This consignment boutique is located on the second level of Menlo Park mall right next to the…read moresneaker boutique called Clientele. I am obsessed with this store! There are so many good finds. the prices are fair. The items are mostly Preowned consignment-type designer threads and accessories. They put all of their items through a 3rd party authentication service before they put them out on their shelves. Once I get my coins together I will be returning to buy this LV bag that I've been eyeing. Hope it's still there by then - fingers crossed! I couldn't find a phone number for them online when checked but if you DM them on IG they will respond within 24 hours. @primetimemenlopark

I ordered a YSL…read morejacket online that I had spent over a year looking for in my size (it was from FW2018) from Prime Time and had a great experience! I was a little leary at first since it seemed there is a larger IG presence and I don't have an IG account so doing my due diligence was tough. I also could only pay through PayPal but I took a chance. I wasn't sure if my order was recorded but Marvin quickly responded to my inquiry and shipped the jacket super quick! The whole process on their website was seamless and had my jacket within about a week (I live across the country). The price was also reasonable compared to Grailed especially when considering I have never even seen it ln this size. Thank you so much for the great service, love the jacket!

I have mixed feelings about this location. At times, the…read morestaff has been knowledgeable; at other times, they have made incorrect commentary on the shoes I was considering. I have purchased shoes/boots on several occasions in the past. On my last visit, however, I had planned to buy a pair of boots. I came into the store to decide which boot after seeing my choices in person. Just when I was about to make my decision, someone who seemed to be a manager came over and AGGRESSIVELY indicated that the boots I was considering were going to sell out, so I'd better snap them up if I wanted a chance at them. I ended up leaving without spending my money at that location. I bought the boots, but elsewhere. I might possibly return in hopes of encountering the "right" staff member if I was in the area. As I stated in earlier reviews at another location: When there is a sale, the prices are less, but no one who buys docs expects them to be cheap. Regardless, the value has never been location dependent. If you are looking see docs in person, try them on and buy them, you can accomplish that here. As this location is in NJ, no taxes makes the purchases less expensive.

A couple days later I got a call that my order was in. I went to the location (which has tons of parking) to pick them up. Inside the store, Rhonda helped me with my sizing. Saying she helped me is an understatement. She REALLY knows her Red Wing Boots. Her customer service was unbelievable! Her knowledge was amazing! I am so glad i had Rhonda helping me because the information online was so scattered it was hard to read. Some people recommended going up a full size and others sized down, etc. She was very certain and promising of the fit. Rhonda is a real asset to Red Wing Shoes. If your in the market for some boots, PLEASE go to the New Brunswick location and ask for her. You'll leave the store extremely happy and most importantly, you will be confident you have the right size.
