After talking to Nelson for several minutes and me asking a bunch of dumb questions, I set up time to get a new set of keys. I also had another set of keys (of course or how else would I drive there) where the buttons literally fell out and we lost them. In about 45 minutes, I got a brand new set of keys and a replacement for the other broken set for at least $60 less than getting a new set from a dealer.
