So I wanted to try this place cause I usually drove by it on my way home from class. My roommate…read moreand I went this afternoon. She got a turkey sandwich and I got the spinwich, both were really really good we really enjoyed the food. However, the vibes in there were terrible, the workers did not seem comfortable there and they kept looking at my roommate and I. I looked up "The Yellow Deli" and the first thing that popped up after it was "Cult". Obviously this is a shocker so I looked at several articles about their history. Basically, The Yellow Deli is owned by members of the Twelve Tribe cult. This cult wants to get 144,000 male virgins to sacrifice in the year 2070. (Apparently) they also target blondes with blonde hair and light eyes for recruitment. Additionally, they believe that "black people are the servants of the white." After learning this, a lot of their actions started to make sense. I noticed specifically the females sizing me (blonde, white, female, green eyes, 18yrs old) up and being much more likely to talk to me than my roommate (black, female, 18 yrs old). We still ordered our food and ate but we did not feel safe whatsoever. I promise from the bottom of my heart that not a word of this review is a lie. Please please please be careful if you are going there/come in contact with a twelve tribe cult member. I wouldn't recommend going near there or eating there especially if your fit their criteria for targets (white female/male w/ light features & blonde hair, virgin male, or any POC)

I would chose this place over and again for my breakfast!!…read more Sipping a nice cup of tea in this cabin in the wood kinda place with nice music is just what I needed!

While there was a notable positive aspect related to the employee's service, several factors contributed to my overall disappointment, I would definately give her a raise. One of the main issues I encountered was the lack of an accurate online menu for their mobile app. I decided to place my order via the mobile app, and I was on my way to pick it up after exiting the highway. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the store did not have some of the items I had ordered. The mobile app did not provide this crucial information during the ordering process, leaving me with a sense of frustration and inconvenience. To make matters worse, the items I had ordered were for my child, who, as many parents know, can be quite particular about their food and preferences. Since they didn't have what I had ordered, the employee offered me a refund or an alternative. Her humble and polite approach to customer service was commendable, and I have no complaints about her. However, the issue with the inaccurate mobile menu was a significant letdown. Given the situation, I opted for a refund for the items I didn't receive and collected the other items I had ordered. But my disappointments didn't end there. I was left wondering if the coffee had been brewed with clean water or with water that was contaminated. When I took a sip of the coffee, it had an unusual taste, almost like it had been brewed with water that had mixed with something undesirable. Consequently, I had no choice but to discard the coffee, adding to the disappointment of the overall pit stop. Despite these issues, the only saving grace of this visit was the employee's attitude and how she treated customers. Her politeness and welcoming approach were notable and deserving of appreciation. In summary, my visit to Tim Hortons on Division Street resulted in an overall disappointment. The inaccurate mobile menu led to confusion and inconvenience during the ordering process. The issue was resolved professionally by the employee, who offered alternatives and a refund. However, the strange taste of the coffee raised concerns about its quality. The only positive aspect of the visit was the employee's excellent customer service, but the overall experience left much to be desired. If you wonder how i gave a 2-Star rating for such a disappointing experience, then you might need to know the 2-star if based on the "positive customer service experience".
