The environment is lounge like. So they olay loud music, and they have people smoking hookah. The music was really good - Afrobeats. Our server was amazing! She was very bubbly. I wanted swallow, but they didn't have it so I was a bit upset about that. I ended up ordering jollof and chicken. The jollof was okay. I didn't like that they gave me 2 chicken drumsticks. I would have appreciated variety in the pieces. The juice was also too sweet.

This was my almost $30 meal... soooo disappointed. What kind of nonsense is this

The food was amazing. The experience was a 10 out of 10. If you like some party music vibe while you eat food you'll love this place. My husband was allergic to the food that they had in here and they were nice enough to let him bring outside food into the restaurant so that was definitely a 10 out of 10 as well.

I love little Lagos. This was the first spot I came for African food when I moved to ATL. They have the best suya and snapper. The chicken wings are way too small but flavorful. Def a must try!

Went to visit the place right after opening, very nice location. Gives nighttime vibe as it is a club/lounge. Was not expecting that, I also was not expecting a $2 mandatory tip for takeout order. The food itself was ok, from the picture you can tell this isn't proper jollof and stew. The chicken wasn't cooked in the stew, so it wasn't as flavorful as i was expecting.

Came in for a nice after dinner vibe on Friday night around 10:30pm. It's very spacious inside with two separated sections and two bars. On one side it was a bit more Smokey due to the hookah. The afrobeats playing were on point! We ordered a mighty freeze hookah, which was extremely strong. We had to send it back and let the staff know. He didn't take our word, and instead tried it for himself. He agreed and happily got us a new flavor. The only con I have is that when ordering drinks and food there was always a wait. This was due to the fact that they only had one bar "open", and we were seated at the unopened bar. The bartender told us it was because they didn't want to clean up two bars. This area is interesting. The plaza has about 3-5 lounge/club spots that seem to all get packed as the night goes on. Little Lagos is attached to the Boum Boum part, music is the same in both areas. The parking lot is large, however they section off areas in the public lot to then charge people for "VIP" parking.

This is one of my go-to spots for Nigerian food. & that's saying a lot cos I'm Nigerian. I love the assorted stew as well as ayamase, efo riro, shya and the moimoi; but my favorite dish they have is the banga and starch. I'm from delta state so rarely do we find our delicacies here in the states. The portions are reasonable, and the pricing is pretty good too. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable of their offerings. I love getting their food as take-out or pickup after a long day, you can't beat it. I recommend it all the time. If you're looking for great Nigerian food in Atlanta, it doesn't get any better than this.

Can't believe this spot has been up the street from me this entire time! Dropped in for a pick-up order. I tried calling prior, but the phone went straight to voicemail. Inside was beautiful, really love the light fixtures, art and the Lagos wall map, so creative. This spot doubles down as a restaurant/lounge, hence the name: Boum Boum / Little Lagos. It took a while to place my order, but once placed wait was about 15-20 mins. The only reason I'm giving this spot 4 instead of 5 stars is due to a few inconsistencies - of course a phone number is on the site, but no one answers. But I did see someone taking an order over phone, so not sure when they decide to answer. Also, menus online do not match menus in restaurant - those in restaurant had more items and prices had an uptick of about $3-5, which you can imagine can be very confusing. As for the food, my experience does not account for a dining-in experience, but I truly enjoyed my jollof with plantain and beef Suya. This is comfort food for me, so I truly enjoy it being so close. Portions were fair and food was fresh. Waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. All in all, I'll be back tomorrow LOL

Boum Boum has some really great snapper, it's always fried well and the red sauce it's super tasty! It has a kick though so I get it on the side sometimes to control the spice. The beef suya is goood when it's prepared right but sometimes it's a bit over cooked. The bartender was very sweet and made good drinks! I like going there to watch games on the tv, it's a chill vibe.

