Do not touch this company, they have a very bad overall reputation. We bought $13,000 worth of flooring from the Brighton store. Within 2 weeks it started warping and creaking, The installers tried to repair it by firing tons of unsightly nails into it. It got worse. The installers eventually concluded that the flooring material was defective and would report this to LL Flooring. Then there was a journey of stalling, passing between departments, sending videos, snapshots of my nest showing that I never went over 50% humidity for a whole year. etc. etc. no real review of the data I sent occurred, just a standard answer " it must be the humidity" I proved it wasn't. I am about sue the company when they went chapter 11 in August 2024. This allows the company to downsize to 90 out of 300 stores. But also, not pay their creditors and screw all customers out of warranty. The company will still be the same after chapter 11, my advice, stay will clear of this company. THE BEST SERVICE!!!! Came in looking for a durable flooring (pet/kid proof) and the sales man Sebastian literally took a key and showed me how durable each one was and made sure it was a good price. All the employees there spend time with you and make sure you are genuinely happy with your decision and don't pressure you into buying something way too expensive like some other places might. If I could give zero stars I would. We liked the salesman at the store but it went downhill from there. On the day installation was supposed to start, no one showed up. I called into ll floor and they has wagners carpentry and construction call me back, they sent Ed out the next day. Long story short, they had to put level down 4 different times, take up the flooring and reinstall 4 times. The floor had several areas that did not lay flat and you could feel the bounce in the floor. We had pictures and videos along the way They chipped boards in the process. They kept saying its fine the floor is guaranteed. The last time Ed came he showed up high so we sent him away. They said they had to cut 1/2" perimeter around the floor so it would lay flat. It didn't help. I had a customer relations specialist assigned, Mary, who would never take my calls and not respond to emails. Finally she emailed to have an independent contractor come to assess but wouldn't give me his name or company so I could verify that he was independent. We received the report after 10 weeks ( should have taken 3-5) and was told our table caused the chips. Our pictures taken right after installation with a date and time stamp, show differently. There is no guarantee as they are saying its our fault that it doesn't lay flat and has bounce to it. Not sure how your poor installation is our fault. We went with them originally since all they did was floors but because they contract out their installation you don't know what you'll get. Stay far far away read more

Great customer service! I was looking to buy vinyl plank flooring for my condo. I found a beautiful and durable option. The buying process was very smooth. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! I do not know if they have changed managers because I see other people gave them great reviews. Their installers did not wear masks even after we asked them to, they were very sloppy with glue drips, sawdust everywhere. The installers are of course coming out to fix their sloppy work. But Lumber Liquidators themselves do not have attention to detail. They never asked us what underlayment we wanted and chose the cheap stuff which we would not have picked...I am so frustrated. Save yourself some headaches and head to Lowe's or Home Depot. read more
