The service at Local Table was so good. The hostess, the waiters, and the chefs were amazing. The main purpose of the waiters is to keep the customers satisfied and the best way to do that is keep the service as efficient as possible. Although this may be biased because of the fact my friend, Brianna, works there, the service was near perfection. As we came in we were greeted by Brianna. Later, the waiter came to us with a silly joke which made us laugh and then brought us our drinks within a minute. A little later, we ordered and our food came within five minutes, which I thought was insane seeing how many people there were. Lastly, we got asked if we needed anything multiple times and checked up on. The service was efficient, quick, friendly, and made our days Lastly, the comfort and cleanliness was monumental as I could practically see my reflection from the floor. Comfort and cleanliness are both very important criteria because the more comfort a restaurant has the better the experience of hospitality. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with respect and efficient behavior from the Local Table staff. They knew exactly what I wanted and showed loudly that they would not hesitate to give it to me. I was greeted by a formally dressed waitress that politely assigned my friends and I to a booth. She wasted no time and got straight to the point by asking us about how we are doing and what we would like to drink. The image presented in Fig 1 by Camisha B. is a photograph directly from her own experience of Local Table, and perfectly captures the waiter's uniform and sincere body language when talking to his customers. Of course, this behavior and dress code is mandatory for all staff of Local Table, and for a good reason. The feeling of formality, sincerity, and the staff's attempt at serving their customers with no time to waste, give the impression that Local Table knows the customer's wants and needs when walking into such a fancy restaurant. Sitting on the cool leather seats while being surrounded by the dark wood with perfect lighting from fancy lights, makes one feel as if they are on vacation and snuggled up in a log cabin. Time can easily pass by while blabbering about with friends and slouching in Local Table's cloud-like booths as seen in Fig 2. If you see yourself accidentally spending a bit extra time with your friends while eating out, the comfort and quality of furniture at Local Table will reassuringly keep you feeling in paradise. Recently had the chance to eat at the newly opened Local Table in Cypress. The staff was very friendly and able to answer questions about the door on the menu. Place was extremely clean. Came out for the first time on a Friday night with my husband and 4 kids. Super busy but we were able to reserve a table on the way there. Abraham was our waiter and went above and beyond the entire meal. He was very attentive, keeping our drinks full and even expediting another entree when my 11-year-old was hungrier than usual. Honestly, we were concerned moving from Katy where there were more restaurant choices, but once we realized Local Table / Local Bar were opening nearby, we relaxed. It's our favorite go-to for many reasons. First and foremost, the food is always great. Consistent high quality, fresh ingredients and variety. Also, the management and staff are friendly and welcoming. We have gotten to know many of the waitstaff (as we go OFTEN) but we no longer have favorites -they are all super attentive, courteous, and helpful. Very nice and open atmosphere. The feel they were going for was fresh and the food definitely looked and tasted it. The food was delicious. I ordered the meatloaf which was so moist and seasoned very well. It came with French green beans (not of fan of green beans) which lightly sautéed and delicious. The mashed potatoes had a creamy poblano mushroom sauce which was very different than you typical gravy but I liked it. Took me a few bites to decide but in the end was pretty good. Nothing was over salted and was seasoned well. My dad ordered the lemon pasta with chicken and he said it was very tasty and the chicken was moist. Will definitely be coming back. read more

My all time favorite restaurant is Hungry's. Their food choices are so refreshing. I suggest the Orzo Pasta salad w/ chicken. The jalapeño hummus with cucumber and pita bread. I have always wanted one out here in our community. To find out while eating here that they are the same family (as Hungry's) and a lot of the same menu items... I ordered the fire roasted brussels sprouts to go and when Oriana G. rang me up they came out to $13.59. I was just in the establishment for the very FIRST time on Friday, 2.3.2023 and the brussels sprouts were $9.00. Unbeknowst to me the price changed in the system but not as yet on the physical Delivery& take out menu(s) that was clearly still at the to go register for $9.00 and the online menu clearly still states that they are $9.00. Oriana the server asked Michael Miller the general manger of the establishment and he says to her that the system changed on Monday 2.6.23..I do NOT know that and it is NOT my fault. When he noticed the menus were still there he begin to remove them and called someone else over I guess to remove them that may have been throughout the establishment. They had NOT been removed the menus that were still clearly at the to go register. I showed him the menu and asked him so because you have NOT removed the menus you will not honor the price on the menu and he said NO the system says $12.00. Again, I stated that is NOT my fault and he still said NO. He was VERY RUDE and NASTY and had other employees look on like WOW!! Oriana was RUDE as well! I WILL NEVER go to that ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!! This was probably one of my favorite restaurants I've had ever eaten in my life. I had many dishes on the menu and there's not one that I didn't like. The service is incredible and the owner is so friendly, every time we make a visit he always greets us. As I said I really enjoy everything they have there but my favorite is the Philly cheesesteak, when you take a bite it just melts in your mouth, the beef is very well seasoned, I'd wish I know what's in it. So happy to have Local Table in Cypress! Enjoyed a wonderful lunch with a friend today. Hostess greeted us immediately and took us to a table near the back - high top table - comfortable bench seat on one side and barstool (with back) on other. Table had a cute little vase with a flower. Waiter was good - he greeted us, took our drink order (tea and a soda) but then I noticed the handmade lemonade's and told him I should have ordered one of them instead. We ordered the baked goat cheese (with candied nuts and apricots) served with garlic toasted bread. It was very tasty. The waiter ended up bringing me a strawberry lemonade (on the house) - it was soooo good and pretty. My friend and I split the Sonoma Chicken Salad with side of orzo. It was yummy. The chicken salad wasn't saturated in mayo and it was all white meat. Orzo/black bean side was nice compliment to the sandwich (instead of fries). If we hadn't filled up with the appetizer and sandwich we would have ordered the bread pudding (people near us had it and it looked amazing). All food portions were more than enough. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very comfortable, modern rustic and welcoming. Love the CTX wall. The bar area is cool too. Can't wait to return! read more
