It appears that Lloys Mats, and possibly CoverCraft, have gone out of business but are still fraudulently charging the credit cards of would be customers - me included. For many months I have been trying to get the correct mats I paid for. More than 50 emails and phone calls and zero resolution. Proceed with caution. read more

I ordered Lloyd Mats for the same type of vehicle I had bought them for previously. What I received was nothing like my previous mats. They did not fit at all. There was no cut out of rate dead pedal. They bunch up underneath the brake pedal and have no fixing points to hold them in place. When I approached Lloyd mats to help me with the problem, they told me loyd Mats designs the shape and size of its mats independent of the factory mats. They are designed to cover as much as of the exposed flat area of the vehicle's floor as possible. In general, Lloyd Mats tend to be larger, or smaller, and cover more or less than original mats. It is possible that Lloyd's mat shape is similar to the OEM factory mat, but they are not taken from any Original Equipment Manufacturer's pattern. An absolute load of crap. I was happy with the previous fit. They just don't want to back their product. They will be going directly into the trash. Not worth it. read more

I ordered mats two weeks ago, Lloyd's charged my account and sent an order confirmation. Weeks later I had not received an order confirmation and called. The first rep I spoke to could not find the order in the system and said she would call back in 30 minutes after she looked into it. Three hours later,after not getting a call back, I called again. The second rep I spoke to said she found the order but said that it was scheduled to ship over a month from now. That time frame was ridiculous since it had already been two weeks. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I ordered from Weathertech and got them in two days. read more

I spent $125 on a cargo mat that was supposed to be custom cut for my vehicle, but it's essentially just a square. It doesn't cover the entire cargo area, and the minor shaping it's supposed to have doesn't even line up with my vehicle. The images on the website don't match the actual product you're ordering, so there's no way to verify accuracy of the shape before ordering. It took two weeks to get a response from the company, and all I was offered was an 80% refund if I cut the mat in half. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. read more

I will start by saying the emblem on the Matt's looks great. I ordered the top of the line Matt's and rear Matt for my vette and I am very disappointed in the quality. Especially for what I paid. I did a little research after the fact and found out Lloyd Matt's is owned by a private equity firm. That explains a lot. Usually the precursor to the end of a business. Ordered a set for a 2020 Honda Civic sedan, these are extremely high quality to the point that the car is noticeably quieter with these when compared to the OEM mats, since they're so thick. I applied automotive carpet protector to them right when I got them, as I'd recommend everyone does with new carpet mats. They're very easy to clean and have held up extremely well, after a whole summer of use (I use rubber mats in the winter) they still look brand new, even having had muddy shoes on them when it rained. They clean up extremely easily. I ordered my set in black, assuming they'd look like the OEM mats. They are much, much darker; properly black. If you want mats that look like the OEM ones, go for a dark grey instead. I do like how the black mats look, though. They are expensive, and paying duties to import them to Canada made them even more expensive. The "LUXE" mats apparently come with a lifetime warranty, and they hold up so well with regular use that one can assume they'll last a very long time, so the upfront cost was worth it. They look brand new, in contrast to the OEM carpet mats, which saw about the same amount of use. I can't speak to how well they hold up during the winter, as I never use carpet mats in the winter, but as I touched on earlier, they have seen muddy shoes on rainy days before. read more

Bought this through a vendor on Amazon. It was expensive! Dimensions were not provided, only vehicle year/model to match the mat to my vehicle type. I must have a king cab in my van, as the middle aisle cut on the mat provided is 9 inches too short to cover the aisle between the seats, Contacted Lloyd mats and their solution is to provide me additional mat material to "piece meal" it together. That offer was made on April 25th. Still waiting for the rest of the puzzle. I don't think it's coming. Lloyd provided the template that they use to cut out the mat. According to the dimensions on their template, the middle aisle is cut to 24 inches. I need about 9 more in order for it to properly fit. Unless you can specify actual dimensions, don't buy this product. read more

