My husband and I love Local Table. We consistently get the goat cheese appetizer because it's delicious. I've had the beef kabobs which were tasty. I also love the chicken tortilla soup and salad. You can't go wrong here because the menu has so many wonderful choices. The drinks are fun also. I love the bellinis! The service is consistently on point. I'm hoping they begin to offer weekend brunch soon. read more

We went to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious. I had the special braised ribs over mashed potatoes and green beans. It was tremendous!!! Others had the special Chicken Pot Pie, the Poke bowl and the Wrap sandwich. Everyone loved their food. The service was professional and very much appreciated. The only downside is that we made a reservation for 6:30 and didn't get seated until almost 7pm. It is a small space so I get how they can't always manage to turn tables in a timely manner if people decide to overstay their welcome. But being a small space, it was kind of uncomfortable standing by the door for half an hour over our reservation time. Would have waited outside but it was a really cold night. read more

Tried it for the first time this weekend with friends. The food was good and staff friendly and helpful. There was a glitch with our reservation, but staff found a solution. Though not exactly what was needed, they worked with us to come up with a Saturday alternative. I plan to visit again and hope my next bust is as enjoyable as my first. read more

I've gone twice now. Food is good, nothing spectacular. May be comparing it to the hype. I've sat at the bar and a table in the back, both times flies were a problem. It's cooperate, it's not anything original. I'd definitely go back on a nice day for their outside bar. For now I'll stick to gourmand kitchen down the road. read more

We've been twice the first time starter with Spinach Dip pretty underwhelming and then on to Crispy California Chicken it had really good flavors unfortunately the chicken breast was flat & thin as a pancake. The manager said that isn't the way it's supposed to be. Our second trip I had the Anaheim Green Chile Chicken once again the flavors on target lots of vegetables very little chicken at least this time bigger pieces and juicy but barely half a breast. Had a great afternoon lunch here. The only issue I would say was the amount of staff. They were everywhere! Some in the corner wrapping silverware, some leaning on the booths talking, and some gathered right in the middle of the place - it just seemed a little unprofessional. Even one of the higher ups (the manager or somebody) was sitting and eating his lunch and talking to all the employees as they walked by-just sort of put a damper on the whole experience. However, don't let me steer you wrong, this is a great place to go for a bite to eat or a nice refreshing Bellini. The star of the show would have to be the goat cheese appetizer! Out of this world! The spicy beef tacos were decent and the beef tenderloin salad was okay. Next time we will probably order the chicken fried chicken or a burger- they both looked scrumptious! read more

There is no doubt that this is one of the best restaurants in the area. Their menu has so many different options to choose from and their food is top notch. Everything is seasoned well, cooked well and fresh. We have a few complaints but they don't warrant losing a star for their rating. First, the green beans; They were still raw. I like them to still have crunch but this was more than that. But they were seasoned so nicely that I ended up still eating half of them even though it felt like I was knawing on a heavenly tasting piece of bamboo. Second, the garlic bread; it was cut in half. Don't feel like this deserves an explanation. I loved the sliced bread, again seasoned and buttered nicely but who cuts and serves half a slice of bread? Third, the bar. Their beer selection seems to be all playing the same note. If I remember right, there were 8 beers on draft and 6 of them were IPA. Also, my wife ordered a mixed drink off of their house specialty drink list and it was the most syrupy, sweet drink I've ever tasted. It just sucked to have to pay $10 for something that tasted like that. All in all though, this is a great place to go for a date, to celebrate, or just for a special occasion. Their food is amazing. The complaints I had were quite small and can be easily tiptoed around. I will be back for sure. read more

I never come to Bridgeland and today was my first time at Local Table. We ordered honey salmon, Mediterranean salmon, and the poke bowl. Everything tasted amazing, and I love that they go the extra mile by focusing on the presentation, it all looked amazing. The drinks here are good, and the food was amazing. Simply delish! I had the combo kabob plate. The beef was a little tough, however the chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender....kudos to the chef. I had to threaten my wife to keep her unwelcomed fingers from my stash of elegantly crisp and excellently flavored fries. The overall experience was great and we will definitely return. read more

