The condensed milk on the side is a nice touch so you can adjust sweetness as desired. The mango is already sweet for me so I like to pour the condensed milk on the shaved ice instead. The ordering process is straightforward--either with a person or through a kiosk, and the interface on the kiosk is nice and organized.
