I had to get the locks changed on the front door of my house and I found this women owned company. She was friendly and professional, wore a mask while she worked, and was very concise and answered all of my questions. With a service that pertains to safety and security, I feel great knowing that the job was done exceedingly well and that my home is now much more safe and secure. I will definitely be calling Lock Pixies again for any other work I need done in the future! read more

We found ourselves with a bike locked up with a strong U-lock at the mall without a key on a Sunday night. Nothing we had in our toolbox would come close to cutting it or picking it. Knowing the bike would likely be stolen if we risked leaving it overnight, we started looking for locksmith options. Most were closed, one was booked until morning, a couple more didn't call back right away. Lock Pixies had a friendly and clear dispatch center, we got a call with a time and cost estimate right away, and the tech Mason delivered exactly as promised. We would highly recommend and will keep this service saved for future needs! read more

I chose Lock Pixies to support a women-owned business. Yay for women in traditionally male-dominated fields! Christine is amazing! I had super complicated locks (which I didn't realize - I thought they were standard locks), but she was awesome and patient and was determined to help me out. She was kind and a great conversationalist while working on my locks. I recommend her/Lock Pixies over anyone else -- and to make it even better, the prices were SUPER reasonable and she accepts all forms of payment, which makes payment super flexible and easy. Cannot say enough good things. Hire Lock Pixies. read more

Had our locks re-keyed after moving in to a new house. Josh was very friendly and finished the task within a few hours.

Very reliable! Helped within minutes and worked very efficiently took less than an hour!

Awesome service, fair price! Always love supporting woman-owned businesses! Thank you!

How fun we were locked out of our house. Was able to come right away. Fair price great customer service!

Lock Pixies (Christine) did a great job replacing locks at my house. While not cheap, the job was done well and everything works now - and considering its an old house with weird old doors, that took some extra work on her part to make it happen. I definitely appreciate that everything got done right. I will call her again if I need any more locksmith services for sure! read more

Christine helped me get back into my home after I locked myself out recently. She was at my house in no time and was able to get my door unlocked. I would certainly hire Lock Pixies again, but hopefully I won't have to! read more

A couple of months ago I managed to lock myself out of my house on a Sunday, only to learn that there are not many locksmiths who operate on Sundays. After several phone calls, I was able to speak with Lock Pixies. Unfortunately, the person who answered my call indicated that she had another pre-arranged appointment which required her attention. I thanked her for her time and continued my calls. After several more phone calls, I was able to find a different locksmith that operated on Sundays. However, I need to say that I was impressed by the level of concern shown by Lock Pixies. She called back a few minutes later and provided a timeframe for when she expected to complete her other job, explained when she might be available to help me, and expressed a genuine concern for my situation. I explained that I'd found another locksmith who was already enroute and she (being aware that I was a distraught female, in a vulnerable position) asked for the name of the locksmith I found, in order to give a recommendation / validation. I told her the name of the business who was coming to my assistance and she vouched for the other business, which she didn't have to do but which immediately set my mind at ease. The long and short of this review is: I have never been a paying customer of Lock Pixies. But their customer service & genuine concern for a person in need is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed a locksmith service. read more

So my girlfriend and I were painting her newly purchased home on Lincoln and Elsworth when we stepped outside for a smoke..., "ACK" she screamed, as she closed the door and locked us out in the 11 degree night.... ! So we walked over to the Walnut Room to grab a bit and try and figure something out... I luckily had my phone with me... so I immediately jumped on google to find a local locksmith. I saw Lock Pixies among the many others and thought that the name alone said a lot and I wasn't wrong. Christine showed up within 15minutes... we didn't even have time for our pizza to finish cooking... I had to run back and let her get to work on the lockout situation. She was SUPER nice, friendly and quick. I've actually since had her come back to my girl's place and Re-Key all of the 5 different locks so she only has one key. WHAT A SERVICE! I didn't even know it was possible.... Lock Pixies are great, female, friendly, professional, fast and trustworthy locksmith service. I have already recommended Christine and her business to at least 5 other people in two months! Would def use Lock Pixie again and recommend her to anyone, -Michael read more

