My favorite flavors at Yolo Berry are the Cake Batter, Cookie Monster, and Dulce de Leche. They do a great job rotating flavors every week, and sometimes I end up trying something I did not think I would like and actually love it. They also have a wide variety of toppings, which makes it even better. The place is very kid friendly and they offer smaller cups for kids. The staff is always on point. It can get pretty busy at times, but you can tell everyone is working hard to keep things moving. It is a cute spot with both indoor and outdoor seating, which I like. Sometimes I call ahead to check what flavors they have, but other times I just go in and let myself be surprised. They had 6 flavors: French vanilla, watermelon, original tart, pineapple, strawberry, and cable car chocolate. Unfortunately, they do not do samples, so you kind of have to know what you want. Also, there is also one size for the cups. I was completely overwhelmed with how many toppings they had. It almost felt like I was in a candy shop, since they had a bunch of gummies and chocolates. Also, they had whole cookies, graham crackers and oreos that you can also top it off with. But it didn't stop there, they had an enormous selection of ice cream sauces from strawberry to fudge to whip cream. Also, I appreciated that they kept their fruit and more perishable toppings in a fridge. This really helped keep the fruit more fresh. Paying was simple at the counter, and it was relatively cheap. Around $13 for two FroYo cups. I will say seating might be a little difficult to find at very popular times, but there are many benches, metal tables, and even some people decided to sit on the ground. Solid place to get treats for yourself and loved ones. I'd recommend asking for a kid cup to limit one's portion a bit, but otherwise go wild. I tried the cookie monster, dole whip, original, and blend of vanilla and dulce de leche and everything was pretty good except cookie monster, I was disappointed it wasn't cookies n crème and the flavor was indescribably artificial. I prefer other froyo places that put an emphasis on the quality of their ingredients and put nutrition labels, but the taste was good. The girl closing the store on December 3rd, 2025 was so mean and rude. I have never been treated so badly at an establishment in my life. This is the first bad review I've ever written actually. But it's rly not okay how I was treated here so I just wanted to talk about it. I've been working in customer facing jobs for years and i totally understand what it's like to have an annoying customer.... I will preface this review by stating, I did come in last minute! I have self awareness about that and I get that it can be annoying. Me n my boyfriend were craving a sweet treat late night and really wanted some froyo since it's "healthier" than regular ice cream so we rushed over and kept in mind that we'd be super quick with it and leave a good tip. When we came in at 10:57 the girl was like "by the way we close in 2 minutes" in a really annoyed mean tone, thats fair I guess. I already felt bad so i quickly put whatever in my cup and checked out by 11:00 on the dot, literally spent like 2 minutes and whatever seconds on filling my froyo. But then she said something else I can't remember the exact words. But it was like really rude literally yelling at me, I was kinda taken aback. I've never treated my customers like that at my job when people come in right before closing. There was literally a group of people checking out at the same time we came in and I'm just wondering if she was also mean to them? Or was that treatment only towards my boyfriend and I? I wasn't rude or anything back I was just quiet and changed my mind about tipping nice and left nothing just payed for our froyo. Then the door was slammed really hard behind us. It felt aggressive. Hm... seems like I've never written a review here tho I have been going here for years. Tho it's very old, yet it's still the OH froyo place. The lemon, vanilla, and raspberry yogurt were all berry tasty! Not too tart either. But definitely approved by my sorbet loving son! They still have the marshmallow sauce. The topics didn't taste stale even tho there's so many to choose from. The service is always very nice and friendly. Self serve with tons of revolving flavors, I always liked getting a tart flavor mixed with something creamy. They also have so many toppings to choose from, from candy, cereal, cookies, and refrigerated items like fruits, cheesecake, cookie dough, and candy. I like to put strawberries, blueberries, cheesecake, cookie dough and yogurt chips. It adds up when you stack it on. There's seating outside and inside and you're charged by how much it weighs. Corina got the chocolate and vanilla. She added hard shell to hers and was surprised it was hot. Sadly, it made her yogurt quite liquidy. We aren't in the majority here. Stopped by here on Saturday with two friends, it's a great self serve frozen yogurt location. There's such a large variety of toppings and syrups. The flavors are really delicious, even offering certain non dairy options. I got some watermelon and pineapple frozen yogurt along with some sour candies since I was craving them, along with some mochi, strawberries, a drizzle of marshmallow syrup, and Circus animals. Yoloberry has is situated perfectly next to Central Park. Over the year this has been my go-to froyo place based on location alone. Whether it's getting dessert after having dinner(burgers and brew is right next door), or cooling down from a concert at the park. Yoloberry is the top choice for convenience. There are usually 6 rotating flavors. My husband ordered the chocolate cheesecake filled to the brim with berries and I ordered the "dole whip" topped with mochi and cherries. Minus one star because the mochi was a bit hard. So I'll probably skip that in the future and add fruit instead. Yoloberry is a very special frozen yogurt place with a delicious range of decadent toppings. I've never been to another froyo place with even close to the same amount of toppings. There are hot sauces (butter pecan and apple pie filling are my favs), brownie and chocolate chip cookies, and fresh fruits galore. Yoloberry is a bit expensive but for every 10 frozen yogurts you buy you can get 1 8oz froyo for free. Best topping selection anywhere! Yolo Berry in Davis has reopened! Froyo shops are one of my weaknesses... we get a chance to customize and create our cup of goodness. Yolo Berry is a self-serve yogurt shop with five or six flavors of yogurt and sorbet and -wow!- over a hundred toppings! We walked in and was greeted by a nice, friendly employee. She wore a mask but guests were not required to. Some walked in with and some without a mask. The sorbet flavors, including pink lemonade and watermelon, sets itself apart from some of the other shops I've been to. Literally, there are hundreds of flavor combinations to mix and match and make a unique creation. I chose something simple and it works for me each time. I'm just super grateful that I'm not allergic to nuts because it is one of my favorite froyo ingredient. They had peanuts and almonds! Fresh fruits included strawberry, lychee, and different flavors of boba!!
