Apparently this is THE nail place in Fremont and so gave it a try and honestly loved my experience. I booked an appointment online for the first slot the very next day and glad they had an opening. Essentially walked in and they started doing my nails. I haven't done nails much but the process was great! I feel like they are very meticulous with the way they do it, adding multiple layers just to give it a more of a defined color. Also, I appreciate that they weren't rough on my cuticles like a lot of other places are so my fingers feel more cared for and not somewhat bleeding when you finish the appointment. Came with my sister and my sister wanted a nail that was inspired by a Pinterest post and I was honestly a bit skeptical that they could do it as it looked quite intricate. However, the results came out better than I had imagined and honestly was impressed by how on point the results were. Definitely will be coming back for future personalized nail needs. I will say that the price is a bit hefty as I paid around $150 for two people. However, I do think their professionalism, their ability to create unique nail designs, as well as the time spent in total (3.5 hours) does warrant the price. read more

I ran over straight from work and they were about to close but they were kind and attentive enough to squeeze me in. I was really looking forward to my pedicure all day at work today, and it was excellent. I didn't feel rushed or like any corners had been cut. I really appreciate the care they had towards my service even though my tech had to stay a little past closing to finish up. The ladies were very nice and they also made payment super easy. They take Zelle and Venmo so I just paid from my phone while I was still sitting and didn't have to go up to the desk. With the cost of beauty services (and everything) going up it's harder to budget for services, so they're a treat i must reserve for special occasions and my much valued "me-time". After tip my gel pedicure was $70 - which is a little high but if you have at least $70 to comfortably spend on a pedicure ask for Yen, she is delightful. Will definitely be back! read more

One of my friends and I got here just a little bit earlier than our appointment time and they seated us right away while my other friend came ON TIME and had her seat given to another person. She ended up waiting for 45 minutes before she was seated and her pedicure started. Ambience was nice with the new renovations but service was overpriced for what it was. I also realized I got knicked a little during the cleaning process because I felt a sting when she put alcohol on my left foot. We all ended up getting charged more than expected because they add on a fee for those using card (which was not stated on the menus they give us beforehand). Overall, an okay experience but I probably wouldn't come back or recommend to anyone I know. read more

Do NOT come here. I came to get my acrylic nails taken off, but obviously looking at how my nails turned out, they do not know how to take them off. Right away when I came in, a lady helped me, so that was really nice. Soon after, I got seated. I made small talk with her and asked her how many years she has been doing nails. She said 20 years, but that did not show in her work. She made me soak my nails in a liquid for about 5 minutes and told me to take them out. I knew that wasn't enough time, but I didn't say anything as she ripped the nails off. I was cringing so hard, but when she saw she couldn't take it off, she started filing. Obviously it was too thick to file, so she made me put my hand in the liquid again. After another 5 minutes, she took my hand out and ripped as much of nail as she could. It took a lot of my actual nail off with it. The acrylic that she couldn't rip off, she filed down. Now I'm left with uneven bumps on my nail. Not only that, but many layers of my real nail is also gone. She filed my real nail down so thin and now they are extremely damaged. After her service of ripping my nail off and filing the acrylic as thin as she could, she charged me $7. What a bad job. I could have just ripped off my acrylic and it would have the same effect. Do NOT come here. I 100% do not recommend this place. read more

After several months of SIP, finally have my pedicure outdoor today! I was so look forward to my appointment and Prime Nails never disappoint me! My pedicure was done my the store owner, Teresa. She is super nice and friendly! The store follows the Covid guidelines well, everyone wears mask, they also have transparent partitions to separate the area even it's at outdoor. Review purely based on my experience having my acrylics removed here, I didn't get nails done here or any other service! In a shopping center with Factory Tea Bar and soon to be 99 Ranch. Lots of parking, some of it's 20 minute parking only so beware. Service is mediocre. Was not greeted or even acknowledged when I walked through the door because they were busy trying to charge another customer's credit card. already a bad sign, tbh. The least you can do is look up and smile or acknowledge my presence. Once they were done with the previous customer they finally asked what I was in for (~3-4 mins of me just standing by the door) and I think they were slightly disappointed/irritated that all I wanted to do was have my acrylics taken off, and was not there for a fill or a new set. attitude just didn't seem very welcoming. While taking my nails off, the lady was super rough, I could feel my nails / fingers burning slightly when she was trying to thin down the acrylics. And when she was using another fake nail to ease my acrylics off, she accidentally went under my real nail and I started bleeding.. She apologized lightly and chuckled it off but doesn't mean it stopped hurting. lol. $10 for acrylic removal and they prefer you tip in cash. kind of expensive imo so don't think I will be coming back. read more
