I just wanted to share my positive experience this evening and a recommendation for locksmiths…read more if you are looking for a locksmith please consider AM&PM locksmith 215.808.8227. I live several hours from my parents and I called AM&PM at 10pm tonight because my parents contacted me that they were locked out of their house as the tumbler to their front door lock was broken. Within 30-40 mins of my call to AM&PM, the locksmith, Shay Ankori, was at their house, had the old tumbler out and a new lock and key installed. I also asked them not to charge my parents but that I would pay for the work and they were very accommodating and sent me a Venmo link for payment as I didn't want my parents going to an ATM late at night for cash. I can't say how thankful I am to know that there are still kind and excellent human beings in this world. I highly recommend AM&PM.

You walk up to your front door through the cold winter weather, insert the key, turn the lock, and you can't get inside your house. Who do I call? Patriot Locksmith. I had used their services before when Eran rekeyed our house when we bought it. Instead of charging us a night service call fee, he gave us instructions on how to fix it. If it weren't the lock failing, I'm sure his guidance would have saved us a visit, but after it became clear we would need professional help, Eran came within minutes. The service we expected and paid for was top notch. The service that Eran provided was above and beyond what we paid for. His attempt to save us money was so appreciated. It was clear he wanted to help us solve our problem and avoid any potentially unnecessary visit. Any time I need locksmith services, Patriot Locksmith will be my first call and should be yours too!

Mike was very helpful and professional and nice. He was working on a job and said he would be over as soon it was complete. While the job took longer than expected, Mike was very apologetic, although it was not his fault. Part of the doorknob assembly was broken. Mike was able to get the door open, replace the broken bit, and reassemble the knob and he lubricated the whole unit for smooth assembly. Again, top notch service and will keep their number at the ready.

We are pleased with Mike's knowledge and customer service. We would recommend Lockman LLC to anyone in our area for all of their locksmith needs, whether for an emergency or scheduled.

After losing my house keys, I contacted Jefferson Locksmith and within 25 minutes of placing my…read morecall to their dispatch, Russel arrived. I like the fact that he called to tell me he was on his way and the time it would take to get to my house. This was important because a friend offered to drive from a great distance to sit with me until a locksmith arrived but with a short ETA, it wasn't necessary (saved my friend time and gas). Russel was friendly and worked quickly on that rainy evening to replace the lock on my security door. Unfortunately, because the lock was a deadbolt he had to drill through the key hole to remove the entire unit. Although a bit expensive, I'm very happy with the quality of service received from Jefferson Locksmith from the time I placed my call up until the end of the service call and I highly recommend them. If you lose your keys and live near or in the West Philadelphia area, ask for Russel. Thank you.
