Russel was friendly and worked quickly on that rainy evening to replace the lock on my security door. Unfortunately, because the lock was a deadbolt he had to drill through the key hole to remove the entire unit. I asked him to fix it and was told there are no more shells available, he will get new shell and fix it for me next week, no charge, no problem. I live several hours from my parents and I called AM&PM at 10pm tonight because my parents contacted me that they were locked out of their house as the tumbler to their front door lock was broken. Within 30-40 mins of my call to AM&PM, the locksmith, Shay Ankori, was at their house, had the old tumbler out and a new lock and key installed. I also asked them not to charge my parents but that I would pay for the work and they were very accommodating and sent me a Venmo link for payment as I didn't want my parents going to an ATM late at night for cash. I can't say how thankful I am to know that there are still kind and excellent human beings in this world. I highly recommend AM&PM.

The technician used his purported language barrier to deflect questions about the cost of the service before he fixed the lock, but was very clear on the cost when he was done. He kept telling me that he did not know the cost until he disassembled the lock. When he disassembled the lock, he proceeded to repair it without giving me a price. While the job took longer than expected, Mike was very apologetic, although it was not his fault. Part of the doorknob assembly was broken.
