I've been to this location a few times now, and I can confidently give 5 stars to this store…read more It's clean and well stocked. The employees are so very helpful and kind. The prices are great. They almost always have an amazing sale going on. My biggest problem is how much can fit in my cart! They have toys, they have things for sewing. They have things for painting. They have needle craft. They have decor. They have just about everything that you would want for a craft. Right now they have all their Christmas stuff on 50% off! I got myself an amazing Grinch costume for Halloween. I also found a wonderful toy for my granddaughter for Christmas and I got some beautiful wicker boxes to organize and enhance my office. I also got some beautiful Christmas cards for 50% off. I can't say enough good things about this store. I'm so glad they're here! God is good

I could absolutely get lost looking at all of the home decor here and always can find something…read moreadorable. Fabric section has a good variety, but the quality is subpar for quilting fabric compare to our local quilt shop. Still, superior selection on garment fabrics and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The downside is that there is ALWAYS a line at checkout. Mid-afternoon, just after opening, just before closing... whether they have one register open or all of them, checking out is always a process.

A BRAND NEW HOBBY LOBBY in Stone Hill! It is tucked away…read morenear the Home Depot but there is plenty of parking space. It is clean, and neat, stocked to the brim with everything you could ever want. The staff was very friendly, lots of bright and welcoming faces. I'm so excited for a new store- I love coming here for crafting items, home decor, and the occasional toy for my toddler. There is such a wide variety of items at Hobby Lobby you could easily get lost in the store for hours. My favorite thing about Hobby Lobby is the rotation of sales. Sometimes I go in to purchase something when it's not on sale so I just hold off until the next week and I get that discount. It makes crafting and decorating so much more affordable than other stores. I am so excited to have a store closer to home I might have to pick up a new hobby.

If you have to any Hobby Lobby the lay out of the stores are identical. This particular one to me…read morefeels a bit smaller compared to most. I could be wrong, but I have noticed some of the big chain businesses in Pflugerville are a little bit smaller compared to most of the big cities in Texas. My experience here the first time was smooth and fast. My wife and I came here for some Christmas decorations. Needless to say when we shop together we have the same type of buying taste most of the time. The service of the front desk is pretty fast when busy or slow. All the staff have greeted me with a smile and ask how I am doing as I walk into the store and when I am shopping around. As another elite Yelper stated in their review this store stays stocked and has a great selection to choose from and value of their deals/sales for the products are not bad at all. Parking here isn't too bad at all. Getting into and out of the parking lot is a bit challenging due to the Stone Hill shopping center's layout of back to back intersections. Overall, I enjoy my shopping experiences here and I look forward to many more.

Dangerous store. I always go in for one or two items and come out with a ton. Always have what I…read moreneed. Sometimes I hit really great sales as well. Most of the customer service has been good. Occasionally the person I get doesn't know what they have in their store. The only thing that I would like them to change is having more people on their registers. I've been in there multiple times where the line is four or five people long and the only two registers they have open. Otherwise I would recommend the store. Again approach with caution lol.

I purchased a sewing machine Took it home sounded like a lawnmower returned it to the Hobby lobby with everything intact receipt in hand When the manager said they do not take back sewing machines that have been opened I informed him that how was I to know if it worked if I don't open it He replied with that store policy And that it was on the receipt I said I'd rather the receipt it says exchange or store credit upon manager approval He says that it's only for the quick stitch singer which is a handheld one So you would take back a handheld machine sewing machine that is under $20 but I purchased $180 sewing machine receipt in hand and I can't even get an exchange or store credit he then gave me a number for the corporate office that called me this morning they informed me yet again of the statement that it is store policy I informed the lady from the corporate office that 90% of your clients are females women single mother's grandmother's teachers etc. I wasn't asking for my money back I understand the concept of purchasing an item and not being able to refund the money be that as it may a store credit should be available to me But it was not I have worked for Hobby lobby previously a year ago I know the ins and outs of the Hobby lobby But the manager that I've always worked always put customer service in front of the needs of the corporate office be that store credit I assumed this manager was in compliance to do the same but he was not I left Hobby lobby Bastrop Texas very disappointed of my outcome even after complaining to the corporate office nothing on my behalf was done I'm stuck with a sewing machine that I paid $180 which I can't even look at I live in an RV in the sound of a very loud sewing machine echoes in my tiny little RV so the only recall I have is to sell it at a pawn shop and hope that I would get half of the money that I paid for it I've always enjoy buying merchandise from Hobby lobby and will continue to do so in spite of the outcome of my situation I understand that it wasn't the store manager's fault or location But at the end of the day it is corporate America that has their footprint on everything the CEO David Green I was told is the only one that can change the policy I doubt that he would be interested in a disabled widow woman from Texas and her complaint about a sewing machine that was not up to her standards.. so I have nowhere to complain other than posting it on social media in this platform yelp and hope that someone will read it and understand my predicament and perhaps I save someone else the aggravation of trying to return a sewing machine to the corporate office of Hobby lobby to my understanding there are a Christian company that is why they don't open on Sunday.. if this is true be a Christian and listen to the people that are your customers truly listen to them because if the shoe was on the other foot and I was corporate America and I received an email stating their concerns about a merchandise that I sold them and wasn't offered a solution other than the word policy that I would be kind enough to listen to it and rectify the situation by offering them store credit which I don't think my $180 would put the company in the black so David Greene CEO of Hobby lobby change your policy when it comes to a sewing machine give the customer a day notice one day if the machine isn't working or there's a problem with it be that a noise or wasn't up to their standards one day notice to return the merchandise fully intact with everything that belongs to it he can always resell it as open merchandise but you wouldn't lose a customer's respect, but gain the confidence that they can do some future shopping and spend more money isn't that work every company wants a returning customer spending more money even the way the economy is right now... anyway these are just my thoughts mine alone perhaps someone else have the same idea another grandmother or someone doing sewing on the side can walk into a hobby lobby store and purchase that sewing machine and not have to worry that an open box means no return change your policy sir because it makes absolutely no sense I will close my statement by saying I will be praying for you to change your policy have a good day good day!
