I almost never write bad reviews…read more I urgently needed a car key copied yesterday, and called Affordable Fast Locksmith at 2pm. They told me they'd be there at 6; by 6:45 they were still a no show, and hadn't called, so I called in. The person who answered promised to get ahold of the locksmith, but by 7:20 I still hadn't heard anything - from him or the locksmith. I called back again and he simply told me the locksmith never returned his text - no explanation for why he didn't call me, no apology, just seemed to not at all think this was unusual. Given locksmiths are usually called in emergencies, I definitely would not depend on them again.

Absolutely awful! AVOID! This was the worst experience I have ever had with any home contractor of…read moreany variety. The locksmith that was sent to our home spoke absolutely no English and could not understand one word we were saying. On the door leading from the garage into the house he installed ONLY a deadbolt with no doorknob and no handle. I've never seen a door setup that way in my entire 40+ year life. The door now cannot be closed and unlocked at the same time. He did absolutely no cleanup and I had to sweep and pickup all of the work areas myself around all the doors. When I called the next day to complain and ask for another visit (by someone who speaks English), I was told they would call me back but they NEVER did. Take your business somewhere else.

I came here to replace a set of car keys. Rather than spending significantly more at an auto…read moredealership and taking a chance that I buy the right replacement key and still need a locksmith to program my key, I called here to see what they could do for me. After talking to Nelson for several minutes and me asking a bunch of dumb questions, I set up time to get a new set of keys. I also had another set of keys (of course or how else would I drive there) where the buttons literally fell out and we lost them. In about 45 minutes, I got a brand new set of keys and a replacement for the other broken set for at least $60 less than getting a new set from a dealer. If I need keys (or safes - because they have a bunch), I will certainly come back here.
