

I accidentally locked myself out of my bathroom. It's a key-less privacy door lever lock. Unfortunately due to time and I was already late for work I didn't have time to try and fix it. I called Locksmith Andy to make the repair. I give them kudos for showing up at the agreed time. And I don't to give away the secret on how the problem was fixed because they do need to make a living. But I do feel I was overcharged for a 5 minute fix that if I had taken the time and youtube it I could of fixed it myself. Prior to the appointment I was told there was a $29 charge just for the visit which I was OK with but to fix it cost and additional $100 which I was not told about till after the door was unlocked. read more

Andy was amazing. Answered right away and was at my apartment in less than 20 min (on his day off no less). Hopefully I won't have any more issues, but if I do, Andy will be my first call for sure! read more

Andy is a hard-working problem-solver who came at my complicated lock system in a dozen different ways until he got to the bottom of it. Trustworthy, honest, and dependable as well -- everything you want in a locksmith! read more

Andy is fantastic! I called him three times in one week: to change apartment locks, to cut a bike lock off and to ask for a referral for a car specialist. He solved all my problems quickly and perfectly. A true professional! read more

I lost my key to my lock and andy was able to clip it quickly! Good customer service and good pricing! Would recommend him to others

They just don't come any better than Andy. He knows what you need and how to do it-quickly and efficiently. He's a busy guy but he will find a way to fit you in when you need him. Reasonable, reliable and super-nice, too. I would not use another locksmith and neither should you. read more

The job was done satisfactorily and quickly. However, my issue is with the price. I think $400 to install a new front door lock is excessive. There was a $29 service call charge that I think should not have been included since I gave them the job. The labor was $79. The cost of the lock, I was told, was $295!! Seems rather excessive to me. My fault for not shopping around. I won't use them again. read more

Immediate response, on time arrival, and fixed three doors that all had different issues. I cannot recommend Andy enough!!!

Andy was great. He responded very quickly to my query, and was very patient with a back and forth when I had a few questions and then had to change the appointment time...he was knowledgable and informative. He was efficient and quick with the lock change, even while training an apprentice. Good guy! read more

Prompt, professional, courteous, and a fair price. Andy arrived 10 minutes after I called. I thought my entire lock needed to be replaced, but he repaired it in no time. I will definitely call him again! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. Andy was prompt, professional, and quickly replaced multiple locks, including a storm door, at a very reasonable price. He even suggested other cost saving measures. In short, if you need your locks changed, Andy's your guy! read more

Locksmith Andy is the only place I will ever call if I am getting my locks changed or need new keys. Andy was extremely skilled and was able to fix a problematic lock that had loosened. He was so nice and so fast (he came within 15 minutes) and was very reasonable and fairly priced. This is the best locksmith I know. read more

Super nice guy and just simple, fast and easy. As others have noted, he was here in a blink (less than 10 minutes). He was friendly, straightforward and reasonable with his pricing, got me into my apartment in a jiff, and we were all set. I mean, nobody wants to be locked out, but this was as painless as a crappy situation could be. Thanks, Andy! read more

I stupidly left my keys in my apartment. Andy responded right away and got through three doors in about 10 minutes. He's your dude!

I booked Andy this morning to come put in a new lock on my apartment door. He's a great communicator -- gave me all the info in his first email to me (his rate, what would be involved, when he could come, how he would contact me, etc). He was a little late due to heavy traffic, but he kept in communication to let me know his whereabouts and his estimated time of arrival, which was very appreciated. He's professional, very pleasant, and he worked very quickly. Once the lock was installed, he tested it repeatedly and then had me test it a few times to make sure I was completely satisfied with is work. Then he told me repeatedly to feel free to call him if there are any further issues. He did great work, and I recommend him highly. Very nice guy and I didn't feel like he was putting the squeeze on my like other locksmiths I've dealt with in the past. He honored his rate, and did quality work. read more