Been on the search for a bomb Nigerian restaurant in Atlanta. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. Three stars What they did RIGHT The spicy tomato stew and shaki Plantains- soft but I feel this can be hit or miss because in previous pictures it looks like they fried unripe plantains What could be better The jollof rice could be spicier but I like it's burnt taste to give it the smoky flavor The beef that comes with assorted meat option is TOUGH and I dislike beef that hard to bite into and chew The goat pepper soup was OK. I've had better. Spice level is on point but it just tasted a bit bitter to me. I liked the softness of the goat meat and shaki in the goat pepper soup Egusi was OK. Tasted a little spoiled. Would not order this again. I also didn't care for the bones and it was a lot to the point I was on the lookout for bones than trying to enjoy the egusi that I bought. $4 eba is overkill Overall three stars would order again maybe the white rice and stew plate. I want to try their chicken. I like that I am within delivery limits for UberEats.

The pounded yam was smooth and not too thick. I had fun scooping up the Egusi in the Fufu with my hands. Both together was an enjoyable flavor and texture combo. The Beef Suya was good as well, a nice meat appetizer. The beef was cooked well done which some people may not like, but I enjoyed it since I grew up eating my steak that way. It paired very well with the spice blend and raw onions. I also had the Ghanaian Jollof Rice and that was not my most favorite dish due to the flavor. Not my cup of tea, but the rice was cooked well. I also liked the side plantains. The interior is nicely ornate and comfy. The service here was also super great and my assigned server was very personable. I genuinely enjoyed my conversation with her and she did well giving me recommendations and directions as a first timer for this type of food. Overall, I had a great experience here and would come back again!

My two relatives came into town and they had wanted to try Nigerian food for the first time. Ike's…read morewas in the area the three of us were hanging out at, so I was looking forward to venture outside my normal restaurant. Setting / Service: We had came in about 10-15 minutes after they had just opened, so it felt like we were the first customers by the way the wait staff was missing. The host had told us sit at any table and we would have a staff member come swing by. We waited about 5-10 minutes before our waitress had came by and asked us if we were ready to order. Mind you - we were not given a food menu or told about the QR code that looked like it was barely hanging on the table beforehand. Food order took a little longer than expected. Table that was sat after us got their full lunch order before our soup came out. Felt little weird about that. The occasional check-ins from the waitress was welcomed. Food: Hunter's Platter was a overcooked or charred. The beef was well done at minimum. Some of the other meat pieces that contained bone were so overcooked that it was tougher than jerky and the bones themselves began to break off into sharp ends / mistaken as meat due to how brittle they became. For it to be priced at 'Market Value' and not have a actual charge was a bit odd to me. It came out to be near $60 for those wondering. Sweet potato soup with plantain fufu was good. We had ordered the mixed meat version, but it only contain one piece of each meat. It was borderline room temp by the time it got to our table. We had also ordered a few other items that were pretty enjoyable. Pleasant additions to a couple first timers who wanted to taste the menu. Overall: I'd say that the experience here was pretty okay to the point we had gotten the meal tab. It was a bit peculiar that our waitress had dropped off the credit card machine to the table for us after handing her my card. It was then I noticed on the machine "Additional Tip". Puzzled, I looked back at the check and noticed she had applied auto-gratuity. Yes, I would have given a tip. I would have given more than the auto applied tip, but it was context that made the entire situation foul. She applied auto tip, dropped the machine off, and just 'disappeared' until we left the table at which she muttered words as she walked past us while looking down to the floor.

I really wanted to try the jolloff rice, but they were out... maybe next time. Anyway, it's a small spot, but welcoming. The food is cooked fresh! It was late, but I wanted to eat right then and there, so we dined in. The tilapia was like nothing I'd ever eaten, seasoned to perfection and it was fried, but also tasted grilled! What?!? It was so delightfully confusing!!! So meaty and fresh, not one piece of meat was going to waste, not even by the head! The Attiéké by itself, kinda bitter, but I mixed with the onion sauce and omg, Wow! That onion sauce is like none other, you have to try it to understand! It's unbelievably good-- a sauce of onions with onion chunks! I'm so glad I tried it! The gentleman that cooked it-- that man knows his way around a kitchen! I believe his name is Moda (sp?) and he's kind too! I'd definitely visit again!

Nigerian cuisine is not one I'm incredibly familiar with, but I have tried many of the standard dishes. Today I went with White Rice and Red Stew, which comes with plantains. It was delicious. Piping hot and incredibly fresh. The spice level was perfect. Just spicy enough but in no way overpowering. The plantains added a sweet element which played beautifully against the spice of the stew.
