Ultimately I wanted to love this nail salon because it looks so pretty and clean when you arrive but I won't be returning. I called ahead of time and was told I could come then. I'm not super picky about my nails but the way my acrylic nails turned out is so bad I don't even want to try to get them fixed. I got a fill on 5/5 and by 5/10 - 2 have broken, polish chipping off, and chipping at my cuticles (pictures attached). I paid $55 plus $10 tip and I look ridiculous a week later. read more

I wrote a previous review but somehow it was removed. I decided to repost because I want to warn people before they come to this nail salon. This was the worst nail shop I ever been to in my life. The service was poor, unprofessional, overpriced, and the experience overall seemed borderline racist. Me and my friend came here as a second choice because our first pick was overbooked. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one nail tech and one customer. We seen this as a red flag but we though we give them a chance anyways. The owner had to call for a second nail tech to come to the shop and assist us. I got acrylic nails and a gel pedicure, which is only $45. They claimed they could not do my first design for my acrylic nails because they did not have the glitter that I wanted, so I had to improvise as we went along. The nail tech was extremely rude to me and made quite a few offensive comments as I was being serviced. It was written on her face before she started on my nails that she did not want to take me. She assumed I didn't have enough money to pay for my nails and told me to ask my boyfriend for more money, she was pressed for time because she had a sick child at home. She kept telling me she doesn't have all day to work on my nails but we waited 45 minutes to an hour for her to arrive. She did not fix my nail when I asked her to reshape it, she made my nails way too thick, and clumpy, and the glitter Ombre looks awful. My nail began to chip the next day. One nail broke after 72 hours. I was extremely disappointed and I'm embarrassed to say I ended up paying $155 for nails I do not like and to be talked down to for no reason as I was getting them done. My friend and I wanted last min gel manicures and saw that this place looked decent and had 4 stars, but I could not stress enough how this place was the WORST place I've ever been to. I've never had a nail tech do my nails worse than I can do myself at home. I wanted a simple design. Most nails were just plain color and I wanted a heart on one finger. It would've been fine if she just told me she's not able to, but she was nice enough to try so I let her. It ended up being something totally different and I felt bad that she tried so many times on designs so I just kept it. That wasn't a big issue for me but I noticed that there was a piece of hair spanning the length of my nail but she just kept insisting she couldn't see it. It was also darker in the place that day so I couldn't how terrible she did until I got home. I gasped when I saw just how bad they were. Not only was the nail polish everywhere but there were streaks! My nail also chipped within 2 hours of getting them done. I called the place the next morning and complained and they insisted that I come in to get it done. I insisted on a refund but she told me this was not a possibility. We settled on me coming in to have another lady fix it and she would let her know that I would be there at 5:15PM. I got there at 5:07PM and the other lady was no where to be found. She told me that the other lady only accepts appointments, but she told me she would wait for me on the phone. The lady from the prior day insisted she would be the one fixing my nails. Since I have already arrived, I figured I might as well get it fixed. Fast forward to 6:15PM and I'm still waiting for her to be finish with her previous client. Not only did she not make the appointment for me for the other lady, but she made me wait over an hour when I had an appointment! When she finally got to me, she went on and on about how she used to own a nail salon and she has been doing this for 30 years. She said she would only fix the nails that are bad, but that was almost all of them. She then said the person said she can redo them all for me if I let her take a picture. She didn't seem to happy about having to fix them and she was rushing to get them done so she cut me with the drill when filing the previous gel off. She didn't even stop to clean the wound while it was bleeding. She just kept saying "I'm sorry, okay?" Needless to say I will never come back here and I urge you to never go there as well if you want a good job on your nails. In addition, my friend also had a bad experience with the other lady. She was much slower. Her nails took about 20-30 mins longer and she got cut a few times. The lady just told her it was fine because she's not bleeding. One of the cuts did actually bleed. When she tried to take her hand away from the lady when she was cut, the lady told her not to move. read more

This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. My friend and I went on 03/08/2025 to celebrate our 18-year friendship anniversary. Despite the pretty décor, the experience was awful. Only one nail tech was working, and we waited nearly an hour for someone else to arrive. They seated my friend (who only wanted a pedicure) before me, even though I was getting an acrylic set and pedicure. The tech was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She charged $110 for a simple glitter Ombre, even though the original complex design was priced at $75. The nails were too thick and poorly shaped, and the Ombre was uneven. When I asked for adjustments, she refused and implied I couldn't afford it, even suggesting I ask my boyfriend for money. I paid $155 for a terrible set and service. The tech was borderline racist, rude, and completely unprofessional. My nails came out horrible. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I was just talking about wanting to get a pedicure and I happened to get stuck in traffic on Mission Blvd. so I drove into the lot. I was surprised how big the salon is because from outside it looks like it would be a smaller salon. There was 1 customer and one tech available and she said she can take me as soon as she's done. I waited about 35 minutes and she was kind. It's cute inside and clean. I asked for very short clear gel with French tips, squared. I also let her know i had an acrylic on my big toes as she also noticed. Since it was my first time I figured she would do her process and eventually cut down, file, reshape my nails- nope! She did a quick touch to each nail as they were when I came in and didn't blend the nail with acrylic so you can see the growth. She added extra coats to that nail to fill the gap but it was unfortunately noticeable. I had to ask to cut my nails down and she said it's summertime and everyone is getting long nails. Eww! Not I. Although I was unhappy with her work, she was kind and the place is nice and clean as mentioned. I wouldn't return but I'm sure it was just one of those days where I came in at a bad time and hopefully the next person doesn't experience this. read more

