Eddy Gomez came over and, after the inspection, confirmed that termites were active. I had previously used another company, which concerned me because, for whatever reason, their inspections had missed this activity. I also had another termite company come out and received their pricing. Green Flash was the last company I had inspect the property, and they provided the best option along with a reasonable price for the work. It wasn't cheap, but it was fair and reasonable based on the other bids I received, and there were options. I had read many of the past reviews and can say my dealings with the office managers (Amy & Wendy) went well. In addition, I received emails and text messages as reminders of the scheduled date and instructions required for this appointment. On the scheduled day, my doorbell rang promptly at 7:00 a.m., right at the beginning of the 7:00-9:00 a.m. arrival window. The project manager, Kyler, arrived, and two other gentlemen soon followed to begin the work replacing termite-damaged wood and then fumigating my attic. My neighbor even commented on how Jorge and Dave were just knocking out the work. When my wife came out later to see what had been replaced, she couldn't even tell because of the quality of the work these men provided. Everyone was easy to speak with and answered all of my questions. In addition, there wasn't a piece of wood or a splinter left anywhere around the house after they were finished. By 3:30 p.m., everything was completed, and I was given instructions on what to do if I had any further questions or encountered any additional termite activity. I'm glad I did my research and found Green Flash. I would recommend them to anyone who reads this and is looking for termite inspection and treatment services.

I am giving Green Flash 2 stars based on a severely rushed recent inspection and the poor quality…read moreof their past repair work. Recently, I had them come out because I suspected termites in one of our rafter tails. To their credit, they correctly identified that specific spot as just fungus and didn't try to oversell me on treatments I didn't need. However, their inspection was incredibly brief. They spent only a few minutes scanning the house, didn't check the attic at all, and gave us the all-clear. A couple of days later, I had a second company come out for another look. They spent almost an hour doing a thorough inspection and found a severe termite infestation in a different rafter tail that was almost entirely hollowed out. They spotted the signs right through the paint. Green Flash completely missed this. On top of the missed inspection, the wood rot repairs Green Flash did for us 5 years ago (costing about $1,200) have both failed and need to be redone. They spliced a rafter tail that is now loose, and it turns out they miscut a replacement barge board on the back of the house. To cover up the bad cut, they glued a scrap piece of wood over it, which has since detached and is currently hanging off the board. Bottom line: They failed to do a thorough termite inspection, and their carpentry work doesn't hold up. I highly recommend getting a second opinion on their inspections and hiring a dedicated specialist for any actual wood repairs.

I got an estimate of $1500 without an inspection (which was odd and I should have stopped right then)- I had noticed some termite droppings and wanted it to be checked out to see what needed to be done. I guess that I thought maybe my whole house was going to be treated. I was told that I should schedule quickly (another red flag) because of termites swarming or termite season or something.... An inspector showed up as planned, and even before inspecting he gave me the inspection report (which was a blank diagram). He then inspected and treated a few areas. I then contacted the company since I was confused about the blank inspection and how they knew the price before inspection- they said that was standard and it covered a 2 year warranty. They also said I'd be getting a report that following Monday (that was 6 days ago). Very odd situation and I still don't know if I was scammed or if this is standard....
