They accept walk-ins, but making an appointment is recommended and pretty easy to do so. I arrived at my appointment time and was seated right away. I forget his name (pregnancy brain), but my nail technician was nice and patient, as I showed him an inspo picture. He took his time in creating the designs, made helpful suggestions, and often checked in with me to see if I liked it. The shop is bight and clean. This was probably my third visit to the salon for a manicure, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Bella did my Gel-X set. During previous visits, we've discussed how I prefer my natural nails to be cut as short as possible so they don't show underneath the extensions. I also don't like seeing my natural nail through the polish or having the tips look transparent. Bella has accommodated this before by applying extra color to the tips, so this was not a new preference. I trusted that she understood what I was looking for based on our previous conversations and appointments. There was also some confusion regarding pricing. I showed Bella two inspiration photos, and after discussing the designs, the price increased because she felt one was more intricate than initially discussed. Rather than go back and forth, I compromised and chose the simpler Google inspiration photo. I trusted she could still create something I would be happy with. Once she started painting, however, I could see my natural nails showing through. I asked if another coat would be applied, but Bella said it would make the design look weird. I explained that I wasn't happy with the transparency and reminded her of my preference. She attributed it to the color choice, but I don't feel this was properly explained to me beforehand. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. Bella mentioned she had another client arriving in six minutes. I understood she was on a time constraint, but I was also a client paying over $100 for my service, and I wanted to leave happy with the result. I even offered to change the design to something simpler rather than continue with the intricate details because I genuinely wanted to find a solution. Instead, she offered to apply a topcoat and said I wouldn't have to pay. After applying it, she got up and went to attend to someone at the front of the salon, as though the appointment was over and there was nothing more to discuss. I felt extremely uncomfortable and awkward being left in that position. I left feeling disappointed and honestly almost in tears. My issue isn't simply that the nails didn't turn out exactly like the inspiration photo. I understand that designs don't always come out perfectly. What matters is communication and a willingness to work with the client when something isn't going as expected. I was willing to compromise and make adjustments, but I didn't feel that same effort was made on her end. Had she been willing to work with me to find a solution, I would have gladly returned. I also want to acknowledge Vicky, who has done my pedicures and is incredibly sweet and does a great job. I would absolutely recommend asking for her for a pedicure. This review is specifically about my experience with Bella, but unfortunately, the way this appointment was handled has left me not wanting to return to the salon. I hope this feedback encourages the salon to reflect on how client concerns are communicated and handled. No customer should leave feeling dismissed or uncomfortable when a little communication and willingness to find a solution could make such a difference. read more

I went here and I got a pedicure and builder gel overlay. The lady who did my pedicure was Lily and the lady who did my builder gel was Chloe. Now look we're all on here because we wanna know how good are they? And let me just tell you I had been neglecting my little piggy toes for weeks if not months. I just was busy people just don't know how to let me relax. But Lily, she got all up in there!! She made my toes look brand new. And the best part about it is is that if you go during certain times of the day and week you get a complementary paraffin wax treatment. Chloe did an amazing job of putting Orly builder gel, over my real nails, and yes, I name names for products. Why? Because some people have this misconception of types of nail products and if you're in the industry, you know. Not only are my nails really nice and strong because of the overlay, but they also are thin enough in order for me to pick up coins. Can you and your acrylic nails do that? I loved this place when it first opened but the quality in service has declined significantly. This place always had top notch luxury manicure experience. Now it is looking messy. I even killed three fruit flies that kept landing on the towel on my lap. My technician barely spoke English and it was painful to communicate. When this place first opened all technicians spoke only English.I wasn't offered a drink but the ladies next to me also did. I also had a bad experience with a PAINFUL efiler to remove the gel PAINT on my nails. I had to ask the technician to remove all of it because it was still on my nails but she said the gel prior was strong. I had one of the worst experiences at this lash place and would not recommend it to anyone. I was there for 2.5 hours, and they only completed half of my lashes. Around the 2-hour mark, my eye started burning intensely, and it only got worse from there. When I asked why it was taking so long, they told me their glue was having issues--which makes no sense, because somehow that same glue ended up sticking the tape under my eyes so strongly to my skin. During the appointment, two different technicians kept switching and working on me, which felt very unprofessional and disorganized. The pain was unbearable. My eyes were burning so badly it felt like glue had gotten into my eye, and after I left, I could barely drive because my eye wouldn't stop tearing and hurting. When I said I needed to leave, they started removing the tape under my eyes, and it was extremely painful. It honestly felt like my skin was being ripped off, likely because glue had gotten underneath it and bonded to my skin. To make things worse, less than a week later, the lashes fell out and took a lot of my natural lashes with them. This was not just bad service--it was a painful, unsafe, and honestly terrifying experience. Completely unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. read more

I have eczema on my hands, especially during the winter and she made me feel very comfortable. Vanessa did an amazing job, she took so much time to make sure my manicure was perfect. She was an angel. However, I wanted to love this place but they seem to have a little clique going on & I'm not going to be supporting mean girls as a Vietnamese woman myself. Vanessa asked one of them a simple question of "How much do we charge for stickers on all 10 fingers?" and someone's smarta** said "Oh my god, why do you keep asking me things? What would you do if I wasn't here?!" Mind you, they all knew I was Viet.
