IVAN AND HIS TEAM ARE INCREDIBLE! Please do yourself a favor and hire them. I just moved to LA from New York and was looking for someone to come on a monthly basis. I reached out to Little Monkey on a whim and I've never been happier. Ivan is so kind, his team is great, and they're really awesome with pets! I have two dogs, one who can be a little territorial and Ivan and his team are always so sweet. The service is also incredible--my apartment looks amazing after they come! They're the best! read more

Little Monkey Cleaning Services - Photo evidence of how sweet this team is - they set up my dogs' blanket and toys for them :) - Home Cleaning Near Me

best cleaning group ever. I have had Ivan and Monica come to an apartment I rented and now to my new home I just purchased. They are very reliable and very thorough. During covid / pandemic times in late 2020, i had KLEEN cleaning crew come to my old apartment and had a lack of respect of my home and wore no masks, shoes on my furniture, and looked at my items / snooped through my things which i caught on camera. Ivan and Monica are the opposite of KLEEN. They are extremely professional and are the only people I trust in my home. They are also great human beings and are detailed in cleaning things i didn't think of cleaning like the inside of lighting fixtures, etc with their deep cleaning service. Love them dearly!!! read more

Ivan and his team have been cleaning for us for a little over a year, and I've been meaning to write him a review for almost as long. What really sets Ivan apart from other cleaning services is his level of professionalism. He ALWAYS communicates very quickly, is remarkably punctual, and has never had a mix-up about a scheduled appointment, even when I've asked to change days or times. This is so valuable to me, given how much time I've wasted juggling my schedule to accommodate other cleaning services who've needed to bump appointments, or shown up a hour late. He's also just clearly a good guy- kind, honest, and cares a lot about pleasing his customers. It's easy to give him feedback about areas you may want more attention in the future. Through the pandemic, he and his team have taken precautions and always wear masks when they clean. If you're looking for a reliable cleaning team, don't hesitate to contact Ivan/Little Monkey Cleaning Services. read more

Without hesitation, I want to give a very glowing review of Little Monkey Cleaning Services. Ivan, who runs the business, is such a great communicator making sure that your needs are met, you are satisfied with their services, when your next cleaning is scheduled and all the details that go with every appointment. He reminds me every month when the cleaning is due and is very flexible if I need to reschedule in advance. Their cleaning services are very good, too. I have used many different cleaning services over my years here in Los Angeles, and I have been the most pleased with Little Monkey because of their consistency of quality cleaning. If anyone out there is looking to get their place cleaned on a one time or regular basis, I highly recommend contacting Little Monkey Cleaning cause they will treat you right! read more

I called this company to clean my condo and they did a great job when my tenant occupied the unit. When I called them to repeat business for a move out clean Ivan scheduled for today at 1030 am. When I arrived at 1030 am there was no communicating they would be late. When I finally called at 1059 am almost 30 min late I was told they had traffic. How unprofessional and unreliable is that? I have professional carpet cleaning scheduled according to this time and now my whole day is out of order because of this inconvenience. They did a good job the first time but completely lost it for the repeat business. Don't rely on this company. read more

I've gone back to Ivan for the deepest cleaning jobs, jobs I wouldn't blame anyone from walking away from, and every time Ivan and his team go above and beyond. Whether it's a one bedroom apartment that hasn't been deep cleaned in over a decade or a whole 4 bedroom house that was left in disarray, Ivan and his team have never let me down and have always done everything with a smile. So lucky to have found them. read more

If any of you values their time and patience, please stay away from this crew. They had cancelled on me 3 times over the period of 1 month, and every time it was a last minute cancellation. Don't trust them with your valuable time and your house! They are telling lies and being dishonest every single time! read more

Little Monkey Cleaning IS THE BEST!! I have had them working for me since October 2014 and I am always soon happy to come home to such a clean and tidy home! We had a very bad experience with Little Monkey Cleaning. We told them we had our stagers scheduled to come to our house a particular day, so it was important we had the cleaners come on schedule. I was booking several days in advance to make sure I was prepared, and they assured me they could come on the particular day I needed them with their workers to get the job done. The day before, I texted them to confirm, and didn't receive a reply all day. Then, late at night, I get a text message that they had an emergency and needed to cancel. They said "I'm in the hospital I don't feel well" and immediately sent a picture of them in the hospital. It felt very much like they've done this before, and also, what happened to the other "workers" you had with you? Are you all in the hospital? It was extremely frustrating, and they put us in a very bad spot to figure out. Needless to say, we will not be using them going forward, and can't recommend them as a reliable cleaning company. read more

So I was moving out of my place and really being a slacker on getting things schedule, movers, storage, cleaners...you get the point. I moved out Monday and wanted my place cleaned on Tuesday. I was calling around looking for someone to squeeze me in and clean my place. I got a hold of Ivan and he was able to squeeze me in the next day. I was not expecting much but enough to get my deposit back. Needless to say, Ivan and his team did an amazing job on cleaning my place. They really made sure to pay attention to all details. While they were cleaning I went out to run some errands. When I came back he made sure to walk me through the entire place and do the white glove test in front of me. You can tell they take pride in what they do and they want to make sure that the customer is happy, and I was. I would totally recommend them and will be using them in the future! read more

Contacted Ivan from Little Monkey Cleaning. He responded quickly and was very professional. Had him deep clean my home and he and his team did such a great job and the price fair. I ended hiring them to clean my office permanently. My floors show dirt very easily and he does an amazing job maintaining them as well as the common areas, employee kitchen and bathrooms. Overall this company is one of the best in the area in customer service, trust and the quality of work. Look no further and give them a call. You won't be disappointed! read more

I reached out to Little Monkey Cleaning Services with some skepticism yesterday coz I needed a deep cleaning ASAP due to an upcoming parent stay. Despite several quotes, somehow or other, nothing had ended up being finalized. Destiny! As soon as I left a voice msg, Ivan contacted me. He sounded friendly, sincere, gave an amazing price & was available to come the very next day! Thats it! In 5 minutes, everything was fixed! Today he & Maria, along with 2 other helpers came over & worked for nearly 5 hours to thoroughly deep clean up my home. They texted in the morning to share that they could actually come some hrs. earlier & since my husband & I were home, we were only too happy. A truly dedicated, hard working, & pleasant team to have in your home! We personally don't like to hover around or interfere much once someone starts cleaning but Ivan himself repeatedly called us over to show over a cleaned bathroom or room, politely requesting further inputs, making it clear that he wanted us to be happy. We absolutely loved his humility & simplicity! The team left us a home that is sparkling more than it ever has in a VERY long time- floors, grubby wall areas, chimney, everything taken care of! I wondered why they didn't have many more reviews left on yelp & that might be coz Ivan said he doesn't always work through yelp. Well, we're so glad we found them, our business will be going to them each time we need cleaning, & we will gladly recommend them to everyone!! Yesterday I was frustrated, unable to fix a cleaning. Today I am sitting in a super clean home! Thanks Ivan & Maria! read more

Ivan and his crew are great, they are hard working, detail oriented, efficient, and their prices are great too. Our house was just remodeled and there was a lot of post construction dirt everywhere. Ivan came in with Maria, and the other ladies, and they didn't stop working until the house was shiny clean!. We really liked them, and highly recommend. read more
