I was uneasy from the start, as I wasn't comfortable with their high-pressure approach, and the owner was rude and sent unprofessional texts. Despite my reservations, I had to proceed with the inspection. Thankfully, I hired Eliminite Termite Services. From the start, Gary, was outstanding - professional, attentive, and really listened to my concerns. He arranged the termite service promptly. Then, Hiram Ruiz came out and performed the treatment. He was equally professional - he inspected the house thoroughly, explained everything, and confirmed there were no termites in the attic.
