It was my first time at this location and I had a great experience! Our server, Zach, really took care of us well. So attentive, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed from the host, to the servers, to all staff. The food is good as always, with such generous portions. We went there around brunch hours, surprisingly, it wasn't packed. So it was a nice, easygoing environment. They didn't have the Brussels sprouts as a side option on the menu, but Zach made it happen.

"Worth the Wait: Good Vibes and Amazing Plates" 02-01-2026 Local Table is a chic, hip, and cool spot that serves a variety of delicious dishes with great customer service. It's kind of the perfect mix of fancy and casual, depending on your mood, you can come in dressed up or keep it comfy and still fit right in. I've visited several times and my experiences are always pleasant, but this was my first time coming on a Sunday afternoon. I came with my husband, my daughter, and her male friend, and whew... the place was ridiculously packed. When I checked in, the host told us the wait would be about 30-45 minutes. We were fine with that, and we ended up getting seated right at the 30-minute mark, which honestly isn't bad at all for a Sunday crowd. Customer service was great as always. I can't remember our server's name, but he was friendly and welcoming. He fell a little short on attentiveness at times, but overall we still had a great time. What really surprised me was how clean and well-kept the restaurant was, even with how packed it was. So shout-out to the team for staying on top of things and keeping everything organized. Now let's talk ambiance; the vibe was lively, upbeat, and full of energy. From the moment we walked in, there was laughter, nonstop chatter, and servers moving quickly, just good vibes all around. It feels neighborhood-friendly and warm like a local hangout, but it still gives upscale and chic vibes too. The food is always amazing: full of flavor and served piping hot. The only complaint came from my daughter with the beef on her kabob plate. It wasn't well done and was still pink inside when she cut into it. She didn't send it back; she just took it home and popped it in the oven for a few minutes to finish cooking it. She loved it and said that it was very flavorsome and mouthwatering and that the vegetables and rice tasted astoundingly delectable. Honestly, I do think servers should ask customers how they want their beef cooked, because not everyone likes medium-rare meat. Some people (like my daughter) prefer it well done. Overall, Local Table is the spot for a Sunday afternoon if you're looking for high energy, a vibrant atmosphere, and delicious food. They also have healthy, vegan-friendly options, which I love. I highly recommend it. Just a heads-up: parking can be limited in the front, but there's plenty of parking behind the building. Food Ratings: Mediterranean Salmon -- 5/5: Flavorful and served hot Local's Kabob Plate -- 4/5: Delicious, but the beef wasn't well done Southern Crispy Chicken & Eggs -- 5/5: Flavorful and served hot Cheeseburger Americana -- 5/5: Juicy with robust flavors Kids Cheeseburger w/ Fries -- 5/5: My little niece tore it up French Fries -- 5/5: Seasoned well and served hot Strawberry Lemon Drop -- 5/5: Fancy and delicious Mimosa Flight -- 4/5: Delicious, but served warm Smoked Rum Old Fashioned -- 5/5: This drink packs a punch Kids Strawberry Lemonade -- 3/5: Overly sweetened

Great spot if you're in the Cypress area. Parking was a pain, as it always is in these "town center" type places. So plan on dropping off your crew and taking a little stroll to get back. Loved the outdoor patio! It's dog-friendly, and I'm all about that as my pup travels with me everywhere (more flight miles than most people). It was super busy, full-packed when I went on a weeknight, but even so, our service was good. They brought water for the pup as well. Drinks were great. Very refreshing and not overly sweet. We had the Briar Patch Sour [Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Blackberry Puree, lime juice, Angostura Orange Bitters, lemon mint foam] and the Spicy Pineapple Margarita [Pineapple jalapeno infused Lunazul Blanco Tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec, house-made sour mix, agave nectar]. Could have easily drank more than one ;) We shared the Green Chile Shrimp Ceviche [Guacamole, cucumbers, homestyle tortilla chips, cilantro] to start. It was decent. Pull your chips out quick as they get soggy if not, and no one likes soggy chips! For dinner, I opted for the Honey Ginger-Glazed Salmon [Sustainable salmon, basmati lentil rice, turmeric roasted, seasonal vegetables, garlic toast], and it was also good. So yeah - I like this spot! And if I found myself in the area - I'd probably go again.

Came in with my friend on a Monday around mid-day. They were pretty busy, so we decided to sit by the bar. The bartender was super friendly and attentive the entire time despite how busy she was. My friend and I both ordered the strawberry spritz and it was very refreshing, not overly sweet at all. As an entree I ordered the lemon pasta with shrimp, it was good the flavor of the pasta was nice and the shrimp was cooked well. I'm not a fan of capers, so I should've asked for them to be removed but other than that the pasta was very good. My friend ordered the gyro with fries and she enjoyed her food as well. Overall, I'd say this is a good casual lunch spot.

