The restaurant offers a play and eat menu along with the standard menu. The 5 dollar drink menu for Sunday, Monday, and Thursday did the right start. I got a transfusion and it was enjoyed with each sip. We ordered off of the play and eat menu since it offers a deal on select menu items if you get game cards. I got the grilled chicken caesar salad and it was delicious. Our waitress was excellent during the entire service. There are plenty of arcade games for all ages and has a couple bars as well. There are classic games such as Pac Man, Space Invaders, Air Hockey tables along with a lot of current ones like Hado and virtual reality rides. It is equal distance to go to either location for us. The first time I ever played golf this way, was when Drive Shack opened in West Palm Beach, which was a huge hit. This place has the same concept but on a much smaller scale. Honestly, that's not a bad thing--sometimes simpler is better. It's not chaotic and there aren't a million people everywhere. It almost feels like a secret hangout that hasn't been discovered yet. They also have traditional golf if you prefer to play outdoors and walk the course or take a golf cart. But sitting in the shade on a comfortable couch with a nice fan cooling you down while your own waitress takes your drink and food order sounds a lot better to me. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, which was perfectly fine with me. Prices seemed pretty typical for places like this--about $40 an hour. I also saw an advertisement for a weekday special: Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM, you can play all you want for $20. That's a great deal for anyone who doesn't work a traditional 9-to-5 job. I'm not sure if that's going to still be advertised in the summer when kids are out of school, but either way it's a pretty affordable way to kill a few hours. Our waitress was such a peach--super attentive with an amazing, fun attitude. She had such a great personality and really made the experience even better. The only downside is that they don't have liquor, so I'm guessing they don't have a full liquor license ? They do have beer and seltzers, and interestingly they offer sangria and mimosas. My guess is that they're wine-based without any added liquor. They do have a pretty decent food menu with plenty of options. You have a variety of flatbreads sandwiches, salads, and your typical bar food options. Overall, this place was a lot of fun. I took my nephew and we played a bunch of the games they have on the flatscreens. We were on the first floor, and when I asked about sitting on the second floor she mentioned they only open it when they have more servers and it gets busier. I would definitely recommend coming here--but maybe don't tell too many people, because this hidden gem might turn into a total zoo one day. The bathrooms were infested with wasps, which is completely unacceptable, and to make matters worse, I was harassed by the course "rangers" over riding in a golf cart that I had already paid for. Between the awful management, declining service, unacceptable conditions, and overpriced course, I regret spending my money here. There are plenty of places that actually value their customers. In the midst of our conversation, she sarcastically said "just make sure you put a card on file", after my daughter had already put a card on file due to the lanes shutting off. Let me say this, we never have had a problem paying and we never leave without settling our bill. Also, I am beginning to think that she is treating us poorly because my daughter Chelsie Lane left a review about her (Courtney's) attitude. I was under the impression that reviews are a welcomed source of constructive criticism and an opportunity to shine light on the exceptional service we usually receive. Your patrons/customers should be able to be honest. We the customers should not have to worry about intimidation or retaliation for speaking the truth. After this stressful interaction, it makes me wonder what the true intent was behind her behavior. Was it retaliation or racism? Did she assume we were going to leave without paying because we're African American? With the rate of credit/debit card fraud, some people are uncomfortable providing a card to put on file.
