    The current Manager Rosa with the blonde fried curls is a problem and has got to go!…read more I went to head into this auto-zone location today to get a replacement lightbulb. When I went to start my car today, my car wouldn't turn on at all and the car was completely dead. Since I recently bought my battery from this location I decided to hit two birds with one stone and get the new bulb and my battery checked out at the same time. I asked Rosa to assist me in finding out which bulb I needed, and after she looked up my Make and Model she refused to tell me the bulb number I needed. At first I thought she just didn't hear me ask the question so I repeated "can you please tell me which bulb I need". She insisted getting it for me and would not answer my question. At this point I asked more firmly and she continued to ignore me. She then picked out whichever light bulb SHE decided I was going to purchase. That's not how this works, there are many brands and different prices and it's not your job to decide which one I'm buying. Also I only needed one bulb and she handed me a two pack. I then said "thank you ma'am I'll take it from here" since I no longer wanted to deal with her. She decided to stay in the same aisle as me to pretend to "adjust" the merchandise. She really was just watching me to make sure I'm not stealing and this is the oldest trick in the lost prevention book. Absolutely not. I will not tolerate this level of disrespect in 2025. I addressed her directly regarding this and she decided to play stupid and act like she really was just adjusting the merchandise. No. I even asked her why she wouldn't tell me the number of the part I needed at that point she decided to just talk over me. Obviously, this turned into a yelling match because who do you think you are being this disrespectful to a customer who is trying to spend money at your location. Obviously none of the other employees intervened and I did apologize to one of them outside for causing a disturbance but you will not ever treat me like a thief just because of your own prejudice and ignorance. Another customer came outside, let me know he heard everything and told me he also has been treated poorly by Rosa. He gave me his name and number so we can communicate further regarding this situation. I'm very glad I had a witness who can now vouch for her rudeness. Upon checking this Yelp page this seems to be consistent behavior from this manager, and the regional/general manager of this store has yet to address it. This woman is a liability for AutoZone and they need to reconsider what they value more, returning customers or a disgruntled employee who discriminates against her customers.
