I looked through a lot of reviews and read between the lines , any bad ones really seemed to be on the reviewer their self. And luckily I was right. We ordered a little of everything. They even customized the clams to my dad's liking and gave him extra for his birthday. Usually there is one dish that is meh. But there wasn't. Each dish was better than the last! Our favorite standouts was the Clams Oreganata, the Tomahawk, Brussel Spouts, Crab Cakes, Salmon, and the Spicy Rigatoni. But mushrooms, Bouilbasse and everything else was still friggin amazing. I felt especially bad for the kitchen and wait staff, who have to work in those conditions every day. By the time we got home, all of our clothes smelled like smoke and had to be washed. It's a shame because the food was so good, but the ventilation issues really detracted from what should have been a memorable meal. Come on, guys--please fix it!

Il When I arrived to pick up my order, I saw the menu displayed at the restaurant showing Chicken Francese for $16.00 and Tiramisu for $10.00 -- a significant difference from the prices I had ordered from online. I asked the girl at the register about the discrepancy. She smiled and told me that the online menu was old. I told her that I felt this was very misleading. She continued to smile, but there was no offer to honor the advertised online prices or otherwise resolve the issue. At that point, I was hungry and had already driven there, and I felt uncomfortable canceling the order, so I paid for it and left. To make matters worse, the total came to $29.86 for one person, including an additional $2 charge that I was not given an explanation for. I understand that restaurants raise their prices, and I have no problem with a business charging what it needs to charge. But if the online menu is outdated, it should be updated. A customer shouldn't place an order based on one price and then arrive to discover that the actual price is substantially higher. And unfortunately, the food itself wasn't good enough for me to feel that the nearly $30 I spent was justified. The combination of the outdated online pricing, the lack of transparency when I questioned it, and the unexplained additional charge left a very bad impression. I will not be returning.