I bought the highest grade of mats for a 77 Lincoln Continental that is used only occasionally. Upon reciept, they looked impressive as all other users have notated. but after about a year or so, they got sufficiently dirty in front mats, where i just wanted to do a light steam cleaning of them with a small regular bissell auto upholstery cleaning machine. they were not super dirty. So i just wanted to clean them a little to keep them up. But the next day, I noticed all the carpet material completely debonded from the rubber backing. when i contacted Lloyds, they refused to honor the Lifetime Warranty because they told me the mats cannot get wet! Can you believe that? they are selling very expensive mats that are made with a glue that holds the carpet to its rubber backing with a glue thats apparently water soluble! so the mat is all wrinkled and loose and only attaches by the edges where its sewed. If you buy these, be aware that you cannot get them wet. They will not stand behind their warranty. If you have to clean them, I'd send them to a dry cleaner. The guy in the dry cleaners is probably going to think your insane to want to dry clean a car mat. but if you don't these super expensive mats might be ruined if you shampoo or steam clean them as would be the normal cleaning process for a carpeted auto floor mat. read more

I ordered some floor mats for my van. I wasn't sure on the color match from what you see online so I requested some sample chips (7 to be specific) by email. When the samples arrived in the mail, I was surprised the colors I thought would match from online photos were not the ones that actually matched the van interior. Keep in mind, I also wanted a slightly darker grey from the factory mats light grey in hopes to hide any dirt accumulation. 1) Mats came in packaged well. They were rolled up but they flatten out quickly. 2) Construction is very nice. Some extra stitching here and there but as expected on anything made to order. 3) Color is not an exact match but since I wanted something a little darker, it was perfect for my needs. 4) No extreme foreign factory smell like some things you buy. They actually smell like 'new car' smell. 5) The fit is not exact BUT very close. If I wanted an exact fit and color match, I would have paid twice the price for factory floor mats. 6) The thickness of the carpet is far better than factory floor mats. Almost feel it softens the noise in the van when driving. 7) I had contacted customer service a couple times because their was a slight delay. The guy Gary was very quick to respond and helpful. He makes the whole process comfortable. * Overall a great buy. No regrets but take note, ask for sample chips to color match before you buy. read more

I was vert disappointed in the mats i received as a gift, unfortunately the person who purchased them missed where it stated for hanging pedals only and are not returnable, don't understand that cars that have the gas pedal mounted to floor they can't offer a mat for it, even if they were usable the logo seemed to be to low the cut did not really match up how they fit on floor and there was a pull where the hole is for the light switch for high and low beam. read more

Satisfied and disappointed. The fit is perfect. The carpet is thick and dense. The attachment mechanism is cheaper (more fragile?) than the Audi OEM version. Do not buy the Protector line of mats from Lloyd Mats! I'm giving them one star because they give off a horrible rubber smell that mimics a dead animal. I have owned them for 6 months and the smell has not dissipated at all. I tried washing them and airing them outside with no results. This is a cargo mat with a price about $60 which rests in the rear of my SUV. The smell up front is really bad. The only good aspect of the product is that it does fit the cargo area well. Just received my 6th set of Ultimats over the years. Still my go to favorite of the line. With horses, I can't always keep my vehicles as clean as I like, and don't like the plastic/rubber floor liners for everyday. The Ultimats are very thick and dense. If they get muddy I let it dry and they clean up/spray foam and vacuum beautifully. I've had them in a Jetta, 3 Suburbans, F350 crew cab and a Land Rover Discovery, all were made quickly and fit perfectly! read more

I purchased a cargo mat for the rear of my Chrysler Town and Country. The all weather material is very good. As for the fit, the mat is almost 2" to narrow. The mat is the shape of a rectangle, not a custom fit, as advertised. It looks like the mat cam from a large roll and was sloppily cut to length with a box cutter! A real disappointment! read more
