This was definitely a social media win! Saw it on instagram and told my family I wanted to go here for Mother's Day! It definitely did not disappoint! We came and were seated right away! So yay us! The staff were welcoming & friendly. The menu was a lot! So many options. They also gave you mini conchas once you're seated so that was a nice treat! What we ordered: Super Stacker- this is 2 scramble eggs with mushrooms, spinach, chicken, bell peppers/onions and cheese with choice of side & we got hash-brown (well done). This was delicious and super full filling. There was a lot more cheese than that expected but overall, it was good and tasty. My husband & I shared this plate because we wanted to have room to try their French toast! Giving this plate a 9/10 Caramel Churro Stuffed French Toast: this was so good! It looks as good as it tastes. So glad we tried it! It was huge but hit the spot after the breakfast plate. Perfect sweet treat. 10/10 Original breakfast plate: this comes with choice of 2 bacon or 2 sausage, 2 eggs any way, and pancakes. My daughter got this plate with bacon & eggs were scrambled. She enjoyed it and it was a huge plate. Brioche French Toast Combo: this comes with 2 eggs any way, choice of 2 bacon or 2 sausages & French toast. My son for this plate got it with 2 bacon & scramble eggs along with a side of hashbrowns as well. He loved the French toast and added whipped cream to it and really enjoyed everything. Drinks: We just got regular coffee, the horchata latte, apple juice and milk. Just normal drinks lol But we didn't come for drinks, we came for the food. They also have a bakery literally to the side of the restaurant and it was nice to be able to pick up treats for our friends on the way out. Definitely coming back to try the other items.

Loaded Cafe was fine, but not especially memorable. Plenty of parking, clean space, fun decor, and the attached bakery is a nice touch. Stephany was good, and we came in about an hour before closing when we were the only ones there. We tried the trio iced coffee, asada crunchy chilaquiles, and the stuffed French toast combo with country potatoes and sausage. Nothing was bad, but nothing really wowed me either. With so many strong breakfast spots out there, this just wouldn't be my first pick to return to.

5-month update! This has become our go-to for breakfast whenever we get the chance. Unfortunately, it's also the go-to place for breakfast for many other people. If you go on weekends, you want to get there before 9 am, at the latest 9:30. By 10 am, the wait can be 30 minutes. In fact, we skipped going here because we could see the wait would be longer than we wanted. The only issue they have is that the place is too small! I've only been to their Placentia location, which is much bigger, but I'm going to assume this is the smallest. Last time we had breakfast here, a group of 8 was ahead of us, and a group of 13 was behind us! If you don't want to wait as long, you might consider the few outside tables. What impresses us every visit is how friendly and positive the staff is. Regardless of how crazy it gets, they are always smiling and appear happy to help wherever they can. The only downside right now is that the kitchen doesn't seem to keep up. The food is great, but it's rarely all come out at the same time, and I've had to ask about a late item that appears to have been forgotten. Again, the servers shine when we remind them. They apologize and usually get right on the kitchen staff.

My friend drove about 1 hour and 40 minutes to try this place with me. We went specifically for the large concha and coffee. The server mentioned the coffee is meant for around seven people and gave us a look since we were only three. After we ordered, the server returned about 5-7 minutes later to tell us they didn't have the big concha, and that it would take a while because they still needed to bake it. It was really disappointing since this was the main reason we came. I guess next time we'll have to call ahead. For reference, we visited on a Saturday around 12 p.m. One thing we did love is that they bring warm conchas to the table as soon as you sit down, such a nice touch. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. I ordered the quesabirria tacos, which come as a set of three. I liked the crispy cheese on the outside, but the meat wasn't great, and the consomé was really bad. It tasted more like the tomato sauce they use on their regular tacos, not birria. We also tried the potato crispy tacos, and they were just average. The aguas frescas were good, tamarindo was the best. Overall, the experience wasn't great and definitely not worth the hype. I might return to try the the sweet options like the Nutella concha, but I'll skip the Mexican dishes. The conchas were good, and I even took some home since the bakery is right next door.

Came in for a late breakfast early lunch meeting and was impressed with the service. We had such great service! The 2 tacos were put into stale shells which were hard too chew. The eggs were good and the pancakes were cake like. They are also connected to the Panecita business next door .The coffee was hot and ready and the place got packed quickly. Happy to have them here In Orange. We were too stuffed to try the breads and sweets next door but the cakes looked amazing!

I love finding new brunch spots in Orange :) especially since brunch is my favorite! Loaded Cafe in Orange did not disappoint. Their menu is so extensive, it was hard to choose what to order! I went with the chicken guacamole stacker with fruit on the side. I liked that I was able to substitute fruit for the hash browns. The stacker was incredible! I hadn't tried eggs with beans on top before, but it actually went really well with it. The beans were so flavorful and cooked well. The guacamole, chicken, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese on top went perfectly together. For my drink, I decided to try out the iced coffee trio, with horchata, chocolate, and coconut flavored coffee. My favorite out of the trio was the horchata. The coffees were good, although I feel that they were a bit bitter and could use a little more sweetness or possibly flavored cream inside. Their service was great and the restaurant is very clean. It looks like there's a panaderia right next door as well; I wasn't sure if it was part of the restaurant. They have a good amount of seating and I liked the comfy booths. I went on a Saturday, and my server did mention that they hadn't updated their hours and that they actually close at 3. I would love to return and try their Super Stacker (I love mushrooms), pancakes, waffles, and conchas. I would also enjoy trying their aguas frescas trio. Overall, I had a lovely time here. :)

I saw all the good reviews and decided to come in. First off, this place is super clean including the restroom. The menu is huge. Their food will make any tummy happy. I had the County breakfast which is two eggs, four sausage links, and two biscuits with gravy. To start off they give you a cinnamon pastry which was tasty. The County breakfast was very good and filling. Service was great. There's plenty of parking. This is a great breakfast place.

