    Matcha Latte
    Courtney O.

Found Little Lunch Coffee shop on a favorite SoCal spots list made by Carissa Stanton (BroccYourBody). It's not far from the beach in Venice. The space is clean and spacious. When you enter, there's a counter to order drinks and a refrigerated area with burritos and other drinks. They warm up the burritos from the refrigerated section and have some pre-packaged salsas you can buy. The burrito was pretty good! They heat it well so it has a nice crisp. I also ordered a good matcha latte. The area is spacious and they are dog friendly. There were a lot of people with computers working. They also have a bathroom.

Parking: Can be a little tough in this area since it's right by the water, but I found street parking and walked a couple blocks. Experience: This is a fun space! The music is a little loud, and the chairs aren't super comfy if you're trying to sit and work there for a while. They had some couches, but it was just crowded on a Tuesday afternoon. They were out of a few drinks when I went, but I tried the blueberry matcha and it was delicious!

Cute coffee shop with nice decor and plenty of space to work or chat with a friend. There's also games there which is fun to play with some friends! It's located right by the beach and boardwalk which is nice and there is also a parking lot which makes things so much easier, especially for the location. The baristas were very nice, we ordered the Best Mate Iced. It was very tasty and my favorite part was that they filled it to the TOP. Lots of coffee spots these days charge $7 for a coffee and don't fill it up all the way, so I was really happy to see that I was getting my money's worth here. I LOVE finding new local coffee spots, and this is definitely one I will be returning to!

First time here. Parking is tough in this area. Was a chill spot to work out of with coffee and a fig pastry. Service was okay.

Passing this cute cafe for uncountable times, I finally made my way there. Yeah, it's always tricky visiting places at the busiest spot of Venice Beach - joy of finding parking spot in LA! Besides they mostly looked pretty busy on weekends, probably great stop to make while enjoying the stroll by the beach. Their interior was nothing but SLAY. Period. Contemporary retro vibe, with great ambience to just sit killing time or even get some work done. For the cup size, the coffee was quite pricey yet the great taste made it worth. I loved their Salted Caramel Latte, which was more on the sweeter side. I have been eyeing their pastries but unfortunately they were all gone when I arrived.

Use to be one of my favorite coffee shops in Venice but it truly has gone so downhill in the last year or so. I find most of the baristas to now be aloof and impersonal whereas before they were friendly and professional. If you enjoy real matcha, don't get it here. I've had it many times and I've stopped trying to "give it a chance". They are clearly using crap matcha and it shows. Once it was like yellow and had my husband not ordered it I would have given it right back to them. If you're going to come here, stick to the espresso drinks then walk out promptly.

I came here on a Friday morning around 10am. This is a cute coffee shop with a fun and chill vibe. I tried their seasonal pineapple matcha. This drink was very sweet, but very pineapple forward and refreshing. I also got an egg and potato breakfast burrito. The burritos were premade and in a cold case, and then the barista warmed it up. It took the barista a long time to warm it up, but it tasted pretty good, a decent breakfast burrito. The burrito needed some salsa or something though, I think they may have had some but for an extra cost. We took the food to go, so I didn't get to enjoy the ambiance in the cafe, but it seemed cute and clean with lots of seating.

Cute coffee shop with lots of open space to study or hang with friends. Parking can be tough on the weekends but I think they have their own small lot here. Matcha latte was good, nothing special but did the job! It was nice that they don't charge extra for non dairy milk alternatives :)

Cute cafe! Baristas were kind and drinks and food came out fast. The matcha was average which is to be expected as they don't specialize in matcha. There was lots of space to work inside and was able to be productive. There were also a few designated parking spots outside which is very convenient. Friends enjoyed the breakfast burritos but said it was a bit dry. I would still come back again though!

Where do I start? I'm not sure how you can mess up a cafe that's put in such a perfect location so bad. I walk in, friendly, sure, but not one emotion in the workers eyes. The food, horrid, breakfast burrito was so dry and tasteless that if I continued eating onto the container I wouldn't be surprised, hot sauce could've helped tho. The cooking process? Not there, toasted up (Starbucks style, mm yum!) food wise, however, I'd say my Venice fog was GREAT! It was one of the yummiest drinks I've had....salted caramel latte my friend got...mmmm not so much. The ordering process was odd. You walk in and turn left to get in line, but because of the horrible lay out, everyone that walks in the door cuts right in front of u, even if you're literally second in line. Also, put a menu on the side too, it'll save so much time for when people actually reach the register. My friend ordered first, I went second, and my other friend went last. She was left there for 10 minutes, without the cashier saying a single word of when she'll be back, or any type of warning. A line starts to build behind you. Suddenly you're extremely overwhelmed and the cafe is way past capacity. Once you're done ordering? Good luck trying to find a place to sit, we waited for about 15 minutes for our food and drinks and stilllll there was not a single chair or table open. At least it's by the ocean, we ended up sitting on the sand with our cardboard burrito, miscellaneous latte, and beautiful Venice Fog Tea.

I used to be a regular at the cafe that used to be in this spot, so when I saw that Little Lunch opened in its place, I wanted to give it a chance. I got a latte and the bacon breakfast burrito and both were pretty good! Back when I went, they were still waiting to add more to the menu. The space is great with lots of natural light and nice seating. Service was pretty quick, too. Parking is on the street and relatively easy to find.

