Enjoying time with my veteran friend and these tasty treats in the Happy Hour menu. Fried Brussels sprouts with green olive and preserved lemon remoulade and chicharrones. Very good. Could use some bacon, but 4 stars. And only $6 on HH.

    Chicken Caesar Wrap with Fries

This restaurant is inside of the Marriott hotel. We frequented this place for breakfast, lunch and to grab quick drinks. The staffs are friendly but it does take some time for the food to come out. Their chicken caesar wrap was good and you get an option to get a salad or fries. The price is also friendly for Napa Valley. I was able to use my dining credits while staying there and it's convenient cause you can just charge the bill to your room. There's plenty of tables and the bar is large, never had to wait for a table or a place to sit.

Showed up and saw a couple people dining, but otherwise the place was completely empty. We saw a sign that says please seat yourself so that's what we did. We had a party of 9 and took the benches against the wall. A lady said she'll be right with us and never came back. No water. No menus. Nothing. Ten minutes pass. Still nobody. I had to go to the front desk and ask if anybody was working and they went and grabbed the same person that disappeared earlier. Finally we got water, menus and silverware. Another ten minutes pass and I have to grab somebody else to find someone to take our order. By this time our whole party had enough time to memorize the menu. As we started ordering, on then did the wait staff notice we have two young kids, 2 and 6. "Oh did you guys want children's menus?" Obviously if they were available. So we changed up our order a bit to fit the kids and was able to send it off to the kitchen. 20 minutes pass. No food. No refills on water. No checking up on us to see how we're doing. Then someone shows up and mentions something that we ordered and we confirmed it was us. I figure that would be straightforward since there's nobody else here. Another 10 minutes and the food finally starts coming out. I can't imagine how long the ordering process or the cooking process would take if the restaurant was even at half capacity. Another oddity was when the food was brought out it was done by three new people we didn't even see. Where was the staff earlier? All taking a break at the same time? On to the food. The fried rock shrimp tasted it was recently thawed out, maybe even defrosted in the microwave. Turkey bacon was nice and crispy on the top and a soggy mush on the bottom. Burger was ok but overall it was definitely way subpar for the price everything cost. We should have just went to Gott's but we were starving while waiting for our window to check in.

We were staying at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa for the weekend. Returned late from a concert one night and was looking for some place to eat. Asked the front desk and they informed us that we can try Little Summer which may be closing in 15 minutes. Was hoping we would still get served a decent meal and boy we were pleasantly surprised! The bar was full but there were no other diners. The place was well-lit and inviting with no obvious sign of closing for the night. Irene, our server, was very nice and accommodating. We never felt rushed and she was very patient as we made our decisions on what to order. The Tempura Avocado was a great start. We shared the Half Roasted Chicken which was perfectly roasted chicken so tasty and juicy served with zucchini, fingerling potatoes and fried basil. The perfect ending to our delightful meal was the Warm Butter Toffee Cake served with pistachio gelato, a sprinkle of candied pistachios, and a drizzle of salted caramel. Truly a five star experience!

This little place is nestled in the Marriott. The presentation of the food was flawless I should have taken a picture of my breakfast when it arrived. I had an omelette. The spinach tasted like it came from a can. I was unable to eat it. I told the waiter. He said he would talk to the chef. He never came back. A busser came by. I told him the same thing. Say, the same response. We came for breakfast so they did not serve french fries I am assuming the ones on the floor were left from the previous night. (See photo) I don't want to miss the opportunity to speak about the bellman. He was amazing. He brought us a complimentary bottle of wine for our table and made us feel comfortable ands welcomed. He might be the only reason to stop in. His name is Shredrick.if you go in I'm sure you will see him.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience last night at Little Summer. I had not heard anything about it and had no expectations. We were spending a night in Napa on our way home from Oregon and stayed at the Marriott. We had a late lunch---so we wandered down to the restaurant on the late side. We sat at the bar and service was excellent. We only ordered a few items, but they were worth writing about. Deviled eggs-- well executed, but the star was the fried avocado topper, yum! Seared scallops- they were served on a polenta cake. The flavors and textures surprised me. Excellent. Espresso Martini-- just they way I ordered it. Perfect. What seemed to be a simple hotel lobby/bar, turned out to be a lot more. It's always nice to surprised in a great way. We will return.

Hubby found this place on Yelp not realizing it was located in the Marriott. We came here for lunch as it was close to my work. We practically had the place to ourselves! The server was very nice and attentive. Menu is rather limited and much like elevated bar menu, which was fairly fitting for the space. Food was decent and filling. We ordered too much for two people! I'd likely come back if I just wanted a nice but casual lunch.