I came here thinking it was a work and study cafe so I brought a load of books and my laptop, ready to work. Once I stepped inside, I realized it was more of a restaurant. Since I was already there, I asked to be seated near an outlet and the friendly waitress was able to accommodate. I ended up ordering the crispy potato tacos with spicy red sauce and their flight of coffee trio. The concha was on the house and it was delicious. The potato tacos were good, it came in 3 but I was only able to finish 2. I was not impressed with coffee though. It came in caramel, hotchata, and chocolate. The caramel was my favorite, the horchata did not have a strong taste of coffee or horchata, and the chocolate one was forgettable. I left that flight of coffee almost full. After eating, I stayed for about 2 hours to get some work done. Around 4pm, I was told they were closing, which I wasn't aware that they close so early. No biggie. All in all, the place has friendly workers and dining area is clean. I love that there is child hanging out in the kitchen learning, but someone needs to keep an eye on him more so that all compliance is followed.

Finally stopped into loaded cafe. What a great experience. The little bakery bread was really good. Cinnamon sugar and sugar. Mmmmmm. Very good. Great start. The classic breakfast and the French toast breakfast was great. The service here is great. The inside is clean and well taken care of. This is a must stop for sure. Give them a try you will love it!

Great service to begin with, love the coziness environment as soon as you walk in the Door ! I love the fact that everything is freshly made from the conchas, to the tortilla chips that they use for chilaquiles! Fire food highly recommend pulling up & enjoying the breakfast menu !

Amazing Mexican food with so much flavor and heart! Every dish was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. And the surprise free starter of sweet bread? Such a thoughtful touch Warm, soft, and the perfect way to start the meal. Incredible food and hospitality...this place knows how to make you feel welcome.

I used to enjoy this place til today. Placentia, bellflower, Long Beach. Tasty But this was crap. $22.99 for garbage. Didn't look like the picture and I don't even know they can serve such crap. Couldn't even get a refill on my iced tea and the place was basically empty

Mine came with sliced avocado (pretty much half of an avocado) which was ripe, smooth and creamy. It also came with crunchy onion strings and their special Topa Topa sauce and of course some kewpie mayo and shredded cabbage. The cabbage was super crunchy and fresh. The buns were super soft and toasted perfectly. The fries were alright. The Okonamiyaki style was unique and the toppings were tasty. My Dr Pepper was a little too sweet, maybe it was more syrup than carbonated water. Overall the burgers here were great! I also got an order for my boyfriend later that night. I wanted to share some comprehensive feedback regarding a recent experience, aiming to highlight both your successes and areas where further refinement could elevate the customer journey even further. First and foremost, I must commend your team for their exceptional warmth and hospitality. From my initial phone call to the moment I picked up my order, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This level of customer service, which often feels lacking in many establishments today, truly sets American Grub apart. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience, and I sincerely hope this commitment to friendliness remains a cornerstone of your operation. However, I encountered a couple of points that, in my personal opinion, warrant consideration for improvement. Regarding the payment process, I felt a degree of apprehension about providing my credit card details over the phone. While I understand the operational need to secure orders and prevent potential losses, particularly for larger transactions, for a single item like my bacon cheeseburger, priced at $17.24 including tax, this practice felt somewhat disproportionate. I also noted the 99-cent fee for online payments, which, while minor, might deter some customers who are seeking convenience without additional charges. Perhaps exploring alternative secure payment links for phone orders or adjusting the fee structure for smaller transactions could enhance customer comfort and streamline the process. My primary concern, however, arose upon returning home. Despite ordering a bacon cheeseburger, I discovered the burger completely lacked bacon, as well as any form of sauce or mayonnaise. This oversight had a significant impact on the meal; the absence of these core components rendered the burger quite bland and far from the experience I had anticipated. When ordering a single item, the expectation for meticulous attention to detail is particularly high, as there are fewer variables. Consequently, the overall value of the meal, given the missing ingredients, was not quite met on this occasion. I did reach out to the owner privately via email to discuss these points, and I appreciate their responsiveness and transparency in addressing my feedback, particularly concerning the rationale behind the phone payment policy. It is reassuring to know that your business is open to customer input. My hope is that these observations can serve as constructive input, allowing American Grub to continue refining its excellent service and product quality. I remain a supporter of your local endeavor and look forward to seeing these aspects addressed. Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, all my reviews and communications are crafted solely from my personal experiences and genuine perspectives, not AI. Every word and insight you read is authentically mine, driven by my commitment to provide honest feedback. Even though the review was long..(lol) I wanted to make sure the details are accurate and understandable. Plus I think you and your establishment are great and I wanted to detail that as well Kimberly.
