I can safely say this because I have had $80-$100 Russian manicures, $50-$60 gel manicures, but no where does it quite like Q Nails. I am rough with my nails and constantly cleaning, using chemicals, etc, but somehow, their method and products last. I can go 5-6 weeks between gel manicures with absolutely no chipping or peeling. Tammy and Tina are the main reason for my review. They are both so friendly and provide excellent customer service as well as services. I leave here satisfied EVERY. TIME. They never rush my indecisive self when I'm picking colors and always offer to swatch the 2-3 that I'm deciding between so I can see it on my nails. I've been coming here for a few months and their service is great! Everyone who works here are super friendly. I usually call a head to book an appointment, but they also do walk ins too. Ambiance is not the nicest, kinda out dated but they do have massage chairs which is a nice touch. Also, their price is fair and they give nice massages. I chose an earthy green dip manicure and a gel pedicure, and while it's usually hard to match dip and gel colors, they looked similar enough. I opted for a basic pedicure, but it felt very luxurious. I got a full set of powder acrylics with gel nail polish and nail art for $55. You cannot beat it. The women here take pride in their work and want to provide the best customer service. Cat Eye gel polish is only $7 extra, other places charge $10 or more. Try the mood nail polish if you have long nails or are getting acrylics - you get a perfect ombré everytime and if you have children they will love playing with your nails! I brought my dad here for Father's Day to get the deluxe pedicure package done on his feet. I called the day before to schedule the appointment for him as well as a gel manicure for myself at the same time. Tammy (Thuy) was the one who took the call and scheduled us in no problem. She greeted us with a smile and ready stations when we arrived. My dad absolutely LOVED it. Closed his eyes in pleasure several times while they tended to his calloused soles and overgrown toenails. I think the 10 minute massage may have been his favorite though. I'm not sure what the name of the lady who worked on his feet was, but he was very happy with her. At the end, they wrapped it up with a paraffin 'soak' then switched to working on his hands. He got the basic manicure minus polish and another paraffin soak. I got my feet infection after visiting this place. They reuse the same items over and over. Too lazy to clean stuff. Language prob as well and Very arrogant owner. Stumbled across this salon on Yelp based on location but it was a mistake - a pleasant one. The staff was nice and helpful. I explained to the ladies that I had an event over the weekend. While getting the job done, I realised almost too late that the color on my toe nails was not exactly going with my skin and was not looking good. The last time I went, after specifically asking for an appointment with Kelly, I was told she wasn't working that day. I was traveling the next day, so agreed to having someone else do my pedicure. I came in on a Sunday without and appointment around 10:30am and was sat immediately. The parking lot is small but I was early enough to find parking right away as well. I had to take acrylic nails off which they charged $10 for, and they didn't use any chemicals to do that which I liked (they cut and use tools to slowly and carefully peel each fake nail off). I did shellac for $27 which was reasonable compared to the previous place I went to. They filed down my nails to a nice shape and ensured I liked it, although my nails were already obliterated from the fake nail removal so there's not much I could do with what's left. Also, they cut my cuticles and cut off any dead skin. At the end I recieved a nice surprise in the form of a hand massage with warm lotion that went up to my elbows. Total time was about an hour. It was an awesome experience, will definitely come back. Great price, service and attention to detail. The caveat is they don't do acrylic, but I will probably never do that again anyways. This wasn't even a pedicure. Feet were scrubbed for 8 seconds each. The massage wasn't even a massage... Rubbing feet without any pressure. I asked for the water to be hotter and they said it's okay. No towels after the foot massage, so I was sitting there with my legs freezing. The paraffin bag had a hole in it and honestly just no. V is not a good person to get a pedicure from, she spends more time on her phone than actually massaging. I just found out Kim doesn't work here anymore. Kim was an angel.
