Horrible company, do not do business with these people. Completely ruined my floors and left my…read moreproperty with damage! I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. See you in court very soon!

Called carpet manufacturer to ask if this was normal for this style/brand of carpet, it isn't. It was an installation issue. Seam is very evident and raised. Raised to the point that when vacuum rolls over it you feel the bump. Stupidly, we had them install same carpet but different area of house. The workman ship was terrible. Did not close off at least two edges on our stairs. Haphazard stapling, and two thresholds improperly done. Also had to come back out because carpet was already pulling away from tack strip. Management has done nothing. Very visible seam down the middle of a room is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing.

We even abandoned our go-to carpet store to follow their glowing recommendation. We should have seen the writing on the wall when our installation date was delayed 3 weeks. Suddenly we went from carpeting an empty house to working around all of our belongings after a move. They offered to "wave the furniture moving fee." Apparently, this meant scattered our belongings throughout the entire house and not returning them to their proper rooms. This could have been brushed off as a simple annoyance, but the clean-up portion of their installation work was nonexistent. Chunks of carpeting, tack board with exposed nails, and over 100 (yes, I counted) carpet staples were left strewn all over our home. When I called them to discuss concerns, they insinuated I was over-reacting and "fuzzies" are to be expected after a carpet install. No matter how much I described the debris, the comments continued that mild fuzz is part of the installation process. After FOUR HOURS of emergency clean up and one broken vacuum, my husband and I felt comfortable allowing our two young children (3.5 and 14 months) to actually walk around our home. This is my first ever review on a company. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, supporting local, and communicating through challenges. However, when you create a dangerous environment for my children and then tell me I am over-reacting without care beyond collecting your paycheck, the situation shifts. Please, please, please consider taking your business elsewhere. $17,000, a broken vacuum, damaged baseboard, and no sincere concern later... we learned our lesson.