Dave the bartender helped me pick the perfect drink the 'espresso martini' it was everything that I expected and more! "Mike the manager" i just like to say that lol, anyways Mike was honestly so nice and helpful the whole time, he checked on my party multiple times and even made great conversation! I dont remember my servers name but he seemed busy but did well for what its worth. It was my first time trying Local Table and honestly its going to be my new spot its only 10 mins from my house and i'm surprised i hadn't tried it before! We got the pepperoni pizza, honey glazed salmon , bread pudding and a cheesecake togo, everything was 10/10. The music was a great mix, the atmosphere was clean and all the employees seemed actually happy to be there lol. my only problem was that the bathrooms were small but blame the architect lol. read more

This place is great. We started off with the crab cakes and they were done perfectly. The sauce on top was not too spicy at all, which I love. I had the kabobs with rice, pita bread, and steamed vegetables. The meat was tender and cooked exactly how I asked. A lot of the times in other restaurants I get meat that is so chewy that I almost want to give up chewing! This was the perfect size and great quality meat. The steamed veggies were good and not overdone. My husband was not feeling very adventurous and he got a hamburger. He said that it was just ok. I forgot to take a picture of it. The dessert was amazing though. I might just come back just for that! (It was so good that I kept eating even though I wasn't hungry anymore! you had to basically roll me out of this restaurant.) The service at Local Table was so good. The hostess, the waiters, and the chefs were amazing. The main purpose of the waiters is to keep the customers satisfied and the best way to do that is keep the service as efficient as possible. Although this may be biased because of the fact my friend, Brianna, works there, the service was near perfection. As we came in we were greeted by Brianna. Later, the waiter came to us with a silly joke which made us laugh and then brought us our drinks within a minute. A little later, we ordered and our food came within five minutes, which I thought was insane seeing how many people there were. Lastly, we got asked if we needed anything multiple times and checked up on. The service was efficient, quick, friendly, and made our days Lastly, the comfort and cleanliness was monumental as I could practically see my reflection from the floor. Comfort and cleanliness are both very important criteria because the more comfort a restaurant has the better the experience of hospitality. Mentally and physically comfort helps attract customers especially in cases they need to dine in. Grimy restaurants repel consumers. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with respect and efficient behavior from the Local Table staff. They knew exactly what I wanted and showed loudly that they would not hesitate to give it to me. I was greeted by a formally dressed waitress that politely assigned my friends and I to a booth. She wasted no time and got straight to the point by asking us about how we are doing and what we would like to drink. The image presented in Fig 1 by Camisha B. is a photograph directly from her own experience of Local Table, and perfectly captures the waiter's uniform and sincere body language when talking to his customers. Of course, this behavior and dress code is mandatory for all staff of Local Table, and for a good reason. The feeling of formality, sincerity, and the staff's attempt at serving their customers with no time to waste, give the impression that Local Table knows the customer's wants and needs when walking into such a fancy restaurant. The risk of spending too much time hanging out with friends rather than doing homework plays a huge role in the decisions on where to eat out, but is this really a bad thing? I say this because, at Local Table, the surrounding environment and the comfort of the furniture combine to provide an extremely relaxing experience. Sitting on the cool leather seats while being surrounded by the dark wood with perfect lighting from fancy lights, makes one feel as if they are on vacation and snuggled up in a log cabin. Time can easily pass by while blabbering about with friends and slouching in Local Table's cloud-like booths as seen in Fig 2. If you see yourself accidentally spending a bit extra time with your friends while eating out, the comfort and quality of furniture at Local Table will reassuringly keep you feeling in paradise. Recently had the chance to eat at the newly opened Local Table in Cypress. The staff was very friendly and able to answer questions about the door on the menu. Place was extremely clean. The food was wonderfully flavored and you could tell it was fresh. I recommend the steak kabobs and the strawberry lemonade :) read more