Might have to park around back as there is limited parking up front. Place is clean, staff are friendly. We ordered the kebab plate and spinach dip, and lemon pasta. First of all the pasta was unexpectedly spicy, wasn't a fan. The bf had the kebab plate which he said was just ok as the food was lacking flavor/seasoning. The spinach dip was good and they gave extra chips. I would give this place another try and check out other things on the menu.

I found this place on a whim while looking for a place to stop and grab a bite on the way back to Austin. I'm so happy I found it because everything was great! We tried the Ahi Tuna Tostadas (special menu), Ahi Tuna Tartare, soup of the day (Tortilla Soup), Lemon Pasta with shrimp and the Asian Chicken Salad. I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta and my brother said the Asian Chicken Salad was the best he's ever had. Portion sizes were on the smaller side of the scale. Our server was very nice and patient with us (2 of the 3 of us have severe food allergies). There were a few TVs, so if you're a sport watcher, that's an option for you. I really appreciated the openness and brightness of the space. Hopefully they'll venture out into central Texas!

Fantastic experience! Our lovely waiter, Zahir, was friendly and attentive! The Basil Cucumber Gimlet was to die for...Skirt Steak was a win win and the Croissant Bread Puddung with Vanilla Ice Cream was a show stopper! Our new favorite spot in Cypress!!

Totally loved the experience ! The food tasted so good! The staff was kind and smiling. The ambiance was easy and comfortable. Yay for an overall great time! This was about mid afternoon. They placed the two of us on a two seater booth. So cushy! Promptly served with water and menus. We started the southerquesadillas: they are a great appetizer to share ! Crispy skin but not crumbling, with a scoop of avocado. Yum! Next, we chose the Mediterranean fusion bowl. So well balanced with a bit of basmati rice, a bit of brown rice, brussels sprouts, squash, guacamole, beans, topped with aioli sauce ! Really really feels good, tasty and fulfilling. Also, picked the shrimp tacos with a side of black beans. And their side of fries... Just order it. Yes, just because. Crispyyyy, almost like double fried ? Great portion to share or not. Delicious. Really satisfying. They have TV's above their bars to watch the games if you wish. It's super family friendly, group friendly, date or solo. Accommodating for all! And because it was our first time, we were given a quick presentation of the business. Local Bar across the street is theirs too! How cool. Hope they'll open a location in town! Otherwise, I'll be back.

In short Local Table and Local Bar (across the street) are absolute wins for Cypress. If you're coming from North Cypress, know both are located in Bridgeland, so plan for the drive, but there's plenty to do once you're in the area, Bridgeland being the beauty that it is. Anyways, I'd taken a break from Local Table, after moving further away, but thought it'd be a quieter option to watch the Texans game last night. It delivered on providing a quieter, less crowded atmosphere compared to the bar. Plus, their bar on this night was spacious and relatively empty. Yes, there were more children and couples, but it's hard to beat a peaceful game experience sitting at the open air bar. The food and drink were solid overall. While I think the cucumber basil gimlet needs a bit more work, the beer is cold, my grilled chicken pesto sandwich was delicious (when I got the perfect bite of red pepper, savory cheese, pesto, and grilled chicken slathered in olive oil (or maybe that was the pesto)), and I'm glad I did not skip the chocolate lava cake. It's as nostalgic as the Chili's version, but all grown up. I never thought I'd say this but I'd definitely consider them for another peaceful game night experience this season!

Honey Ginger-Glazed Salmon & pedal club cocktail

I did not think I was going to love this place as much as I did. I ordered the pedal club cocktail and the honey glazed salmon and all I gotta say is wowowowow. The drink is was phenomenal; perfectly made. The salmon though? mouthwatering. Also, the service was exceptional. I forgot our servers name (maybe Adrian or Carlos) but he was great. Loved him! I would 100% recommend coming here. Can't wait to come back!

Had a great lunch it was Fabulous!!!! Our waiter Blake G. was very attentive, friendly and checked several times to make sure we were happy. His manager Mike did a great job with kitchen, staff and restaurant. It was very clean and had great atmosphere. You should definitely try the out.

I loved this place! There were so many options on the menu, so I am excited to come back many more times. I had the chicken and waffles and thought it was delicious! The waffle was nice and soft, not hard like many other waffles I have tried. The chicken tenders were slightly small in my opinion. The service was great and I loved the atmosphere. Edit: I recently came back here and had the strawberry champagne margarita and it was to die for! I hope they make this drink a regular part of the menu. Also, Nikki our waitress, was incredible!

