Tri-berry Cheesecake Crêpe: The crêpes were made to order, and the wait was a bit long on Friday afternoon (about 15-20 minutes), but understandable. The crêpe itself was decent--soft yet chewy, not dry or oily, with a slightly rough surface and a pleasant natural wheat aroma. However, the filling was just strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and a little berry jam--very perfunctory. The raspberries were soft and mushy, not fresh enough, and the blueberries were small and didn't blend well with the crêpe. Also, I couldn't taste any "cheesecake" at all. The Little Crepe Cafe is big on flavor! So glad we discovered this hidden gem adjacent to Harvard. Wow what a treat! Came here for breakfast and was excited to have crepes for the first time in a long time. Situated on an adorable residential street, this spot is a gem. Iced coffee was delicious. We've lived nearby for years now, walked by plenty of times during their off hours, and have been wanting to stop by. We finally had the chance to do so last weekend. The positives: it's a cute little shop with a good atmosphere and the staff was polite. However, it took us 48 minutes to get the 2 savory crepes that we ordered (from the order time on our receipt to the timestamp on the photo I took). During that time, we watched several groups after us order, eat, and leave. It was busy, but not super packed (there were several tables free and most of the window seating was free when we ordered). I wanted to leave about 35 minutes in, so I checked on our food, but they had just started on it. I wish I would've asked for a reason, but they didn't give a reason for the wait either. Maybe I should've checked in earlier as well. I enjoyed the crepe itself, but the long wait really dampened our visit here for me. There were 2 tables that were there before us, stayed after we left, and seemed to be enjoying themselves. So if you have time to burn or have a better experience on getting your food quickly, you might enjoy this place more than me. read more

Was visiting the area and happened to come across the neighborhood cafe in front of an elementary school. Service was okay. Had better crepes elsewhere, the one that was served to us was hard and even used the butter knife, but didn't enjoy at all. My daughter and I had to laugh it off. My friends and I arrived at Little Crepe Cafe right when it opened. There is plenty of seating inside this cute cafe. We ordered the Smoked Salmon, Florentine, and Steak Bomb crepe. My friend also got an iced mocha. They gave us a little number plate to put on our table. Everything was made fresh to order and brought to our table. I immensely enjoyed the smoked salmon crepe although this could also be my bias talking. The crepe was perfectly cooked. It was thin and crispy on the outside but had a decent chunk of smoked salmon on the inside. Each bite left me craving for more. It is a great meal leaving you satisfied without seeming too heavy. My friends' crepes were also generously stuffed with filling. They were good in their own way, so it really depends on what you crave for. I liked the smoked salmon crepe the most. While the food was amazing, I cannot say the same about the iced mocha. It was way too acidic and sour for my liking. I could not really taste the mocha in the drink. Unassuming, clean, bright and cozy, this place is filled with smiles and kindness and absolutely spectacular crêpes and coffee. I had a Brie and walnut crêpe with apricot jam (usually comes with fig jam) and a superb coffee and my son had a berry crêpe with three kinds of berries with cream cheese and a wonderful cup of matcha. It was so good I had to savor every bite and do some major mindful eating to prolong the experience. Everyone there was so friendly and I felt like I would go every day if I lived closer. I was really hoping to love this place ; before I came, I noted it's on a nice side road making parking relatively convenient for the area, the prices aren't outlandish, and the menu is diverse with multiple vegetarian food options and an espresso machine. Sadly, after eating here I think it was just fine - would return if someone specifically wanted to come here but wouldn't seek it out myself. There are nice tables and enough availability, which was great. But, it didn't seem to be overrun when we got there and it took 30-40 minutes to get our order (2 crepes and a coffee drink). I was catching up with a friend so it didn't mind passing the time, but would have been pretty frustrated if I was in any sort of rush. I got a savory crepe was pretty decent (lots of cheese compared to the other fillings which some people might love but wasn't my favorite) but I think they might have made mine earlier than my dining companions' because it was cool when it arrived. The owner is exceedingly friendly - we arrived recently on a Wednesday and they were closed. He proceeded to welcome us in anyways, and give us two latte's on the house. What a delicious crepe experience in a clean, bright and airy space. My savory crepe was made to specifications and exceeded expectation. The chicken must have been subtly marinading and I loved how the ingredients were chopped and sauteed together so that each bight was perfectly balanced in terms of both flavor and consistency (when I wasn't tearing off end bits of crepey goodness). The ingredients (Florentine) tasted fresh and the presentation- classic. Not salty at all. I am SOOOO happy whenever I stumble upon such gems- especially those off the beaten track that belong first to their respective neighborhoods. Unfortunately, the only part of our experience we enjoyed this time was the drinks (which were just tea and sparkling water+syrup). The ambience is nice and the interior is spacious, but the food didn't do it for me. We got The Classic crepe ($10) which has Nutella, strawberry, and banana. The fruit amount was pretty minimal and the crepe was rather hard. It just didn't taste right. The Belgian waffle ($6.50) was even harder than the crepe. It almost tasted burnt and it was hard to chew. I think this got overcooked. It doesn't pair well with the syrup they provided. The Italian soda ($4) was good, but hard to mess up. I liked the touch of lime and mint (?) leaves. Overall I would not come back for the crepes/waffles. I've had excellent crepes in the other cities I've lived in and I'm still chasing that in the New England area! read more

If you expect a French crepe place, this little cafe is not for you. :( The place is quite cute, very close to Harvard and its people are friendly. It doesn't get as crowded around noon as other cafeterias nearby. However, the food was so and so. I got the caprese crepe. The dough was very crispy which I personally didn't like. There was very little filling inside. There was no side salad, although it costed $12. All in all, I might come back because it's a convenient, decent place to have lunch at work. But I am not impressed for a place that sells only crepes. read more

You have to try it if you haven't yet! They have amazing teas, coffee, and lattes; the matcha latte is so, so good! Rich, creamy, perfect cup every time. They have a large, seating area with plenty of tables and seatings for groups. It's very clean and modern, with beautiful artwork and large sunny windows. I came by during the covid-19 quarantine to grab a gift card, and they are still open for takeout orders. If you're questioning where to go to get some delicious, local food, this is a safe bet for consistent, high quality food and great customer service.
