I lost my car keys of course on a Sunday night.. I needed my car for Monday morning to go to work! I looked on line there were only a few places open.. called one before calling lock mobile but the person on the other end did not seem friendly at all... and I live in a secluded kind of area.. so friendly is good. I called lockmobile and Bill answered ... he sounded friendly and even made a fEw jokes made me feel very comfortable.. he said no problem he came rt down ( half hour tops) he was kind and friendly. It was a cold night ge told me to wait inside and he'd call me when he was finished. Half hour later he was finished, called me I came down .. he was great! Plus he was comparable in price to the other guy! So I'd definitely recommend calling Bill at lockmobile if your ever I in a situation that you lose your keys he was fast and efficient .. great attitude and costumer service! read more

Bill H.@LOCKMOBILE (610) 220-2137 was excellent! He works fast and was on time, professional, reasonably priced and extremely flexible working with my late night schedule. He made me feel safe again! Bill SAVED me today. Phone at 5% and keys locked in my trunk, he pulled over immediately to take my info before my phone died, showed up to me within 15 min, helped me so much, let me use his phone to figure out what to do and even offered to drive me to a nearby dealership when we realized I had to get there. Honestly I felt so safe and so thankful he was there when I was in such a vulnerable position! Thank you SO much, Bill!! Bill Hozopoulos is a very bad and dishonest locksmith, I think he is really a slumlord and does lock thing as a sideline...... so he can keep changing locks on his on his slum houses. He charged me $ 356.20 to key three locks - I later found I was over charged by $ 150. One lock still does not work . I called him 5 times to come back and fix his work, he wont even return my call. After reading all his bad reviews I realize I was "taken " Now I'm afraid he made key to my house for himself. I locked my key in my car at the shopping center while my husband was away on business. I was not able to even get into my house to get my spare set of car keys. I contacted Bill from Lockmobile because I have heard about him from my neighbor. He was there within a 1/2 hour and opened my car door so I could get my keys. Bill Hozopoulos is the the WORST locksmith ever! I called him to help me with a broken lock on my kitchen door, and when he left, money I had on the counter was missing. When I told a neighbor about it, she said she had heard that he was nothing more than a slumlord and didn't really care about the locksmith business. DO NOT CALL HIM - he's the WORST. read more