Seems to be quite the local favorite and a good amount of parking nearby. Generally very positive thoughts on the food quality, though much less on the spicy heat and more on the veggies in the platters. Pita and platters have the same fresh veggies and composition with hot sauce and ranch. Not quite heavily spiced as other meditteranean spots but very tasty. On the plus, their pita is very fresh and remarkably chewy. Greek fries were fantastic, just enough feta cheese with drizzle of olive oil and touch of salt on top of super crispy fries. Aromatic and crispy without being too greasy. Fried goodies are top notch, falafel was tasty and moist on the interior, chicken schnitzel had solid batter to it.

It's also a nice way to experience a Michelin one-star restaurant without committing to a full dinner. The biggest highlight here is really the view. If possible, try to reserve a seat on the outdoor terrace. From there you get a direct panoramic view over Napa Valley. On a nice day, sitting outside with the sun, vineyards, and rolling hills in front of you feels incredibly relaxing. Even just slowly enjoying lunch while looking out over the valley already makes the experience worthwhile. As for the food, it's very much in line with what you'd expect from a Michelin one-star restaurant. The presentation is elegant and the flavors are refined. It's not heavy or overly bold; instead, the dishes focus more on balance and highlighting the quality of the ingredients. Nothing felt overly flashy, but the execution across the board was very solid and well thought out. The lunch prix fixe is especially worth considering. Compared to dinner, the price is much more reasonable while still giving you a good sense of the restaurant's cooking style and overall quality. If you're already planning a trip to Napa Valley, stopping here for lunch can make the whole outing feel a bit more special. Service was also excellent--professional but not overly formal. The pacing of the meal felt comfortable, never rushed but also not slow. Overall, this place is really about the combination of food and scenery. The dishes alone might not be the most mind-blowing in Napa, but when you add the terrace view overlooking the valley, the whole experience becomes memorable. If you want a relaxed way to try a Michelin one-star restaurant without the full dinner price tag, lunch here is a great option.

From valet parking to tea and latte towards the end of the meal, this experience was one of a kind! This place had all the charm of a beautiful restaurant nestled in a beautiful place in Europe. Napa's beauty shines through when it pours and the restaurant at Auberge du Soleil just adds more charm to it's beauty. I could not get enough of their bloody mary and kept it coming. Please note that only one drink is included in the brunch so anything extra or off the brunch menu would be changeable. Aurko opted for their grapefruit mimosa and loved it too! The housemade pastries, artisinal bread and muffins were included in the sunday brunch and on the house. We definitely asked them to fill up the basket the second time as the lemon curd and blueberry muffins were out of this world! To begin with, we both opted for the oysters. 6 oysters per person served with ginger mignonette- the perfect starter. We love fresh oysters and they were perfect. We also asked for an ala carte menu to order some more items and ordered 6 more oysters for the table. We also ordered some fried crispy calamari. It was plentiful and delicious. Very light batter and exceptional flavor! For the mains, my husband opted for the seared yellowfin tuna and I chose the sonoma chicken. Our entrees were amazing! The sides were delicious! We both chose housemade malekula island vanuatu chocolate creameux and it was FANTASTIC! The passionfruit puree and the muscovado ice cream brought all the flavors together in a medley of sweet symphony in my mouth! We both ordered tea and latte (not included in the brunch) and they were both delicious. Aurko ordered the barley tea and my latte was just perfect! My goodness this was a BEAUTIFUL experience! We had asked for a window seat but we were seated by the fireplace and it was just amazing! The view was better from sitting a little back. Front row seat and you first look at the spots on the glass and then the view tbh. This was an experience I would go for again. We were treated with love and kindness and we were given exceptionally good service. The head server was John or Jake. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was very very sweet. He's the one who first greeted the guests on every table and gave them menus. He was knowledgeable and amazing! I cannot wait to come back with my love and enjoy beautiful Napa from the eyes of the restaurant at Auberge du Soleil

However, the person behind the counter came to tell us they gave us someone else's order, so we had to wait another 10 minutes. After receiving the wrap, I discovered was smaller than expected. It was a tasty and savory wrap with a small kick of spiciness, but portions were too small. Taste was 4 stars and value was 3 stars. I was still hungry. Desperate for more food, I sampled the harissa chocolate chip cookie. At $5, it was a great value and size. Nice melty flakes of chocolate with tiny punch of spice, and a salty finish.
