While it did take 4 days to be able to get an appointment, that's because their service is so great. They have a lot of clientele. The owner came out to greet me and as did the son who helped me replace my broken key off my key fob he had a new one made and programmed and cut for me within 10 minutes and the owner came out to talk to me and and explain about his family business and his dogs and everything else. Everybody is great from the owner to the son to the wife who's the receptionist Karen. They were so helpful and so kind. They're not overpriced. They're efficient and I would highly recommend them if I could give them a million stars I would. Please. If you need a key made or key replace please go to them. They do motorcycles, cars, house keys, any type of key they can do it. They're in a great easy to maneuver location and they're also very kind. Call them about getting a BMW key fob made went over then the owner's son or the owner don't know who he is proceed to say that the server of BMW was down and it would be a couple of weeks it's been over a month and a half every time I call there's an excuse won't recommend them to nobody totally disappointed unprofessional read more

I am so sorry that I did not have a good experience with 2 out of the 3 people at this shop. Karen is wonderful. The owner is condescending and the son is careless. I had a car key done here and they would not make it right. The entire fob was in pieces in a day. Please save yourself the trouble and find a better place if you need car keys or anything else that an individual would need. They are brisk and rude. I broke my only 96 Nissan maxima car key in the lock, I was able to retrieve both pieces luckily. Searched and called several locksmiths and e-mailed them as well. No-one replied. I thought I was royally screwed. Then SKH e-mails me back an hour later with yeah we can do it and you have options. My heart leapt from my feet to the stars! I gave them all my info and photo's of the original key that broke. No problems right?! Sven Jr cut the key once he eye'd the code and viola perfect cut job, mine is worn to smithereens though.