Amazing food!! I really enjoyed this place, as a new comer, I felt very welcomed and well served. Bryan & Astrid were very helpful!! I definitely recommend this restaurant. the atmosphere was amazing, and I loved dining here. Such friendly staff & positive attitude!! 10/10!

The WORST experience ever! So unfortunate as I've had great…read moreexperience at other locations. Unfortunately, I UBERed an assorted party tray which " includes" 8 Baby Buns, 8 Mini Cookies, 8 Bites. I asked for almond icing on the buns and brownie and banana bread bites. EVERYTHING was wrong with this order! * The buns were disgustingly doused in icing and they were stale and greasy. * The mini cookies were insultingly small, many the size of a quarter. They were flat as could be and stale as well. * The bites were nonexistent. I was so baffled by what arrived at my front door. I contacted the store staff and complained about the order. I was offered to have my bites prepared right away and cookies remade and told they would be ready for pick up ASAP. When asked which bites I would like I kindly reminded the gentleman I ordered Brownie AND Banana bites. I was asked several times whether or not I wanted the banana bites. After clarifying multiple times I indeed wanted BOTH the brownie bites AND banana bites, I was informed they no longer make the banana bites. I was so dumbfounded at having heard this. I wondered "What service is this??!! Am I being punked??" At this point I wanted NOTHING to do with this store or it's products! In fact, why would I even consider picking up the order? I UBERed for a reason!! I asked how I could get my money back (mind you I've NEVER been in this predicament with an UBER order). The gentleman explained he would refund me and I should see the money in my account in 2-3 business days. I made sure to ask him if I needed to contact UBER and he incorrectly advised it was NOT necessary. Over 3days later I've not received a refund and am beyond the window of obtaining a refund from UBER. Thus, $45.69 (order, delivery fee and tip included) went straight into the trash. I now know this too should have been reported to UBER, that parts on me. I will say, I was also quite upset at the UBER driver as he delivered an incomplete order and I assume felt it okay to drop off quarter sized cookies and sloppy minibuns (the order came in a box with a clear lid). However, I decided this wasn't his fault. CINNAHOLIC staff made inedible baked treats (those that WERE made) with a very VERY poor presentation. To top it off their customer service, SUBPAR! The decorations are beautiful and they include a baby as used in a classic king cake. They don't put it inside for safety reasons. If you slice the cake in small pieces, it will feed 12-15 people. Otherwise they say 8-10 people. Pickup was quick, although there was a line, because I ordered ahead. I also ordered chocolate cinnamon rolls which were equally as good.

I came in on a Sunday around noon and there were a good number of customers but thankfully my friend and I were able to be seated right away. The outdoor seating area is super cute but I think it would've been much better if there was a gazebo or some kind of umbrella since there was no shade. Although fall is here and the weather is finally starting to get a little cooler, I don't know if eating here during the summer time is feasible. The appetizer consisted of chicharrones de harina with 3 different sauces. The creamy green sauce and red sauce are super spicy so you've been warned (for spice reference, I enjoy eating buldak noodles but need some eggs to dilute the spiciness). The only sauce that wasn't as spicy was the salsa verde. I also got the guacamole and the ingredients were fresh but it lacked a little salt. Thankfully, the cutlery package had some salt and pepper so that helped. As for the entree, I ordered the Birria Tacos. The flavor and seasoning were fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed the use of jackfruit in the dish. Consome was also savory and delicious! My friend ordered an omlete and that came with pancakes. Although I didn't try the omlete, the pancakes were amazing. They're soft, fluffy, moist, and the cream on top and on the side were sweet and satisfying. I was blown away by the fact that they're vegan too- bravo! As for drinks, I ended up getting the La Cascarita which is a spicy pineapple drink. Flavor-wise, the drink was spicy and refreshing but I think it was a little too sweet for my liking. In terms of service, it was pretty slow (granted, there were only one or two servers). Although the food came out in moderate timing, it took a while to get extra napkins, waters, check, etc. Overall, I enjoyed trying vegetarian/vegan Mexican food for the first time! I appreciate the restaurant's creativity and extensive list of items to choose from.

After tasting a variety of their dishes, I am extremely saddened by their closing because the food was delicious. Below is a list of entrees and sides I tried: -Enchiladas de mole: fantastic Spanish rice and black beans. Delish. -Quesadillas: amazing and stuffed!! I couldn't tell the cheese was vegan (which is a great thing). -Tamales: a little sweet, dry, and crumbled easily. -Baja burrito cauliflower: it was a vegetable delight and gigantic. Slay. -Guacamole was fabulous! -Queso: It was a little more watery than normal queso and the flavor wasn't as cheesy as the quesadillas. There was a slight hint of spice -Tortilla soup: slightly acidic and did not taste like tortilla soup. I would not recommend.
