The prices are very, very reasonable (better than any local store or Wayfair online buying). I was very surprised at the amazing selection. I fell in love with so many things. And, since I am not at all artistic, nor good at decorating, and I am a bit intimidated by decorating my home, I really appreciated the helpful owner. She shared her inspirational rooms and pics that looked they they came out of a magazine for little money. I never thought I could imitate such a thing in my own home, and I was quite skeptical to try, but, she helped me find some items to fix up my oldest daughters room. Wowee, with her help, the room completely transformed into something that looked like it came out of a magazine, for a little more than a hundred dollars. With that succes, I came back a second time for my youngest daughter's room (wanting to give her a room transformation for her 13th birthday). I gave the owner some pictures of the room with a small budget. Watching her put things together is inspiring and fun. She is truly talented and gifted, and she shares this gifting with those who shop in her store for FREE!!! I have been learning a lot from her, as she teaches how to put different things together. I need to post some pics of these room transformations. It truly does something therapeutic to have rooms transformed in your home. This is the most amazing shop!!!!! I highly recommend making the trip to this shop.

BUT, recently I went back to get a bed that I HAD to have and found they were moving to a different location, so I wanted to purchase the floor model. I called and spoke to my sales person (whom I love) letting her know that I am interested and ask what I would need to do. She let me know that I could not purchase the bed until after the 1st of the year. I was ok with that but kept in contact so that she would know I was serious. She gave me several times to call back so that she could check with the manager to find out pricing and when I could actually take the bed. The day comes to get the price and they've SOLD THE BED! What, what do you mean. I could have spit nails! You told me to call back, you said I had to wait on a manager. I was so angry, disgusted, pissed, and let down. I have call you all for a month straight and you sell the bed AFTER I REPEATEDLY told you I wanted it! I stated to call back up there and ask for a manager (because the manager was who my sales person was waiting on and who knew someone wanted to buy it) but I thought, Ill just go spend my money someplace else. In good conscience why would the manager sell the item knowing someone had been asking about it for weeks?!?!? At the VERY least they could have contacted me (because they had my #) to see if I was still interested. Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! **I wont give them 1 star because the past experience was better, ill admit. It is very, very sad to me that in the day when we works so hard for money, that doesn't go very far at all and then to choose to spend it with this establishment and then be treated with such total and gross disrespect does not make any sense at all. If I were as evil as the manager was to me. I would say, I hope this business goes out of business. But that would put a lot of people out of work, and that would not be good. I manage an establishment with 20 employees and if I ever heard one of my employees talk to any customer or not make it right for any customer. I would unfortunately have to do some corrective action in a possible separation. To employ somebody who literally talks to People with blatant disrespect, literally waiting until you close your mouth so they can jump on top of you has to have the last word unwilling to do absolutely anything to help you is absolutely ridiculous. I will never in my lifetime. Go back to the store and anybody that I know that wants to buy furniture. I will make sure that they stay far far. Far away from this store. I will also be trying to see what I can do to seek some. Type of legal action. Unfortunately, like a previous reviewer, said, once you sign the papers, it's no longer an issue for them. Never again. You got me once, but you won't get me twice.
