I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. See you in court very soon!

My husband and I contracted them to do two jobs. The first job was in November of 2021. Legendary Hardwood Floors was contracted to refinish our existing hardwood floors in the living room, hallway, and three bedrooms. Upon completion of the job, my husband and I noticed lines at the sides of the walls. Turns out these were buffer marks. We did not want to move everything out and start over so we thought that we could just hide it and it would fade over time. We considered it to be an honest mistake and were given a $200 discount. The second job was in April of 2022. Legendary Hardwood Floors was contracted to install hardwood floors in our kitchen and two landings. We requested that they match the rest of the house. Upon inspection of the job (after a coat of stain and two coats of polyurethane, one to go), my husband and I noticed that the stain was the wrong color. James stained the floors in nutmeg when the rest of our home was done in early american. We immediately contacted Paul who said that James would sand everything up and start over. Paul stated that he didn't know if James would be able to sand it up due to the fumes burning his eyes. He stated that it was safe to do, but that it would just depend on how bad it burned James' eyes. James sanded up the floors, applied the new stain, and one coat of oil based polyurethane in one day. That evening, I looked at my thermostat app and noticed that the temperature of our home was 116 degrees. The sanding equipment caught on fire due to spontaneous combustion inside the dust bag (that was left full inside our home) and our entire house was charged with black smoke. I contacted Paul, the owner, that evening (with no response) and the following morning (with no response). The following morning, my husband and I went back to the house to realize that someone from Legendary Hardwood Floors came back to our home and removed the sanding equipment from our home without permission. They had the code to enter our home because of the work they were doing (we couldn't always be home to let them in). Legendary Hardwood Floors continued to ignore our calls/text messages, but somehow decided that it was okay to enter our home without our permission or notification. My husband and I were able to look past some of the issues (like not returning calls/text messages, being late to meetings, etc.) because of the low price. However, this is clearly not something that we can overlook. We are out of our newly purchased home for 6 months to 1 year and Paul wants to COME BACK and install our new floors. He has shown zero remorse for what has happened and just seems to care about getting business. I have included a photo of the company's logo as well as current photos of our home :(
