I have not managed to reach those people. I sent them text messages, no response, I spent my expensive time to go to their website, find some kind of contact form, filled in all info - still no response. There is no even an emall address published at their contact page. The contact form does not have the attachment options, so I could not attach images. And this contact form does not work at all. I spent even more of my expensive time reaching them on the phone 2 times asking if they received my request for service via contact form - no, they have not.. It should not work like that in the modern world. They force their potential clients to spend their expensive time on the primitive issues - just request the initial info about their services. I just went to some other company, and it took just 2 min to get all the full required info in written form (via yelp or text) and after reviewing it to schedule an appointment also via messaging, just 1 min spent. They definitely have to adjust their customer support processes. Currently it is old-fashioned, like it was 20years ago. The world has changed since then. People are busy and prefer to spend minimal time on such primitive issues. They lose lots of clients. read more

We heard a rat in the attic and contacted Little David and other rodent control services. Little David's pricing was better, and when Alex came out, he did not leave until he had found the entrance that the rat was using. I had a problem with a gopher(s) that was eating plants and creating a mess in the yard by creating dirt piles. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Little David---on the first visit the technician recognized what we were dealing with and set up the mechanisms to get rid of the gopher. He returned on 3 more occasions to ensure that the gopher(s) was really gone. He also set traps for some squirrels that were burrowing under the foundation. I found Little David to be reasonably priced, very knowledgable, and very pleasant to do business with. read more

We have had a rat issue for the past month or so and Francisco from Little David's has been very responsive to our needs. He comes out at least once a week and is knowledgeable and efficient. He has taken the time to answer all of my questions each visit. He spent a lot of time walking around the perimeter of the property to ensure there were no openings. He set traps in the attic and crawl space and left us with traps we can put out at night for inside the house. Unfortunately we still have them, but I think this is due to some issues under the home and not negligence on the company's part. read more

I told him the problem, there are roaches and its a duplex, we want to exterminate both sides. His reply was, "I'll pass." I wasn't sure what he meant I said excuse me?" My wife and I just had a very unpleasant experience with Little David Pest Control. I would recommend NOT to use them if you expect professional work done. If you are interested, see my long winded story below: About 10 days ago, we detected the presence of mice in the house. My wife called Little David Pest Control to lay down traps to catch the mice. (In the following two days, I caught two mice with the glue traps bought from Lowes, and the trap set by Little David Pest Control caught none. Their traps were set at very low sensitivity, so the peanut butter on the traps were eaten clean by mice without activation.) The service call was $225. The service guy also gave us a quotation of $1,500 to make the house a "fortress". The price is high, but we decided to move forward. When I went home on the day of scheduled work, Joe (the service guy) told me that he was done with the outside of the house, and there were two more holes in the garage to fill. I spot checked around the house at 4 locations and found three areas (between the outside wall and the foundation) were not covered by screens. Joe apologized and reworked these areas. When he was done, it was already very dark, I was not able to check further. We requested to have their office send someone to visit us since we did not trust the work performed. Today, the owner, David, of the company came. He was very hard at hearing, thus made the discussion and argument extremely difficult. Joe was also present, and admitted that he missed several areas. I subscribe to concept of a professional company should perform the work in a manner regardless whether customers are Knowledgeable. Yet, during the walk around today, I found additional large areas not screened. David argued about why they were not necessary when he could not even see into the Half inch gap. The whole experience was more unpleasant than spotting mice in the house. read more

I have used Little David Pest Control for over 10 years. We have been long time customers who've had gopher and mole problems on and off for years and this company has helped us manage and control these rodents. Hector is our service rep and he is the most pleasant and courteous person we know. They come monthly and whenever we spot any additional or heavy activity, they come within 24 hours to take care of the problem. We've tried Clark before, and they are a terrible service and are overpriced. Little David has exceeded our expectations. read more

Called to make an appointment to get rid of pantry moths- Little David gave me advise as to how to locate and get rid of larvae so we could eliminate the problem. Fantastic service! Alex was amazing. Instead of scaring the pants off me and trying to hook me into an annual contract (as a big name competitor did), Alex was professional and informative. He instantly set traps and sealed entrances strategically to get the rat out of the house, and kept me informed of progress daily. The office staff was also amazing. Used Little David Pest Control 1.5 years ago to treat gophers/moles/voles in my backyard. They charged me $300 for 30 days service, in which period I could call them whenever noticing any new creature activity in the treated areas. They used gas inside the underground tunnels to take care of the problem. It was expensive, but took care of the problem for a while. I called them again last week, after the gophers destroyed big section of my lawn. Their guy came to give me an estimate.. and that's where it actually ended. He quoted $400!!!!!!! for much smaller area to treat (same 30 days service). I thought, wow, nice, 33.3% increase from a year ago, business must be booming. Calling Little David was waste of time on my part, and total disappointment from the arrogant attitude. read more

I had Rats in the attic and was recommended by my property manager to Little David, they did a recommendation of where rats may have a access to the attic, which is OK, but they said they would put 3 traps in the attic, and they did, but the service man did not even get up to the attic, he just put all 3 traps in the entrance of the attic, which in a joke. They charged 225 for this service, I will not use them for the follow up visits, of course !! read more

We had a yellow jacket nest in our juniper hedge in the driveway and called Little David Pest Control because they had taken care of a nest for us in July 2000 and we were very happy with their service. Their technician, Alex, came out first thing Monday morning, explained what he was going to do and what he was going to use, suited up and put caution tape around the area. I did not see the process because he warned me that once he would touch the hedge, the yellow jackets would get very agitated. He came back later in the day to check the hedge and removed the tape. No more yellow jackets attacking anyone who walks by the hedge! Since he often works in our area, he said that he would make a couple of checks during the week. Alex is professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. We recommend him highly. read more

Used them for a gopher problem. Caught one which made me happy. Payed them $275. But then there were more mounds so they put me on a $135 monthly svc (ouch!). Didn't work after another month so we cancelled. So I'm out $410 with the same gopher problem. read more

Called about squirrels in attic. Rep said no problem, do it all the time, just booked another job for the same problem. I asked about warranty. He said for that, I must talk to the manager. I've used Little David for many things: rats, bats, spiders, fruit tree pests, etc. I've always been completely happy with the service and the team. The company I know is nothing like the bad reviews that have been posted here. Can't get better service! I called them at 8.15am for an underground wasp nest and they came the same day. They called me back 20mn before the appointment time to confirm their technician Alex was on his way. Alex first explained what he was going to do and afterward was very patient to answer all my questions (he's a walking encyclopedia on yellow jackets and honey bees). He gave me clear recommendations as to what to do in the next couple of days. They also give a month guarantee. Professional and very nice people! read more