Call here first. After getting locked out of my house in my bunny slippers when taking out the recycling, I tried about 20 places from my poor neighbors phone before I actually connected with someone who knew what the heck was going on. I am quite certain I was, in part, reaching call centers in locations for which I'd need a Lonely Planet to visit, and no one knew when a locksmith could come, how much it would cost, or even how far the locksmith was from my residence. No one seemed to know anything, really, until I reached Christine. She was the first person who picked up the phone who was an actual locksmith. She came over within 15 minutes and solved my problem. Plus, she's damn cool. I'm telling you, there's definitely material for a cable television series here. Cute, fun girl with a locksmith belt and an Astro van, totally capable of getting dolts like me back into their houses so they can finish their morning coffee and get back to work. The whole transaction went smoothly, and I was quite happy with the experience. As happy as you can be when your bunny slippers get soaked anyway. read more

Some of the best service I've ever had. Christine was at my office building within 5 minutes of me locking my keys in my car. She was extremely professional and kind. I will definitely be recommending/using Lock Pixies for all future lock-related needs. Thank you Christine! read more

Brita offered great customer service! She came quickly to help us rekey our locks and was honest with us that the locks we have are great quality ones that she can't rekey but that someone else could (and she offered their contact info). She could have not told us that and had us purchase new lower quality locks, but she was super honest and forthright. Really appreciated her communication and deep knowledge about locks. Will call her first for future lock needs! read more

Timely, safe, professional, and responsive! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They are Covid safe and listen to the customer- showed right up on short notice and charged a very reasonable price. I am going to use them again the next time I need a locksmith. Just to compare with a different company I will not name here, the Denver standard-who never returned my inquiry from weeks ago. A simple "no, we are busy" would have been fine but crickets, not so much. Can you live like that? I can't. Lock Pixies will take care of you. read more

Christine Shin from Lock Pixies is truly a day saver!!!!!! I called around to several 24 hour businesses in Denver and NO ONE was willing to help. I found LOCK PIXIES and called, Christine was honest and ethical as her advertising states!!!! She was true to her word about call backs, arrival time, and cost of services (NO HIDDEN FEES). Upon arrival the job was completed with professionalism and effectiveness. Christine has a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. I will absolutely recommend LOCK PIXIES to all and everyone in this situation, and any Woman. She truly is a Wonder Woman of Locksmiths!!!! Thank you SOOOOOOOO much LOCK PIXIES for saving the day!!!!!! read more

After locking myself out of my house on a Saturday afternoon, I looked up locksmiths on my phone, and chose Lock Pixies at random. So glad I did. Christine (the owner) picked up after the first ring, and I explained my situation. She happened to be in the neighborhood, and on her way to a personal appointment, but said she'd swing by, no problem. I asked about pricing, and let her know I'd seen a discount on Yelp. She honored the deal, again, no problem (yay for scoring half price on an unplanned expense!). Christine showed up before we even hung up the phone. She was really nice and chill, and had my door unlocked in seconds. I hope I don't find myself locked out anytime soon, but if I do, I at least have a go-to now! I'd highly recommend Lock Pixies. They're super easy to work with, affordable, and get the job done quickly (I'd say the whole experience took less than 10 minutes). read more

Great service and so fast! Got our locks changed in just a few minutes and did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone!

I'd give Christine and Lock Pixies if I could. Open on Saturdays, they picked up the phone so we could talk to a real person and we had something scheduled super fast. Really reasonable pricing, super courteous, trustworthy, and efficient. We almost want to have our locks replaced again so that we can work with them. (and for a women-led business in and industry dominated by the fellas) read more

Found Christine on Yelp when we locked the keys to our rental car inside. Our last day of vacation could have been ruined but thankfully, we had Lock Pixies out within 30 minutes (exactly as promised) and despite our car door being super tight, Christine was able to help us out using a little extra muscle! I want to update this review as so much has happened since this woman changed my locks. I recently found that there was an investigation going on over apparent sex traffickers and my daughter was a victim as they have found cameras all over her room. You will notice that I have a lot of one star reviews because these people had my devices hacked and when I would call a service provider they would send their own. Investigators told me that this is a tactic these traffickers do to break a single mom down to depression so she won't pay attention to what is going on around her daughter. I thought it was strange that this woman would not take off her sunglasses or mask and when used my bathroom I saw her go through my personal belongings. I then got on camera someone entering my home with a key after this woman changed my locks. This has been the worst experience of my life and I am shocked that a woman works for people who traffic children. read more

Christine is magnificent. She goes above and beyond customer service. She knows locks inside and out, and anyone who doesn't use her is CRAY! I have her on speed dial - right after my mom's number - she is that phenomenal!!! read more