I love this place. I recently discovered Little Lunch on my walk and it's become one of my favorite coffee spots. A great place to get some work done or just have a nice convo with a friend. Their turmeric latte is my favorite with espresso & make sure to top it off with some cinnamon. I love how they have healthy milk alternatives! I highly recommend this place!

Little Lunch Code is such a great find in Venice. The space has a clean, cozy vibe that makes it perfect for a quick breakfast, casual lunch, or a coffee break with a friend. Everything I've tried here has been fresh and thoughtfully made -- the avocado toast is a standout, and their pastries (especially the croissant) are flaky and buttery without feeling too heavy. The staff is always friendly and laid-back, which fits the Venice energy perfectly. You never feel rushed, and they're happy to chat or make a recommendation if you're not sure what to get. Pro tip: Get there early if you want the full pastry selection the good stuff goes fast, especially on weekends. And don't skip their house-made sauces if you're grabbing a sandwich they add a nice kick.

Vibes absolutely incredible. Great place to hang out but don't expect an amazing coffee. That and the matcha were both just okay.

Here's a polished Yelp review you can post:…read more KC's Crepe Café is truly one of those hidden gems that make Marina del Rey special. Tucked away in Fisherman's Wharf, it's the kind of place you almost want to keep secret -- but it's too good not to share. The coffee is excellent -- smooth, balanced, and clearly made with care. But the real star is the crepes. There's a great variety, from savory to sweet, and everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you're in the mood for something light or indulgent, you'll find an option that hits the spot. What makes the experience even better is the owner. The café is run by a warm and gracious Japanese gentleman who clearly takes pride in his craft. You can feel the attention to detail and hospitality in every order. If you're walking around Marina del Rey and want a relaxed, charming stop for coffee and crepes, KC's is absolutely worth it. Cozy, authentic, and quietly exceptional. I'll definitely be back.

I was helped by a lovely Asian gentleman who took my order with care and kindness, and that attention carried straight through to the food. These people know how to make crêpes -- the real way. Not thick, doughy, pancake-style impostors like so many places serve, but thin, delicate, authentically French crêpes. That thinness matters. It's what makes every bite more flavorful, allowing the fillings to shine instead of being buried under heavy batter. The Nutella crêpe was an experience on its own. Because the crêpe is so thin, the chocolate melts instantly on your tongue. The warmth releases the deep cocoa aroma, coating your mouth in smooth, rich sweetness without ever feeling overwhelming. It's balanced, indulgent, and incredibly satisfying. The breakfast omelette was just as impressive. Savory, well-seasoned, and comforting, with the salt hitting your taste buds first -- waking up your palate -- followed by the richness of the eggs. I added avocado for just $0.50, and it was absolutely worth it. The creamy texture softened the saltiness perfectly, creating a smooth, rounded bite that lingered in the best way. This place understands flavor, texture, and authenticity. When crêpes are made this thin, every ingredient speaks louder, tastes clearer, and feels more intentional. I'll be back -- without hesitation.

This small artisan coffee shop was bustling on a Sunday morning. The busy baristas were working hard through the long line and never ending list of both in-store and mobile orders, which gave the shop a lively and slightly chaotic vibe. It definitely feels like a grab-and-go spot more than a place to settle in, especially since seating and parking are very limited. You do get validated parking with a purchase. The location is right next to a marina. There's a nice outdoor area which makes it perfect for grabbing your coffee and taking a walk around while looking at the boats and water. It's a great way to enjoy your drink without needing a seat, which is good because there are very few inside. I was there in early January, which means the holiday menu was still being offered. The seasonal drinks were fun and creative. I decided to try the eggnog latte, which was espresso and cashew milk blended with eggnog style spices. It was weird to be sure, and much different than your typical coffee drink. I'm not usually a huge fan of super involved coffee concoctions, but I still enjoyed it and appreciated that Alfred does something a little playful with their menu. I would not order it again, however. The pastries looked amazing but I had just had brunch so I passed, but knowing they're made with real French butter definitely ups the appeal. I also loved the maritime-themed décor, which fits the Marina del Rey setting perfectly. There were little sailor sculptures, diving knick knacks, and a wall decorated entirely with yacht rock albums (nice)! This made the whole place feel very on-brand for the neighborhood. I found Alfred Coffee Marina del Rey to be a fun stop for a quick, quality coffee and a stroll by the water. I'd definitely return and try one of those flaky croissants next time!

We finally decided to get their vanilla latte since it was advertised as the one that got them famous?? It was our first time here, so we were willing to try it. When ordering it, I tried to use the restroom.... Either someone was using it for a very long time, or I just couldn't figure out how to open it. I gave up! We received our drink within 5 minutes and headed back to our car. We drank it and thought it was very strong but no vanilla? We grabbed a fork from my glove compartment to give it a swirl. We drank it again and couldn't tell if there was vanilla in it. Long story short, we're not sure what made it famous because the taste was lacking. For coffee, it is definitely on the strong side, but the flavor profile was not there. It's also fairly overpriced compared to the delicious mom and pop shops we're used to. Needless to say, we probably won't give it another go.
