I went to the store on a warm day in the spring and it smelled terrible as if a sewage pipe had erupted. I couldn't stomach the smell.

This establishment either does not have enough employees, or doesn't care about customer service. I was planning on purchasing a pair of pre-owned shoes from their online store. For pre-owned items, LMTD states on the website that that the buyer needs to message on instagram or contact them via e-mail for pictures of the shoe condition because, for some strange reason, they do not want to disclose that information on their website. Well I did BOTH only to be left on "read" on instagram and ignored via email. They also unsurprisingly do not pick up the phone. If you want to shop here, go to the actual store and examine the shoe in person because I've heard of people who were sent counterfeits before. You will NEVER hear from them if you are buying online. read more

Bought a pair of Alexander wang x adidas collaboration for $40 online. Shipping was $10 so it came out to $50. The shoes Delivered to my house in less than a week in great condition. But the box was a little jacked up. Overall I'm happy with the product, they are legit and will be on the look out for come ups like this. read more

I placed probably somewhere around 10+ total pairs in multiple preorders from these guys. Yes, It does take a little while for them to fulfill the orders (4-8 weeks) after a release but honestly, they do ship everything out and it's 100% legit. Sometimes they leave the purchase receipt in the preorder box too (haha). I was a bit worried that they would cancel my preorders since some of the secured preorders were going for way more on stockx after the release or tell me they cant secure the shoes but it has never happened. They pulled thru every time on their preorder obligations. I would do a large preorder with these guys on the right shoe in the future as long as the price makes sense to me. Still waiting on some Travis Scotts React 270's but I think they'll pull thru once they secured the sizes and pairs. Will keep this post updated if anything. Thank you guys!!! read more

Fake Shoes One star is generous. I received fake Doernbecher 5s after taking a 2 and a half hour drive to visit their store. (Confirmed by GOAT. They were denied on a sale for being replicas) Not only did they make me drive back with the shoes to return them instead of shipping, they refused to give me any compensation in store because a manager wasn't on site even though I had confirmed with them earlier in the week which day I'd be coming specifically so a manager could be present. And to top it off , for my 5 hours of driving through tolls and traffic they offered me a whopping $5 store credit! Terrible communication , terrible costumer service . I am an avid sneaker collector / reseller and wouldn't recommend one person to buy from these guys. If the fake shoes weren't enough , I placed a order for a ASSC T-shirt, only for it to be cancelled 2 weeks after it was placed with an email saying "it was out of stock and you shouldn't have been able to purchase it." Yet again , poor costumer service and terrible communication . read more

These guys a legit. I have done a few pre orders with them and have not been disappointed. They are very reasonable with prices and I usually receive my sneakers before the release date. These guys are true professionals and are very good with what they do. read more

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! went in to exchange some shoes that were given to me as a Christmas gift for a larger size and was told by one of the workers "I'm going to have to pass on that...." I bought from them before in the past they stuff is real. Good prices But in February 2020 I traded 3 pairs of shoes for a pre order of Travis Scott dunk SB lows in a men size 13 . The first trade I ever done.Thinking I was going to get my pair like they said they was going to . I gave them time because of the pandemic.i hit them up in December 2020 and January of this year each time they said the seller hasn't sent the shoe yet but you will have your shoe. It has been over a year and I still don't have the shoe. I'm a very patient guy but this is wrong. I even said if you don't got the shoe just let me get another shoe. Their response when we get it we will give you your shoe. They was responding to my inbox then stopped. I just hope that they will do right by people. I know my experience would be better if I went to the actual store but I live in a different state.. I just want to share my experience in full honesty and not put the store down.
