Such a fun place with a big pizza oven where you can watch them cook the pizzas. Very casual restaurant that smells so good when you walk in. Our server, Chase, was great and friendly. After reviewing the menu and deciding, we started with a 1/2 Cesar Salad and I forgot to ask for extra dressing, which I typically do but it wasn't needed. Perfectly dressed, tangy salad with crispy croutons and big shaves of parmesan cheese. I also had the Chicken Marsala and wife ordered the Mary Margherita Pizza. Both were so good...the chicken was so tender and their marsala sauce was delicious and rich and so tasty. Served with spaghetti for the perfect dish! The pizza was so good...with their crust being cooked to perfection with bits of char. The crust is light and flavorful although it is a bit soggy at the end but no worries, we loved it all together. And of course, we had the sticky toffee cake for dessert, which is to die for as well. Overall a great meal and we will be back! Sorry no photos this time around!

Due to location, parking can be…read morea challenge but thankfully a July Saturday around 12:30pm didn't prove to be that large of a challenge to locate. When we entered, we were advised to be seated wherever we liked with menus on a table to grab. Our server was over pretty quickly, and appreciated him offering an appetizer and entree suggestion. What We Ordered: - Cucumber Elderflower Spritz: I've been on a spritz kick since having one at the beginning of the year at Disney World. The perfect refreshing drink for a humid day after rain in July (2" in Apache Junction). Loved the cucumber and elderflower combination, and would definitely order again! - Shrimp Medina: The server recommended, and our favorite of the meal. The scampi butter with the heat of the red chili flakes was perfect. I'd honestly look to see if there is a pasta dish like this next time as that sounds like perfection. - La La Vodka: My friend ordered this, and said it was pretty good. She remarked how large it was and wish for a lunch portion that you could order half, but thankfully, we were heading back to her house after to be able to drop off leftovers. - Pasta Picante: This was recommended, but I wasn't all that fond of it. It was not really spicy, and I didn't like the sausage in the dish. It could have just been my preferences, but my friend ended up taking as leftovers her kids would enjoy. Overall, this place had both comfortable seating and comfort food. Italian is one of my favorite things to dine, and get that dopamine fix from pasta. I'll definitely return and explore another entree more suited to my preferences.

Waiter took our orders and food came in on timely manner. Happy hour menu is not the greatest & has some limited options, cocktails & wine glasses will still ring you $10 instead of the normal $12+ so not crazy savings. Onto the food: Our calamari was great The bread rolls had so much oil on them the last roll was almost inedible. You would squeeze it and oil/butter would ooze out like crazy. Our pizza was good but the crust was very toasty, it would snap in half if we tried to bend it just a little to take a bite, maybe it was a one off for the crust being a bit burnt but just keep that in mind. Our limoncello drinks were definitely the star of the night; refreshing, light and not too sweet!

It just happened that they were having a Pineapple Festival, and since we both like pineapple, of course we had to give it a try! Their Happy Hour has $5.50 beers and $9.50 cocktails, which is not bad at all. We ordered the Angry Hawaiian Pizza and Smoked Wings. Both were really flavorful, and the spiciness was just right. It had a nice kick but wasn't so spicy that it covered up all the other flavors. We really enjoyed the food. For drinks, we got the Pina Old Fashioned and a 16 oz Tropical Hopalicious. The Pina Old Fashioned was the disappointing part for me. I could definitely taste the whiskey flavor, but somehow I could barely taste the alcohol. My face usually turns red after just a few sips of a cocktail, but this one did nothing to me! It tasted more like pineapple juice with a little whiskey flavor. I mean, it's an Old Fashioned! I was expecting something much stronger and more bourbon-forward. Other than the cocktail, we enjoyed the food and were glad we stopped by to try their Pineapple Festival. Oh well, not everything is going to be a winner. At least we gave it a try.

He usually gets a plain pie (pizza with cheese), which he says is great, and I have had several different kinds of pizza during our visits to Sal's and each one has been amazing - plus, they have garlic powder at each of the tables. The calamari and tiramisu are also fantastic!! The service is always great - our servers are consistently friendly and helpful. The place is super cute and homey and can accommodate both big and small parties. It's a good thing that Sal's is 20 minutes from us, or else we would probably be here at least 3 times a week, something that would do considerable damage to both of our waistlines.

Today I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple slice, and the toppings were literally just laid on top in the center. They didn't add any extra cheese to help it melt together or make it fresh. It's like they take an old slice, throw new toppings on it, and call it good. They didn't used to do this. They used to add cheese, heat it properly, and the slices were actually good. Unfortunately, the last four or five times I've ordered a slice, it's been disappointing every time. Literally the last two slices I've gotten I took one bite, and just threw it in the trash!

It is an attachment to San tan brewery and also has food options from the San tan brewery but a smaller choice. They're open until 1am so it's also a great place to finish the night. We ordered the nachos with shredded chicken and also the chicken wings. They're both good to order. One thing to note is that the nachos are potato chips and not tortilla chips so it might not be something you prefer. The toppings were plenty and tasty. The guys ate it so fast while we were chatting. We ordered multiple different style and flavor old fashions and the menu will indicate if the it comes with an add on like cookie or bacon with a little icon. The cookies were all fantastic! The bacon was tasty but a little bit soggy and not crispy for my taste. But the fat and savor of the bacon really works well with the sweet old fashioned choices. The sweet cookie works well with the less sweet and more tart options. It's pretty smart. Our server, Hanna was very attentive with food, drinks and waters and also very upbeat. Definitely not a dull place to get a drink at all. People seemed to be having a good time and enjoying the cozy feel of the bar.