I really really hate to leave this review but this was experience was just too awful not to share. I went in on a weekday and was surprised at how big the salon is! Everything is incredibly clean and they have so many spots for clients. I did have to wait about 20 minutes but that's not an issue as I didn't have an appointment. Their prices seemed reasonable, although maybe a bit high for the area, but I was prepared to spend a bit more to support a new local business. I asked picked up their business card from the coffee table, which had a 15% discount advertised for new customers' first 6 services. I had gel-x tips on my nails and regular polish on my toes. I asked for a removal of the gel-x nails and toe polish, and a gel mani/pedi and in their place. They said the removal was free which I appreciated, and I opted for the lemon pedicure because it included a lemon scrub. My first issue was with the gel-x removal. My manicurist did not take enough time to soak off the gel tips, leaving my nails uneven and a chunk of gel still present on the tips of my natural nails which is not what I wanted. I spoke up and asked that the rest be removed before moving on the gel manicure and she claimed she would come back to it. While she started painting my nails, I found out that the lemon scrub is just that - they rub your legs with half a lemon. I was expecting something exfoliating but not as drying a straight lemon juice in my calves. It actually stung a bit. The rest of the pedicure was decent, although we'll circle back to the final result. I checked back in on my manicure and saw that as she applied the gel polish over the old remaining gel, it was coming out bumpy and uneven, especially around the edges. I again said that I didn't think all of the old gel was removed and the manicurist said she would fix it and that she wanted me to be happy with my service. I could tell she was genuinely concerned but instead of doing what I asked, she just started over clipping my cuticles, cutting me a few times in the process. She didn't do anything to fix the actual gel polish. I spoke up one more time and then dropped it as I had already been there for about over an hour and a half. When I went to pay, the total was ~$110. I was clearly disappointed, but I only asked for the 15% off for new customers from the business card. She said the offer expired in May, although this wasn't anywhere on the card. By the time I got home, my manicure was cracking, which revealed wet layers underneath. I don't even understand how this could happen with gel polish. I went to CVS that night to buy files and tinfoil and nail polish remover to get off the manicure, and when I took of my socks, a huge chunk of my big toe's polish came off with it! I couldn't believe it, and even my boyfriend said it was the worst manicure he's ever seen. Overall I was SO disappointed that I wasted my money trying a new place. I'm glad other people had good experiences but I will not be back unless the offer to fix this. read more

Nails and Lena, in particular. She did a fantastic (and first time!) job on my acrylic nails and the salon has a fantastic selection of colors to suit all tastes and styles. The prices are slightly less than what I was paying prior, and the finished job looks MUCH better than the past salon (i.e., neater polish, attention to detail, shaping). Last minute appointment before vacay. Linda did a great job on my pedicure. New girl destroyed my nails. The gel manicure was horrendous. She tried to fix it but since she painted over my cuticles she ended up cuting my skin. The manager stepped in soaking my fingers in acetone which set my hands on fire due to the cuts. Two other patrons that were present were in disbelief at how calm I was. I left without them fixing my nails. Never again will I go there. My nails are still recovering from the trauma! read more

I got a decent pedicure here but make sure you don't go close to closing! I went with two other friends and they said they'd accommodate us an hour before closing. They really rushed our manicures and even cut my friends finger and my manicure didn't dry at all and was smudged everywhere.I had to ask them to stop working because my friends finger was still bleeding and they weren't doing anything about it. If you have time and encourage the staff to work slowly then I think it's a decent spot but in general wouldn't recommend for manicures. read more

I'm really disappointed to be writing a negative review. I told myself I'd sleep on it and see how I felt in the morning. I have been looking for a good pedicure that has callus removal and was excited when I found that this place had it! Let's start with the good: The salon is very clean and new The staff is very kind Now here's the problem: I got a pedicure with added callus removal for an additional $10. I'm really getting tired of paying for the fancier pedicures that don't include this. Is it a Bay Area thing? Idk but it's annoying. Looking back I think I was also over charged for what I got but I'm just going to cut my losses and just keep my pedicure search on. I was at the salon for TWO HOURS for just a pedicure and I'm not kidding when i say the salon was empty. That ruined my whole afternoon as i had a ton of errands to do. The biggest problem though was the nail painting. She put on WAY too many coats which in turn made them not try properly. When she put on shoe on, it completely messed up the nail. She fixed it but wanted me to wait even longer and at that point I had to go pick up my kids. Of course it ended up getting messed up again cuz of not being able to dry and how much nail polish she put on. When you look at the pic I provided, this was the nail that did not get messed up but look at how sloppy the nail polish looks. I paid $75 for this. Unacceptable. Needless to say I won't be back and will look for somewhere to fix this. I really hope they work out their short comings because I do wish them well. This is possibly one of the worse nail salon I've ever been to. The manicurist was rushing through every step - she did not clean my cuticle well, was very rough during the entire process, and when cut my finger while she filed my old gel off. She didn't even asked if I was ok and went on as usual. One of the nail's color came out lighter than all other fingers and she yelled at me for not leaving my hand in the UV dryer.
