Fairfield County Hickory laminate. - Interior wooden flooring with a floor vent and part of a dark table leg visible in the corner.

We had decided to ditch carpet in our living room and dining room (~480 sq ft) and got several quotes from flooring companies. When we visited Lumber Liquidators and spoke with Will we knew we had found the right place. Their selections are plentiful and there is something for every budget. We chose the Fairfield County Hickory and it is absolutely stunning. What a change from that yucky old carpet! We used the installers contracted through LLF and they were amazing! In and out in 4.5 hours. No fuss no muss. Looking for new floors? Head to LLF.

This store is pretty big inside; you would never know it by looking at it from outside. It is filled with treasures both big and small. Like any antique store (or like most), it is a bit crowded with items. Personally, I like that. You really are 'hunting' for treasures here. Yesterday I found this beautiful trinket on the floor of a booth...I would have never found it had I been in a rush. I highly recommend you take your time here. Google reviewers seem more critical of Hunt & Gather and its staff...but personally I had a very different experience. On Google, people wrote that staff was following them, being rude, and that this place was overpriced. Now...your mileage may vary...but I found the staff to be extremely kind. They would check in on me a couple times just to see if I needed help, but largely let me do my own hunting in peace. I think some items are certainly pricey and I can't quite understand why, but by and large I found the prices to be competitive. For example, you can get an entire Noritake china set (with 12 settings!) for $450. Anywhere else this could go easily for $700+. You can buy some dupes at HomeGoods for sure, but HomeGoods aint that cheap -- and I'd argue some of the pieces here are priced even more competitively than HomeGoods. I bought 3 chinoiserie vases/jars yesterday (at ~$30 a pop) and am soooo enamored by them. All in all, I'd recommend you swing by especially if you're furnishing, or refurnishing, your home. There are some really nice things here....and I think I may come by every now and then just to see what's in stock!

I have shopped Belks my whole life in different cities, looking for good reductions in items to dress up my wardrobe, nice jewelry, and quality beddings and linens. The customer service was as excellent as the products they sell, A+. And then there is this store.... I cannot understand why this store only has 1-2 cashiers working in the store at a time. There have been several times I picked out several items to purchase but did not have another 30-45 minutes to wait in the long lines. I dropped the items I intended to buy ($75.00-$300) on a random rack and had to keep my appointments elsewhere. I end up buying similar items from other stores and online, and don't go back to that Belks for 6 months. I waited 40 minutes again today, and the people waiting with me were as frustrated and disgusted as I was. This store has no respect for their customers, our needs, and our busy schedules. If your cashiers can't quickly handle Clients' payments and questions, they need more training or be assigned other duties where they don't interact with the public as much. People trying to check out also shouldn't have to wait behind people making returns. Today I waited 42 minutes to get to a cashier to pay for my items, behind 5 other customers.

You can barely walk between the racks because of all of the clothes on the ground. There's several seasons' of clothes shoved into every available space. I can't believe it's not a fire hazard. What finally made me turn around and walk out is when I pulled a dress off a rack and the whole rack collapsed like a pile of toothpicks. Stores complain that people are shopping online? Well this is why.

I love their vibe and it's a very nice store which also has Instagram stories weekly so you can kind of see what they have in stock before you go there. Instead of speaking with me directly, he relayed messages through the employee working the self-checkout. When I specifically requested to speak with him face-to-face, his attitude was dismissive and arrogant. He openly stated that he did not care about anything I had to say or show him on the Lowe's app or website, and that he only cared about what was on his Zebra device. I was attempting to purchase an item that was clearly marked on sale. When scanning the item using the Lowe's app in In-Store Mode with the correct location selected, the price showed $99.00. However, when scanned at self-checkout, the same item rang up as $237.00. Chad refused to listen to any explanation, would not review the app or website, and showed zero interest in resolving the discrepancy. Wouldn't look at my scanning of the items with his store selected using in store mode. His demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I tried to show Chad the information about the Lowe's app and in store mode posted on your website that I attached here. Nope, didn't care to even look at it. It states that customers can use the app, as an instant, IN-STORE PRICE CHECKER, whenever you need it while shopping. Chad continuously talked down to me as if I were stupid, saying that they don't price match. How is it price matching if I used YOUR "in-store mode" to get a price check for that specific location?! Chad's behavior made Lowe's customer service look absolutely terrible and has honestly made me reconsider shopping at Lowe's altogether. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location for your hardware, tool, or home project needs--especially if you have to interact with Chad.
