You go down the counter picking the type of rice, protein, and toppings. Despite their pre made bowls, I opted for a custom bowl. Got white rice with double protein of ahi tuna. For toppings, I got cucumbers, pineapples, and jalapeños; all of which were pretty fresh & crisp. The tuna didn't have a watery after taste like you'd get at some other poke places that serve tuna. For seasoning, I got the spicy aioli, but it wasn't as strong as I hoped, but with some sprinkled tempura flakes on top, the gave the overall texture a nice crispy crunch. Glad I tried this place out. Definitely will be back. Service was pretty slow though, so I'd come at off peak hours. Not sure if it's just one person working, but it took a while to get our food with only 2 people ahead.

I recommend the fried offerings, shrimp shumai, the egg rolls for sure, they are excellent. The dumplings are fine, the octopus balls are great, but off the menu I think. The marinated tuna is alright and so is a shrimp tempura as protein. Otherwise, whatever you like. I typically do carrots, edamame, oshinko (pickled, radish I suspect), maybe seaweed salad.
