Staff was super friendly and quick to help! I came in on a saturday and was taken in immediately. The pedicure was so comfortable and relaxing, i've been to many places and people usually are pretty rough, but the staff here was quite gentle and soft! The place is also very clean and looks great read more

I came here for the first time and was impressed by how spacious, clean, and aesthetically appealing it is. The lady who did my nails was kind and really gentle. I'm usually not into designs, but I decided to get a small flower on my ring finger. I really appreciated how she kept asking and making sure I liked the color and shape. I've never had that experience. The lady who did my nails executed the design perfectly, and I'm in love with my nails. I think I found my new nail spot. read more

i walked in for waxing because my go to place for threading was closed. Kim was super sweet and nice and she would adjust to my directions when I was asking for specific shapes as she waxed my eyebrows. she did one side first & let me check it, once i was satisfied she moved on to match the other side!! i would def come back, i felt very comfortable and im satisfied with my service! eyebrow waxing cost $15 & there's a cc charge, so bring cash for the service & tip if you can! read more

Apparently this is THE nail place in Fremont and so gave it a try and honestly loved my experience. I booked an appointment online for the first slot the very next day and glad they had an opening. Essentially walked in and they started doing my nails. I haven't done nails much but the process was great! I feel like they are very meticulous with the way they do it, adding multiple layers just to give it a more of a defined color. Also, I appreciate that they weren't rough on my cuticles like a lot of other places are so my fingers feel more cared for and not somewhat bleeding when you finish the appointment. Came with my sister and my sister wanted a nail that was inspired by a Pinterest post and I was honestly a bit skeptical that they could do it as it looked quite intricate. However, the results came out better than I had imagined and honestly was impressed by how on point the results were. Definitely will be coming back for future personalized nail needs. I will say that the price is a bit hefty as I paid around $150 for two people. However, I do think their professionalism, their ability to create unique nail designs, as well as the time spent in total (3.5 hours) does warrant the price. read more

I've been coming to this salon for a few months now and have had a pleasant experience every time. Lynn is my favorite nail tech and does an amazing job every time. Lynn is a very talented artist and nails every design I've ever asked her to do. I don't like it when nail techs are rough with my nails or rush to get the job done so I genuinely appreciate her attention to detail and gentleness with my hands. read more

Just came here last week to get my nails done. Lynn did a good job on my nails. The shop is nice and clean. The employees are very sweet and friendly. Will be back read more

The place was much better managed under the previous owners. Do not recommend at all! Their service is terrible! Told me to come at 6:20 pm. I got there 6:15. Then they said 6:30 pm. So I'm waiting & waiting. It is now 6:30 pm & I ask how much longer & they say 20 minutes more! No respect for the customer's time! Dishonest! Made my drive to the salon, wait & then lie about the time.....zero regard for the customer. Terrible experience. Will never go back. I was a regular patron when the management was different. read more

I ran over straight from work and they were about to close but they were kind and attentive enough to squeeze me in. I was really looking forward to my pedicure all day at work today, and it was excellent. I didn't feel rushed or like any corners had been cut. I really appreciate the care they had towards my service even though my tech had to stay a little past closing to finish up. The ladies were very nice and they also made payment super easy. They take Zelle and Venmo so I just paid from my phone while I was still sitting and didn't have to go up to the desk. With the cost of beauty services (and everything) going up it's harder to budget for services, so they're a treat i must reserve for special occasions and my much valued "me-time". After tip my gel pedicure was $70 - which is a little high but if you have at least $70 to comfortably spend on a pedicure ask for Yen, she is delightful. Will definitely be back! read more

I've been gone to lots of salons & I always keep coming back to this one. My feet always need SO MUCH of work and they never do me wrong. Vi did my feet SO GOOD tonight & phew, I walked out feeling like a brand new person! She was very detailed, attentive, gentle & and a CHAMP! She is my new favorite now! I also always get my acrylic nails done by Connie, she' so awesome. Others in the shop do fantastic job too. Oh, they even accommodated me & my friends for a "birthday party" last year or two too! Honestly, they are just simply my local to go to 100% read more

Came here with friends to unwind and treat ourselves on a Friday night. We made appointments at the same time so we could get pedicures together. One of my friends and I got here just a little bit earlier than our appointment time and they seated us right away while my other friend came ON TIME and had her seat given to another person. She ended up waiting for 45 minutes before she was seated and her pedicure started. Ambience was nice with the new renovations but service was overpriced for what it was. I also realized I got knicked a little during the cleaning process because I felt a sting when she put alcohol on my left foot. We all ended up getting charged more than expected because they add on a fee for those using card (which was not stated on the menus they give us beforehand). Overall, an okay experience but I probably wouldn't come back or recommend to anyone I know. read more

Do NOT come here. I came to get my acrylic nails taken off, but obviously looking at how my nails turned out, they do not know how to take them off. Right away when I came in, a lady helped me, so that was really nice. Soon after, I got seated. I made small talk with her and asked her how many years she has been doing nails. She said 20 years, but that did not show in her work. She made me soak my nails in a liquid for about 5 minutes and told me to take them out. I knew that wasn't enough time, but I didn't say anything as she ripped the nails off. I was cringing so hard, but when she saw she couldn't take it off, she started filing. Obviously it was too thick to file, so she made me put my hand in the liquid again. After another 5 minutes, she took my hand out and ripped as much of nail as she could. It took a lot of my actual nail off with it. The acrylic that she couldn't rip off, she filed down. Now I'm left with uneven bumps on my nail. Not only that, but many layers of my real nail is also gone. She filed my real nail down so thin and now they are extremely damaged. After her service of ripping my nail off and filing the acrylic as thin as she could, she charged me $7. What a bad job. I could have just ripped off my acrylic and it would have the same effect. Do NOT come here. I 100% do not recommend this place. read more

I absolutely love my pedicure with Vi! The attention to the detail of the cleaning of the cuticles was amazing! So clean and I did not feel any pinch whatsoever. This is my forever place for a pedi. Worst service ever. I called an asked if I can come in 5 mins. The lady said that they were available and asked me to come.
