I absolutely love this place! They're a bit different where they actually serve you pan dulce for starters. They're very small and cute little bite sized pieces. I've ordered the dulce de leche French toast, and their churro French toast. Both were very tasty! Their crepes are great as well! Additionally, their service is always spectacular! Had a wonderful experience at Loaded Café! Our server, Alex, was amazing and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the Original Breakfast for an incredible $5.75....such a great value! Finally stopped into loaded cafe. What a great experience. The little bakery bread was really good. Cinnamon sugar and sugar. Mmmmmm. Very good. Great start. I love finding new brunch spots in Orange :) especially since brunch is my favorite! Loaded Cafe in Orange did not disappoint. Their menu is so extensive, it was hard to choose what to order! I went with the chicken guacamole stacker with fruit on the side. I liked that I was able to substitute fruit for the hash browns. The stacker was incredible! I hadn't tried eggs with beans on top before, but it actually went really well with it. The beans were so flavorful and cooked well. The guacamole, chicken, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese on top went perfectly together. For my drink, I decided to try out the iced coffee trio, with horchata, chocolate, and coconut flavored coffee. My favorite out of the trio was the horchata. The coffees were good, although I feel that they were a bit bitter and could use a little more sweetness or possibly flavored cream inside. Their service was great and the restaurant is very clean. It looks like there's a panaderia right next door as well; I wasn't sure if it was part of the restaurant. They have a good amount of seating and I liked the comfy booths. I went on a Saturday, and my server did mention that they hadn't updated their hours and that they actually close at 3. I would love to return and try their Super Stacker (I love mushrooms), pancakes, waffles, and conchas. I would also enjoy trying their aguas frescas trio. Food and ambiance was great! Service, not so much. 2 employees their were trying their best, but 2 servers for dining and bakery was way under staffed. I got the horchata iced latte and it was lacking flavor. The brioche strawberry banana French toast was very sweet so just be mindful if you don't like super sweet things. It honestly seemed like it was someone's first day ever stepping foot in a kitchen. Easily the single worst breakfast I've ever paid for.

Whether from the ordering process, to dropping off the food itself, to the request for refills--everyone was so courteous and friendly. It's the type of operation that you can tell appreciates its loyal customers. I like the ambiance too. There are several tables and counter space spread over an extensive dining area. I especially liked the layout as it wasn't just the same set of booths repeated; it had a variety of table counts and booth counts next to each other. I can see how different parties relieved that there is a way to seat everyone without any awkward dividing up everyone. It was also relatively quiet and relaxing inside. All in all, this is a great place with great eats. I can't wait to give the breakfast a whirl to seal its place in my rotation.
